I haven’t been at the Bellevue in years. I moved to southern Massachusetts years ago. However when I worked near by we would have lunch and Mikes dad would greet us. One thing that has not changed is the Quality of the Food & Service. It amazes me how the staff moves with Grace & Kindness to their Patrons. I met Mike after all these years and a standout server Jenna. Now I need to say, I enjoyed the special of the day ( Lasagna). Words are difficult to say because it was one of best I ever had. In talking to Mike I asked about the recipe. Well years ago Mikes Dad (Shapiro) created the recipe. God Bless him & God Bless this wonderful restaurant. It’s been years mentioning about this place that brings back memories of Quality & Service ! Thank you Mike & Staff!

Dinner for 6 this evening was great! It was very busy but we were able to get a table after only waiting a few minutes. Our waitress (unfortunately can't remember her name) seemed to be working the back room all by herself however she had a smile on her face and was very attentive. She delivered our soups and salads very quickly and our meals came out hot and delicious. For 6 full meals, 5 ice tea, 1 coffee and 1 dessert our bill was only 145.75 before tip! We have gone other places and spent that on just 2 and the food wasn't nearly as good. If you find yourself on Broadway in Schenectady stop in and experience great service and good food. You won't regret it.

I don't go too often, but when I do... it's SO good. This place is one of my favorite diners to go to. Their chicken noodle soup is homemade and VERY yummy! I don't order the same things all the time, but I did include a pic I took of one of their early breakfasts that are only offered until 1 PM. It was amazing! I can't wait to go there again :) 10/10 highly recommend.

I love coming here with the wife on our fridays off. The service is fast and the food is amazing! Btw idk what this other dude is saying about portions. And also this whole meal was like $47 bucks. Find this amount of piping hot food, that all came out within 15 minutes for that price!

The food comes out so fast in the morning. We go there for breakfast. I've been quite a few times and it's consistent. Servers are friendly. What more could you want from a diner on the corner!

Dinner menu was awesome, 20 options plus their standard menu. Soup, salad dressing were definitely homemade. The rueben and wrap was phenomenal. Salmon and pilaf were delicious. Tried the It was a good value too!

I used to eat here all of the time. One of the owners (Didi) is awesome. She is very friendly and so is her staff. The food is amazing. I’ve had breakfast, salads, steak, pork and chicken. I’ve never had a bad meal. The price is very reasonable and the service is excellent. They are very busy on weekend mornings so plan on waiting for a table but any other time you can usually walk right in. They also have some amazing deserts.

It was my first time there with my granddaughter and my brother place was packed busy. The waitresses were on time. Cordial excellent food. I'll definitely go back again. Plus my granddaughter loved the chicken noodle soup

Excellent Breakfast w Choices for each Item. Great Price $6.97 excluding a Good cup of Coffee. Very busy yet never felt rushed to leave, Very nice accomodating Waitress. Prefer popup napkin dispenser on each table, instead of asking as needed, and them being handled by staff.

I ordered fries and gravy and received a bit of a sassy smirk from the server... Not that big of a deal but I was surprised. And mostly I wonder is that order reserved for a certain type of person? Have I fallen into a stereotype I was unaware of... These are the questions I ask myself when reviewing restaurants and cafes on Google.

Came here on Saturday night with my SO. Place was busy, but no excessive waiting. Small counter seating section plenty of booth seating. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Ordered harvest grilled chicken. Chicken was extremely thin and the fuji apples were stacked on top so all you tasted were the apples. Took all the apples off the chicken and the chicken tasted good. My SO ordered chicken michael, the fried chicken was oily, with very little scampi sauce. Though the dish was flavorful. My side of cinnamon apples was too sweet and very mushy. SO had squash which was basically squash sauce.... no dessert, just wanted to leave... when I say that of my meal the best thing was the French fries... sad.

Came in on a Sunday were seated quickly. Proceeded to sit there for 15 min no service, no drinks or anything. Watched three other tables get seated after we were there and they all got service before anybody even came to our table
