I only really stop there late, late night, but what it does. It does WELL! Its open when I need it to be, I don't need to go out of my way, (so totally convenient ) and i.love the cheap 2 taco order. AND , that girl at the drive thru is very pleasant to me and my wife! After writing this I believe I'm changing my rating to 4 stars! Stop and give them a try! Tell em Mark and Angie sent you!

For a place that is constantly empty but has four employees working it is absolutely astounding how an order can take forever and still be wrong. Overpriced for food that isn't fresh and subpar service.

So I pulled up and there was a sign on the intercom to pull up to the window. I pulled up to only be informed that it was delivery or DoorDash orders only. Keep in mind it was 12:05 midnight. But that wasn’t stated on the sign outside.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a sourdough jack. When I went to eat it, I discovered it was raw. The meat was not cooked. The bread was not toasted. The cheese was not melted. I called the store and the response was, “oh, well sorry”. Unless you like food poisoning, I would avoid this place.

Ignored at drive through speaker and window, 3 employees in there saw us, 1 was taking photos of their cleaning. If you're unable to take orders close the store 😭 Or put up a sign, or tell us? 🫠

Soda machines were busted. Chairs were upside down on tables in the middle of the day, around 2pm. They were out of egg rolls, ranch, and every diet beverage but diet coke. We walked over to the connected convenience store for drinks, but still got charged full price for a glass a tap water. When we took the chairs off the tables to sit down for lunch, the tables were filthy. I will just pass next time.

Worst Jack in the Box in existence. This is one of the only FF places around so I go here all the time. Just waited an hour in their parking lot for them to make my food. They weren’t busy. They weren’t understaffed. They’re just incompetent. Constantly get my order wrong— like tonight. Mess up burgers, forget items. Tonight was just the final straw. At least through DoorDash you can get an easy refund. Just tried calling and they won’t answer the phone. Simply the worst run place I’ve ever been.

Drove 15 miles to pick up a DoorDash order at 4am all for no one to answer at the drive thru. A note saying the speaker was broke, pulled to window, no one ever came. Called the store several times, knocked on the window, etc. so either no one was there or they were hiding. Ridiculous!!!! Lost out on my money from DoorDash bc the order was cancelled. Anytime I’ve had to come to this store they take a long time even with no customers anywhere. The employees don’t care that’s obvious.

Ordered bacon ultimate cheeseburger and tacos but received the jr Patty’s and no lettuce or sauce on my tacos. Attempted to resolve the issue and was told to come back because they were out of the jumbo patty. Have not been able to get ahold of someone to resolve the matter.

We had the worst service ever at this location. A young lady with tattoos (didn't get her name). The person behind us got the same attitude. He made a very loud comment on her attitude that other employees could hear but no one bothered to come foward. I didn't complain in fear of having my food messed with.

Stood at the register for 7 minutes and was never helped. The place was empty, 2 cars in the drive thru, and one person waiting outside. I will say, it seemed everyone was working hard the whole time. But if it was a case that one of the orders was large and they needed all hands on deck, let me know. I as a costumer felt so ignored and unimportant. But I guess it’s jack in the box, so I guess what should I expect…

I ordered a single jack burger and got something special. What is on the picture and what you get are two different meals. Instead of lettuce they used onions, the burger looks like it was made 2 days ago. For 3.30, what a great deal.

Ordered a jumbo jack, fries, and a few other things. The fries so salty. My jumbo jack wasn't supposed to have ketchup and they still put ketchup. I asked for sweet and sour sauce for my egg rolls and two other Sauces that I didn't get. Tried calling the store twice to speak with someone but no one is answering the phone after letting it ring 6 or 7 times. Will not be ordering from this location again.
