Pizza hut pizza is always good. Ordered a large, 1 topping stuffed crust with extra cheese. As expected, pie was very cheesy. Always good, consistent quality at Pizza Hut.

Love the Detroit Pepperoni pizza with the sauce on the side. It actually doesn't need sauce. It's delicious with the little crispy curled pepperoni slices. They add more flavor than regular pepperoni. Which I never knew. So glad I had a hankering for Pizza and Pizza Hut was open before Hurricane Ian hit... otherwise I wouldn't have known how yummy their pizza is.

I order a pizza every Saturday at the same time and the cashier knew me by name today. The only thing is the pizza wasnt as hot as it is normally but still had a good taste. The only thing is i just got into the butter garlic crust a month ago and you took that option away and now the crust tastes bland.

Hurricane Ian coming up and everything was closed... except Pizza Hut. Which I haven't had in 30 years. Tried the Deep Dish Chicago Pepperoni. It came with the sauce on the side, which it didn't need. It was delicious. Very flavorful with plenty of cheese and pepperoni. I always gauge a pizza by how heavy it feels for the size and price. This was a hefty pizza for $13.00. Some pizza places give you mainly dough, skimping on the toppings which makes it weigh less and it is less... IMO. The cashier was very nice too. I'm impressed and will definitely be going back for more pizza cravings. Can't wait to try the Cinnabon rolls as well.

Ordered from here tonight because I called 3 other pizza restaurants and they refused to deliver to my hotel even though I'm only 3 miles away. I'm glad I chose this pizza hut even though it got a 3.8 pizza came pretty fast really hot with lots of cheese or was very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely order from here again.

2 mediums for $5.99 each had me walk-in coming off of a 2 year hiatus. I placed my order on 2 medium pizzas, and paid. Left for a few minutes, then walked back in to claim the pizzas. When the girl at the counter (Ashly) called me over to my pizzas, she asked me if I wanted to look at them, so I did, but unsure why. When I opened the box, it was a beautiful spinach pizza, with every leaf perfectly placed, and baked at just the right temperature to get that nice golden crust, and on the cheese, too. It was a super sweet and human gesture, and appreciated. She didn't want me to miss it. Great customer service, thank you. I'll be back! Please make sure this girl gets appreciated!

Seems they have someone there now that cares about the presentation and the taste. I've had indigestion on multiple previous orders. I hadn't ordered in quite some time because of this. I have ordered here more times this week than I should admit. The start of the week was a bit rocky, and one of our pizzas wasn’t up to standards, however after a quick and easy chat , the situation was remedied quickly. Because of the way the situation was handled, it brought us back. Over the week their quality has improved significantly, reeling us back in every few days, which is very dangerous for my waist. Just placed an order and looking forward to it!

Jessica and Tamara were both so helpful in ensuring that everyone's personal pan pizza was exactly as they ordered. 16 pizzas and 16 beverages and it was perfect! The pizzas were being bagged as I arrived to pick up the order and we loaded everything into my car within minutes. I did call the night before to place the order because I wanted to make sure they had the time they needed.

Keep a little distance between the pizza and cinnamon bread. My pizza crust tasted like the cinnamon bread. I ordered the garlic and herb crust, expecting savory, but got sweet. The rest of the pizza was delicious though!!

Perfect crisp thin pie that held up even on our 3rd helping. all three of us enjoyed every bite. We ordered two 2 pies with 2 toppings so not to busy.

The Detroit style pizza was WAY TOO SMALL for the price and had almost no sauce at all. The flavor was okay but there was only a small smear of sauce. Overall, I would NOT buy Detroit style again unless the price was lower or the pizza was bigger!

Sometimes there is too much sauce and other times there is just enough so it is hit or miss. Also, I feel like it could be cooked for even an extra minute or 2 so the cheese is melted fully and pepperoni is cooked and more tomatoes. The pizza wasn't bad though.

Good tasting pizza. Cooked just right. Pickup fast and easy. The store itself needs a cleaning up as far as appearance. Paint, lighting. It looks sabby inside and out. Parking lot needs help especially filling some holes as you enter or leave.

Sausage put on pizza after I requested it wasn't put on the pizza. A long wait to get the pizza even though it was done. The guy was on the phone, and no one else bothered to ask what I needed.

Ordered extra sauce on my thin crust pizza but it came with barely any sauce on it at all. It was mostly cheese and toppings. It would really be nice for the extra sauce option to actually mean extra sauce!

If you are not tech savvy to "scan" the menu code, you better already know what you want. They have no menu available to look at. Seems they could at least post one on the wall. Otherwise, the food and service were ok.

I have always loved personal pan pizzas. Hadn't had one in a few years. Ordered one..it isn't even as big as the box anymore. At least an inch in diameter smaller. Not as flavorful either. I will not be ordering another one anytime soon

Our waitress was nice, but seemed really stressed because it looked like she was the only person in the entire place. Food was okay. Someone NEEDS to come in and fix the mold problem. You can SMELL it as soon as you walk into the encove. In the bathroom, you can also see mold spores forming under the sink, on the pipes. While sitting and eating, you could see water dropping from the AC unit in the ceiling, along with more mold spores forming on the wooden structure holding the unit/vents. Unfortunately won't be coming back. Just had to stop somewhere for lunch while traveling.

Just ordered a pizza for delivery. The toppings were good but the pizza was cold! I had to literally microwave the pizza to heat it up before eating. The crust was chewy, even before microwaving it. I tried calling this location to see if they would correct this but I was on hold for over five minutes and gave up. I was looking forward to some good pizza but I can’t recommend this place.

Normally I get really great pizzas from this location but today my thick crust pizza was more like a slightly bloated thincrust, very floppy and squishy (I'm not sure if it was cooked to it's entirety) and definitely not the quality I generally get from this store. Definitely disappointed with this one.

We were there 10mins before our order was ready for pickup. Our sauces were watered down and our bread sticks were cold! On top of that our pizzas were like warm. Will not use this location ever again!

If sauce or any paid item is missing from the order at least offer sometype of compensation. I paid 4+ dollars for delivery plus over a $3 tip and did not get the complete order.Very disappointed. The food was great

We ordered online about 10:30pm the large pan meat lovers pizza was under cooked the cheese wasn't even melted together and the crust didn't seem like it was even cooked all the way. I've never had problems before but now I know it's best to not order too late or else the food will suck! I haven't had time to call the location as I was in classes all day today since 9:30 am and ending at 10:00pm so I'm gonna try and call them tomorrow. If I dont get to it it's at least noted!

Not good! This industry practice of randomly selecting a time for delivery needs to stop. It was over an hour after I ordered that the pizza was just going in the oven. Then 2 calls to cancel the order. The email you get, confirming the order, tells you you'll get your order 35 to 45 minutes, but in reality it's always longer. This is why Pizza Hut is losing a share of this market. The only reason for 2 stars is because they did a fair job in the past.

My family used to order pizza from here at least twice a month until they took away the flavored crust choices. Now we go to Papa John's for their parmesan garlic crust. Nothing against this Pizza Hut location. They were always awesome. It's about time to bring the crust choices back Pizza Hut! You can no longer use Covid-19 as an excuse right?

In the waiting area, I watched a German roach crawl on the brick wall and disappear in one of many holes that should be sealed. While waiting, I looked up and there were many dark moldy ceiling tiles. It was a gross experience and this place should be checked by the county. 🤮 The employees were very nice. I only went to this PH because the Walsingham PH was closed.

Been coming to this location for 30 years and have never been treated this way. I placed an order online food got delivered by door dash(terrible service) and food was cold I called the store and some smart mouth kid told me to put it in the oven so I proceeded to talk to the manager and she agreed to remake it and I would pick it up so I was waiting in the lobby for about 12 minutes then the smart mouth kid screams out my name and the manager handed me my pizza and said nothingto me,not sure if this was a one off or I should continue doing business with this location

When i walked in , there was one other customer there waiting. It took several minutes for someone to acknowledge us even though there were two people standing 5 feet away. The inside of the restaurant needs serious help. The ceiling tiles have mold and falling down and the walls at the back of the house where the pizza is made was dirty. It needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Now I know why I don't order here any longer.

We order regularly and it's hit or miss. Tonight they didn't put sauce on the pizza and I ordered extra chicken have a look and tell if you see extra chicken I know I don't. I'm to hangry to call and talk to someone.

I ordered a pizza on Saturday, my total was $19, I didn't leave a tip because I went to pick up the pizza myself. I checked my bank statement today and was charged $25. Someone from this location decided to give themselves a $6 tip. That is theft. I will never use this location again.

I ordered pizza, 1 hr 20 min later they decided to deliver it cold. I made numerous calls and was on hold for 10 min then they transfred me to a different store.

Ordered two pizzas. Neither was cut, and one was barely cooked. It was literally hard. The worst pizza I have ever had. Never ordering again. Forget to bake forget to add sauce.....

I would recommend avoiding this location. Plenty of Pizza Huts around so shouldn't be a problem. This location is very slow and refuses to take special orders. Want pasta without cheese? Nope, not here.

I ordered at 11:38am on a Tuesday it said my order would be 40 minutes. An hour later I called the store on why it's been so long and the guys excuse was that his driver had to deliver to the beach first and should be here any minute. 15 more minutes go by and the girl finally shows up and leaves my pizza on top of my car! Theres 2 tables and a chair on my carport but she puts in on my car?! Once I get my pizza inside not only is it 100% room temperature but there isn't ANY sauce on it AT ALL! Thankfully I bought a marinara to go with it. Which they should have provided one with my pizza but I only got the 1. The pizza itself (just cheese) was so rubbery I couldnt even tear into it. I literally just ate the stuffed crust because it was the only semi edible part of the pizza. Extremely disappointed with the service the delivery time and the food. Wont ever order from this location again especially since the guy on the phone had zero concern and had no intention to make it right for me.

If you happen to miraculously get your pizza from the third party Delivary system they use aka “door dash” and if the third party Delivary person was given the correct address I can almost promise you it’s going to be cold or over done. Go somewhere else. #jetsPizza

I ordered online at 12:30 when they say they are open and they said it would be delivered around 1:15. But both their website and the online ordering did not know they were closed and would not open the rest of the day, they did not let me know in any way that my order was cancelled until I went to check on my order. I called the store and placed an order because Pizza Hut hasn't bothered updating their address list to include our new apartment complex. An hour goes by so I called back. They didn't even have my order in the system. So I called Dominoes. 5 minutes after calling Dominoes I get a call from a Pizza Hut in Seminole County hundreds of miles away. Apparently, they didn't have enough manpower to answer their phones so I got redirected to a call center who promptly screwed up the address. I am a long time loyal Pizza Hut customer but Dominoes was accurate, fast, and delicious. I'm glad I gave Dominoes a chance.

One star because if you have a online coupon for any pizza for $11. And the website is having issues and this store refused to honor it.. I was told I had to complain to a 1800 number and they will not honor the advertise coupon. oh well, papa johns gets my money instead. So ten minutes later after I called the Corp office, they apologized and sending me a two free any way I want pizzas and also will address how the store did not honor a pizza hut online coupon. So, manager of this store, now I get two free pizzas, you get a verbal spanking. Wouldn't it gave been easier to honor your company's coupon???

I pre-ordered my pizzas on 8-12-21 around 1230 in the afternoon for a delivery time of 445pm. The pizzas arrived cold and tasted stale at 515. Not happy at all with the quality of the food nor the late arrival given the time I entered the order. I did not want to speak to the local store. Seminole Blvd location.

Ordered delivery from here a couple of times. They actually got the order correct ONE TIME. Toppings are pretty scarce and do not appear as pictured in their ads. I'll avoid this chain in the future. One star rating for the one order they got correct.

Just had 2 pizzas and a brownie delivered. None of it was fully baked. Supreme didn't have ANY cheese on it, only in the crust so all of the toppings fall off of the soggy crust. It had been a long time since we have had Pizza Hut. I wish we would've waited longer.

Stuck in a hotel. Pizza delivered burnt 2inches in from the edge of the crust. You know, when the cheese is dark brown.. just bcuz it’s delivery, you should ensure the product is edible before sending it out. Quality control manager!

Ordered curbside pickup that was supposed to be ready in 15-25 mins. Arrived on time then texted the number on the curbside pickup sign outside of the store to notify that we had arrived. After 45 additional minutes of waiting and no employee ever bringing out the pizza , eventually having to go inside when I ordered curbside, The pizza had been placed in the warmer instead of being brought out to the car. The pizza's nasty taste had no benefit to the experience. Never again will i order from this place.

I went to pick up my pizza and the lady working there yelled at me and when I did get my pizza it had numerous hairs and a Wire. Yes you read that right I got a WIRE in my pizza. Besides that the pizza ingredients tasted like they had been sitting out for days. I used to love Pizza Hut but now I don’t ever want to return there and recommend taking your business to dominoes.

I ordered my food at 6:06 pm. My food did not arrive until 8:05 pm which was almost an hour past the arrival time noted on the tracker. It was obviously sitting out for a while, and on top of everything else they forgot my breadsticks. Unbelievable! They gave me a $6 credit on my account, but I have to call in to use it. Why can’t they credit my account on the app?? Guess I’m back to Dominos. I never have this problem with Dominos!

Pizza Hut does not care about customer service. On Aug 6th, I ordered a pizza. When I got home and opened the box, it was not what I ordered. I called the store and s/w the manager on duty. My pizza went to another customer. She said I could pay to have a pizza remade. She became belligerent & hung up on me. This is their mistake. I contacted PH online 8/17 & by phone 8/22 about this. No response. They gave me the other Customer’s receipt including phone #. Think about that if you have a teen daughter.

Why am I here at my pickup time and told I need to wait another 20 minutes?? Then wait the 20 and told it isn't even in the oven yet 😂 Now I have to decide if I am going to work late or skip dinner. Completely unacceptable.

Horrible ordered online 2 large pies one with pepperoni and they were a joke burned no topping and cost me 36.00 absolute disgrace as well as you can't speak to a person in the store or takes 30 minutes then I get somebody who was rude nasty and hung up on me that marron should be fired never again will I order food from them for the aggravation the small pies and burnt and for the price frozen pizza puts that to shame that's a damn disgrace can't even get a damn manager on the phone

I ordered a pizza once and it was amazing! Couldn't have been any better!.. I ordered a pizza another time and the dough underneath the toppings was under cooked. (No wonder since I live 7 minutes away and it was at my door 20 minutes after I placed the call.) I could play around in the mushy, raw dough. So I ordered a replacement, they weren't too happy about it. Talked over me and wanted me to prove it.. Needless to say, that one was closer but not fully cooked either. Gross!

Do no take one and half to two hours to deliver food without contacting the customer about why it is taking so long. Instead I had to call the restaurant asking about the delivery delay. The restaurant told me it had already been delivered when it was never delivered. I do not appreciate being lied to. Situations and events happen, but do not tell me something that did not happen. Especially when I can affirm that no one ever came up to my house to deliver my order.

Well to start took over an hour. Then driver shows up with no change.. then I call to complain manager...Dominic I think tells me shes coming back with my pizza and gonna go get change.. say fine... I'm starving by now.. then she doesn't come back!!! Just as I start to fill this out.. customer service calls to ask me why I canceled order??huh I explained what manager said.. she says they are making a fresh pizza and sending it to me for free.. fingers crossed..2 hrs later hope it shows up..idk yet!

Ive been getting deliveries from them for 15 years now i call them last night and they lied and said they dont deliver to my address im 2 miles away so i call the pizza hut 4 miles away they said seminole pizza hut was supposed to deliver and were just being lazy and told me to order on line so they have to deliver so i did that and my food was del8vered but shame on pizza hut seminole blvd for just outright lying to me saying they dont deliver to my address when they obviously do been doing it over 10 years and i ordered on line so they were forced to do it

Pizza Hut is going down, down, down. They took the deliveries from their drivers to give them to app DoarDash. Customers check who brings your food and how much hygiene and knowledge they have to transport your food correctly so that your food arrives in good condition. Pizza Hut down down down.

We ordered two large pizzas around 2:30 from this location provided address that is a 2 min car ride from the store and we were told 30-35 min. At the one hour point we called to inquire about our order. The driver called us within minutes and stated they had the wrong address. After giving them the address again we called at the 1.5 hour mark and we were told that the driver could not find our address! Seriously the GPS shows 3 turns from the store, walkable in under ten minutes! Management innept at handling situation offered no recompense acted like it was no big deal. We canceled the order and when we called back to make sure they reversed the charges to our card they acted like they didn't know and worse yet could care less that we cancelled! Stay away more than just the pizzas seem overbaked here!

Absolutely! The worst experience that I've ever had from Pizza Hut. I just moved into this part of town and ordered some food from not being able to prepare food as yet. The pizza that I ordered arrived completely incorrect and cold. All of the food was cold. It was over 30 minutes late according to their text message that tells you when your order will arrive. The ingredients requested on the pizza. We're wrong. The pizza was cut differently than requested. The delivery driver must have had at least eight orders in his hatchback. Whatever you do, avoid this store horrible!

Ordered personal pan pizza with extra. sauce. Not the first drop of sauce, dough with cheese. 6 buffalo wings in hot sauce. Hot sauce watered down. Ordered Bleu cheese, never got it . No napkins. Hadn't had pizza hut in a few years, now I remember why. Pizza has no flavor, employees seemed bothered that I was there, online order said it was ready when it wasn't, n while I was waiting I was rudely ask how much I want to tip..I'm picking up an order, why would I tip? Unless I'm getting delivery or have exceptional service, I'm not tipping. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth, literally.

Zero. Received wrong pizza. Wrong order delivery for my daughter. I did receive correct receipt. Called in was on hold for over 20 minutes. Was told they would send a new correct pizza. Called back two hours later. Manager told me they never said that and would give me a refund. Called back next business day after no refund. They said could take three days. Called back after 4 days they said manger would call. no refund, no call. Wrote to pizza hut feedback email review requesting callback. No call back from pizza hut headquarters. Don't go there. Not worth it wasted over $30.

Absolutely do not order from this location. Store wasted over an hour and 20 minutes of my time. I placed an order for delivery cash which they doordashed ignoring. All special instruction failed to tell the driver that he needs change for a 50 driver couldn't make it to my house and when I called the store to help the store the employee that answered was completely blatantly. Ignorant refused to listen and just talked over top of me. Worst customer service.

I ordered online the bundle. 2 medium pizzas, wings and cheesesticks. It was delivered and both pizzas were wrong. Was supposed to be 1 pan 1 thin crust. Ended up with both being hand toss. They were also cold. Wings were fine but never got the cheesesticks either. Your employees need to pay attention to the tickets that get printed off. Im done with pizza hut. Not the first time this has happened.

Not happy with my order from yesterday. The cheesy bread that I received was burnt and hard as a rock. I don’t understand how you get away with charging $8 for that. I tried to call another Pizza Hut and they refused to take my order. SO... determined to get a Pizza Hut Pizza ,I hoped in the car and drove to the Pizza Hut on Seminole Blvd.. I ordered a large big New Yorker. It was like they dumped the grease trap on it ! Everything even the box was soaking with grease. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!
