In the waiting area, I watched a German roach crawl on the brick wall and disappear in one of many holes that should be sealed. While waiting, I looked up and there were many dark moldy ceiling tiles. It was a gross experience and this place should be checked by the county. 🤮 The employees were very nice. I only went to this PH because the Walsingham PH was closed.

Been coming to this location for 30 years and have never been treated this way. I placed an order online food got delivered by door dash(terrible service) and food was cold I called the store and some smart mouth kid told me to put it in the oven so I proceeded to talk to the manager and she agreed to remake it and I would pick it up so I was waiting in the lobby for about 12 minutes then the smart mouth kid screams out my name and the manager handed me my pizza and said nothingto me,not sure if this was a one off or I should continue doing business with this location

When i walked in , there was one other customer there waiting. It took several minutes for someone to acknowledge us even though there were two people standing 5 feet away. The inside of the restaurant needs serious help. The ceiling tiles have mold and falling down and the walls at the back of the house where the pizza is made was dirty. It needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Now I know why I don't order here any longer.

Really?? I paid full price for a Pepperoni lovers pizza. The employee that made this pizza needs to be retrained. The employee who made this other pizza needs to train the others 🙄

We order regularly and it's hit or miss. Tonight they didn't put sauce on the pizza and I ordered extra chicken have a look and tell if you see extra chicken I know I don't. I'm to hangry to call and talk to someone.

Zero. Received wrong pizza. Wrong order delivery for my daughter. I did receive correct receipt. Called in was on hold for over 20 minutes. Was told they would send a new correct pizza. Called back two hours later. Manager told me they never said that and would give me a refund. Called back next business day after no refund. They said could take three days. Called back after 4 days they said manger would call. no refund, no call. Wrote to pizza hut feedback email review requesting callback. No call back from pizza hut headquarters. Don't go there. Not worth it wasted over $30.

Absolutely do not order from this location. Store wasted over an hour and 20 minutes of my time. I placed an order for delivery cash which they doordashed ignoring. All special instruction failed to tell the driver that he needs change for a 50 driver couldn't make it to my house and when I called the store to help the store the employee that answered was completely blatantly. Ignorant refused to listen and just talked over top of me. Worst customer service.

I ordered online the bundle. 2 medium pizzas, wings and cheesesticks. It was delivered and both pizzas were wrong. Was supposed to be 1 pan 1 thin crust. Ended up with both being hand toss. They were also cold. Wings were fine but never got the cheesesticks either. Your employees need to pay attention to the tickets that get printed off. Im done with pizza hut. Not the first time this has happened.

Not happy with my order from yesterday. The cheesy bread that I received was burnt and hard as a rock. I don’t understand how you get away with charging $8 for that. I feel like you should pay a little more attention to the food you are selling if you want to stay in business. The first picture is what I received and the second picture is what they advertise.

I tried to call in my order, I called and was immediately put on hold, for 15 minutes! I called again and was immediately put on hold again this time 10 more minutes. I tried to call another Pizza Hut and they refused to take my order. SO... determined to get a Pizza Hut Pizza ,I hoped in the car and drove to the Pizza Hut on Seminole Blvd.. I ordered a large big New Yorker. It was like they dumped the grease trap on it ! Everything even the box was soaking with grease. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!
