I went to this Burger King to order an extreme king combo which was advertised for $194 and $20 more for making the combo medium. Let me tell you I walked in to order my food at the counter and the server was not at his post. So I waited around ten minutes for the server to arrive. The kitchen worker informed me that he was in the back and that he would return shortly, but it was long wait. I ordered to go and I got my food home and to my surprise the fries were small in size and the worst the extreme king burger lacked the toppings; lettuce, onions, and pickles. I would avoid this Burger King chain for its horrible customer service and false advertising. Please check your food if you order to go! 👀

Bad...the tables are dirty...they don't clean them...they claim it's not their dining room and they don't clean them...but they do have their advertising, poor way of answering and despotic attitude of the cashier!

Terrible service at this branch. The employees chat and get angry when someone asks for something. Furthermore, they NEVER accept coupons, claiming they don't have a scanner. That's just an excuse not to accept coupons. DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH; IT'S THE WORST I'VE EVER BEEN TO.

The workers' attitude is terrible; they are rude and provide awful customer service. I witnessed them yelling obscenities at a delivery driver from an app outside the food chain. They have zero empathy towards people.

Deceptive advertising tells you that the $104 children's packages all include a toy, but when you go to pay they tell you that if you want it with a toy it costs $124, and that the $104 one only includes an ice cream.

A few months ago, I was thrilled that the Burger King in Silao had the Veggie Burger. I'm a vegetarian, and I hadn't been to a Burger King in years. Everything was fine until one day I went back and asked for the Veggie Burger, but they told me they'd never had it there. It seemed like the girl didn't have the information right, or I don't know what happened. I told her they did have it, since they'd given it to me before. The woman who had denied it to me whispered something to the guy, and they gave it to me, a little annoyed. Later, I went back and asked for it again, and they told me again they'd never had it. I told her to ask again if they'd had it, and the same thing happened: she whispered something to the guy, but this time they denied it. The guy even chuckled. The last time I went and asked for it again, they told me they'd discontinued it, but in Guanajuato City, at all the Burger Kings, and in León, they haven't discontinued it. In other words, the Burger Kings there still have it. I think it's more about not wanting to provide service; it's not Burger King, but rather catering to the tastes of the people who are there, and they missed out on these new offerings from this chain.

Terrible service. I'm a person with a disability who works hard to earn a living every day. I work as a delivery driver for an app, and I get orders from this restaurant. At first, I would get off my motorcycle to pick up the orders, but where they hand the food packages to the drivers, there's a large step and no access for wheelchair users. I asked the employees if they would be so kind as to bring the food to me because of this, and at first, they were all very helpful. I'm also embarrassed to be asking for favors, but I thanked them. Today, they told me they can no longer help me by bringing the orders to me because the supervisor forbids them from leaving. So I told them that I'm happy to get off my motorcycle and pick up the orders myself, but they don't have an accessibility ramp to the driver area. I think it's incredibly inconsiderate of the supervisor to have such a hard time, since I'm trying to earn a living honestly, and they still put up these kinds of obstacles.

Besides looking very dirty, the employees seem to be unwilling to give out promotions, or unaware of them. Look at how they served my cones, as if the employees were losing something by respecting a promotion and giving the correct portion.
