Este es el peor spot de BK que he visitado, el servicio es teeerriiibleee. Les falta capacitación e interés en el servicio a cliente, siquiera se compensará con la calidad de los alimentos. Si tienes suerte te entregan tu orden completa. Yo tarde cerca de 30 minutos en que me entregarán mi orden, para empezar al entrar al local estaban trapeando, sin colocar letreros pudiendo ocasionar que alguien resbale, al llegar a caja me dijo la chica que en 5 minutos me tomaría la orden porque haría corte (solamente hay 1 caja) se retiró de caja dejando a un chico contando el donde de caja (efectivo) después de que contara el dinero comenzó a tomar mi orden quizás habían pasado más de 10 minutos de que entré. No sabía capturar la orden, la chica que estaba en caja volvió para tomar mi orden. Me senté por otros 10 minutos a esperar mi orden salir. Nadie más estaba en el local, después de mí llegaron más personas a ordenar. Me entregaron mi orden y me fui porque salía mi bus. Al abrir mi bolsa con mis hamburguesas noté que mis papas eran chicas y pague extra para agrandar el combo, en lugar de recibir refresco embotellado me lo dieron en vaso.😔 Le pedí al chico algo para poder llevar con 1 mano las 2 bebidas y al menos me dio un porta vasos. 😓 La carne estaba seca y el pan se sentía que no era fresco y ni aderezo tenía. ☹️

The place is very small; you can eat there, but you might not find a table during peak season. The guy who served me was very friendly. The place is a bit neglected and dirty, but it's better for buying food to take on a trip.

The service was acceptable, neither good nor bad. The downside was that they didn't have most of the advertised products; I had to buy what was available. Additionally, the place, being located inside the bus station, feels lifeless and completely dull. It wasn't a pleasant experience, however, since I had already eaten there and had no other option due to the time I had.

To start with, the service was poor. Even though we were the only people there, it took about five minutes for them to serve us. The food was good, although it could use a bit more hygiene. They serve you at the register first, and the same person who served us prepared the burger, without gloves. And the atmosphere was average. There are no tables for dine-in, they only sell takeout.

I went to this Burger King to order an extreme king combo which was advertised for $194 and $20 more for making the combo medium. Let me tell you I walked in to order my food at the counter and the server was not at his post. So I waited around ten minutes for the server to arrive. The kitchen worker informed me that he was in the back and that he would return shortly, but it was long wait. I ordered to go and I got my food home and to my surprise the fries were small in size and the worst the extreme king burger lacked the toppings; lettuce, onions, and pickles. I would avoid this Burger King chain for its horrible customer service and false advertising. Please check your food if you order to go! 👀

Terrible service at this branch. The employees chat and get angry when someone asks for something. Furthermore, they NEVER accept coupons, claiming they don't have a scanner. That's just an excuse not to accept coupons. DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH; IT'S THE WORST I'VE EVER BEEN TO.

Deceptive advertising tells you that the $104 children's packages all include a toy, but when you go to pay they tell you that if you want it with a toy it costs $124, and that the $104 one only includes an ice cream.

A few months ago, I was thrilled that the Burger King in Silao had the Veggie Burger. I'm a vegetarian, and I hadn't been to a Burger King in years. Everything was fine until one day I went back and asked for the Veggie Burger, but they told me they'd never had it there. It seemed like the girl didn't have the information right, or I don't know what happened. I told her they did have it, since they'd given it to me before. The woman who had denied it to me whispered something to the guy, and they gave it to me, a little annoyed. Later, I went back and asked for it again, and they told me again they'd never had it. I told her to ask again if they'd had it, and the same thing happened: she whispered something to the guy, but this time they denied it. The guy even chuckled. The last time I went and asked for it again, they told me they'd discontinued it, but in Guanajuato City, at all the Burger Kings, and in León, they haven't discontinued it. In other words, the Burger Kings there still have it. I think it's more about not wanting to provide service; it's not Burger King, but rather catering to the tastes of the people who are there, and they missed out on these new offerings from this chain.

Terrible service. I'm a person with a disability who works hard to earn a living every day. I work as a delivery driver for an app, and I get orders from this restaurant. At first, I would get off my motorcycle to pick up the orders, but where they hand the food packages to the drivers, there's a large step and no access for wheelchair users. I asked the employees if they would be so kind as to bring the food to me because of this, and at first, they were all very helpful. I'm also embarrassed to be asking for favors, but I thanked them. Today, they told me they can no longer help me by bringing the orders to me because the supervisor forbids them from leaving. So I told them that I'm happy to get off my motorcycle and pick up the orders myself, but they don't have an accessibility ramp to the driver area. I think it's incredibly inconsiderate of the supervisor to have such a hard time, since I'm trying to earn a living honestly, and they still put up these kinds of obstacles.

Besides looking very dirty, the employees seem to be unwilling to give out promotions, or unaware of them. Look at how they served my cones, as if the employees were losing something by respecting a promotion and giving the correct portion.
