Fantastic service every time we go. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The drive thru line gets really long, but don't be intimidated. It goes quicker then you would think.

Lines are long as always at a popular burger joint. But the food was 🔥 the greatest part, and they were able to make sure I had no salt on my burger or the fries. That was righteous good.

I beat the after work rush. It has been a while but man was it worth it. My cheeseburgers with grilles onions were amazing. The fries, well done, were almost heavenly. I also got a plain cheeseburger for my dog as a treat, who never eats fastfood burgers. She loved her cheeseburger. Simply the best!

Didn't like it the first time because I was sick but tried it the second time and oh boy there's something about raw onions and this juicy double double burger that just go so well together! Love love! It does get crazy busy during lunch and dinner if you're going through drive through and the lines sometimes go out onto the street but it's so worth the wait.

Difficult parking lot since it's quite busy here

Just as expected of any In-N-Out location. The restaurant is clean, the service is great and the food quality is the same high level quality that you expect from In-N-Out. This location can get very busy, but they do work efficiently, and there usually isn't too long of a wait. The parking can be challenging at times as some of the parking spaces are obstructed by the drive through line.

Can I just say from the moment I pulled to the drive thru, a friendly employee took my order and made me feel so welcomed. Dale, is his name. He gave me my food and was very benevolent the whole time. He gave great service as well as the other girl who I didn’t get to see her name. I will definitely be coming here more often. Consistency is everything. It is not the best burger or fries I have ever had, but it's the most consistently good. You know what you're going to get, and they're customer service is generally spot on! No complaints as of yet! 🤙

In-N-Out never disappoints. The food is always hit and fresh. In most cases I request things add on or taken off burgers. I really really don't like raw onion and once in a while I do like grilled onions. They always get my burgers right. The meat is always grilled correctly. Cooked but not dried out. I love the fact that I can get a burger for my best friend, my dog 🐕, and it just meat and cheese, the flying Dutchman. I don't have to feel guilty about throwing food away and I can give it to her in the container it comes in, without worrying, she is getting wrapping, foil or other condiments that are not good for her or that she shouldn't have. She can also eat when I am so she's not begging or having to wait until I'm done to get her treat. The staff is always friendly, helpful and focused on doing their jobs well.

This is Store #78, at the Stearns St. offramp to the 118 Freeway in Simi Valley. Parking is limited. Employees take half the spaces, at least. Otherwise, great food and friendly staff.

What can one say about In N Out Burger that isn't already common knowledge (at least in Southern California)?? It's simply the best!! It's consistently great tasting, extremely fresh, and incredibly affordable. Moreover, In N Out has intelligently kept the same simple menu for decades, and hasn't lost sight of the concept of focusing on doing a few things really really well. This is not to say that the staff at every In N Out (we most recently visited the Simi Valley location) isn't hip to the "secret menu" items, and can't make any special order seem easy. They most certainly can!! Case in point: my go to order is the grilled cheese with lettuce, tomato, double whole grilled onion (yep, you have to ask for this type of onion specifically), no sauce, and extra toast on the bun!! It's simply incredible!! Add some fresh cut fries and an Arnold Palmer....and you're all set!! In N Out is a Southern California tradition, and it's always a treat!!

Right off the 118 on Sterns. Small but clean and efficient. A server brought our order to the table. Very nice touch. They made the drive thru a priority by having 1 or 2 workers taking orders.

I'm a senior citizen and I've been enjoying their burgers all over So. Cal. since I was a teenager. I proposed to my wife in my car in the parking lot and we got married wearing their shirts and our 1st. meal was their drive through. Looking forward to lots more meals on my wheels.

I was finally able to come to this In N Out location in Simi Valley. My work is in the area but I was closer to In N Out today because I went to take my exam at a testing center near here. I came a little before 10am so I just waited in my car. I know they will start serving guest at 10am but they officially open at 10:30am. I was their first guest today so I was able to put in my 3x2 protein style burger and chopped chilis along with fries. I didn't know that the person taking my order thought I said a double double until I saw the receipt. I didn't mind it so I didn't go correct him. My food didn't take that long to make and I took it back to the office to eat. The burger is always delicious like always and the fries are basically in n out fries if you know what I mean. The customer service here is excellent and the atmosphere here is great too.

I used to avoid this particular In-n-Out location but recently started frequenting it again. As far as ln-n-Outs go, this is a good location, It is situated right off the 118 freeway and is easy to get to. It is usually crowded, with the line sometimes going out into the street. They do keep the line moving quickly and get the drive thru orders out fast. I haven't had a problem with the food. My order is always correct and the food is hot and fresh when I get to the pick up window. On my last visit, they understood the assignment and my "fries well done" were perfect, extra crispy and brown. Some of the best fries l've had recently. Employees are friendly. Parking is tricky and you might get boxed in by the drive thru line. There is some parking on either side of the restaurant that does not get blocked by cars best to park there.

Not to be negative... I love in n out I have been eating at in n out since I could remember... We just moved to Simi and the in n out here seems to get our order wrong Everytime . I order the same thing for the last 4 or 5 years . So needless to say I haven't had this issue before. I love in n out it's always so good but my burgers are never fully cooked (I can't eat pink meat I need it to be brown) I always order well done or extra well done burger and never get it the way I ask . I have got home with 1 order of fries when I ordered 3 .. wrong amount of burgers or made wrong . I'm not sure if it's just Simi valley being so busy since it's the only one out here but usually the food is good despite the issues with the way it's cooked or prepared. I don't necessarily get to eat my burgers all the time but I eat around the red . I want to try the Moorpark one out next to see if it's any better .

as far as In n Outs go they are good not great and only cause unless its a slow day for them good luck finding a parking space there or even getting in and out as the packing lot sucks

I have a soft spot for this store since I helped open it in 1992 and worked there for 2 years before college. (Then went on to work at other stores for about 4 more years.) Therefore I know how high the standards are, especially for cooks. My order was overall correct, but I asked for a lightly-toasted bun and the top bun was very burnt.

This location was clean and had parking. The dining area is a little on the small side. When my family and I went we were looking for a table but there were only 2 person tables. A young man eating by himself at a larger table got up and moved for us. I appreciate his consideration. The food was delicious as always.

Best burgers in town, sadly this is the only location and it's extremely hard to access at times. With only 1 entrance and 1 exit it tends to get jammed up a bit sometimes with the line reaching the street. The line also tends to block the parking lots making it extremely hard to even park if you dont want to wait in a long line. I really hope in n out open a second location in simi but for now this is all we got. None the less the service is great the people work hard and the food is always good never been let down.

There's always a long line that can end at the curb connecting to the highway so put on your hazard lights/turning signal if you're right there (in my opinion to not get hit). The employees work swiftly and are kind taking and dishing out orders with so many hangry people. Burgers are hot and fresh every single time and worth the wait.

Just what u expect. Decent food for a decent price. I always get whole grilled onions or Animal Style double doubles or 4x4's. For the fries It's always good to get some Animal Style & regular & share em. The thing I can't stand about this location is the parking. It's a nightmare almost all of the time. If u can get in and park u can't get out because your blocked by the cars in the drive thru which wraps all the way around the building and parking lot and out to the street and to the freeway off ramp and half way to Spain. It's ridiculous. U either sit in the drive thru for half an hour or u get stuck in the parking lot or u be like me and have to pick & choose when to go there. Or just go to the one in Porter Ranch cause it's in a huge shopping center with plenty of parking.

In and out is always good, the food is good quality and I love how you can get it many different ways. The employees are always very friendly and personable. My only complaint is that just like every other in and out it is way over crowded so the food always takes forever regardless of whether you go in or drive-thru. If you go in the Drive-Thru be prepared to sit there for about 15 minutes on the low end and good luck finding parking anytime before 10 or 11 p.m.

It’s In-N-Out. I’ve never seen the appeal, the burgers taste average and the fries aren’t that good. Their famous sauce is mediocre. The service is good and decently fast. They give lots of sauce packets.

Good burgers can't say the same for the fires. Everytime I eat here the fries are stiff, hard, and crunchy. I always think maybe they won't be so bad this time but no. I'm not sure if it is because whoever trained the rest of the employees told them to fry the potatoes a specific way...but I once ordered them light fry and the fries were practically uncooked. Quite possibly the worst design of a parking lot and drive thru; the drive thru line frequently extends all the way to the Main Street and blocks 4-6 parking spots in the process. Don’t know why the workers taking the orders at the car windows don’t hold traffic back so people can park and leave without having to wait for a break in the endless line of cars in drive thru.

They always get our food wrong. Long line to wait for them to be wrong and have to wait even longer. Staff is weird too.

Let me start by saying that I LOVE In n Out. My order never varies. Animal fries extra cheese, medium soda (and sometimes a splurge of a completely plain burger for my dog). I have actually eaten at this location before multiple times and my simple order has always been hot, crispy but soft fries with melty cheese and plenty of sauce and onions. However the other night I waited thru the drive thru line and ended up getting COLD ROCK HARD fries and cheese that had not even melted (I drove like a block away to park and eat my fries). I debated whether to go back. But I was starving. So I went back, parked and went in and asked for them to make it again. (I handed them basically the entire order, minus a single bite I took to toss for me). This was the first time I ever have asked In n Out to make my order over. I waited inside and got my replacement order. I walked just outside their lot where my car was parked and actually just sat in the car prepared to eat my new order of animal fries. But again, COLD ROCK HARD FRIES with this time barely melted cheese. I spit it out. I just could not go back in. I ended up tossing the entire order. This is the first time in all the years I have been going to In n Outs throughout CA that I have been thoroughly disgusting with my order. Not sure if I will be back to this location.

Too be honest... it's over-rated, it's mediocre food. The price is good but that's about it. Average burger, average fries. Everyone makes it seem like it's greatest burger ever... It's a "west coast pride" type of thing, so everyone in California says its so awesome. You can find a better burger almost anywhere.
