You always know exactly what you’re getting at In-N-Out, and that’s the best part. The consistency here is unmatched—the food is always fresh, and the quality of the burgers and fries never dips. On top of that, the service is always top-notch; the staff is quick, friendly, and they run a tight ship even when the drive-thru line is wrapped around the building. It’s easily the most reliable spot for a great meal every single time!
The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced. It was one of the best dining experiences we have had.
Still the best burger out there at an incredible price. Today we ordered a Double Double Flying Dutchman style wrapped in grilled onions. If you have not had your burger that way, I highly recommend it.

Oldest trick in the book is to bring your significant other to eat here on a Monday through Thursday short lines a lot of space inside to eat inside of the restaurant I recommend the number one lettuce wrapped protein style don't come here on the weekends the line sometimes goes around the corner 😭 either way you know what to expect the quality of the food is the same every single time if you want something suspicious go to the McDonald's across the street 💯

Update: Always a delicious meal! Everything is so tasty and fresh. The service is always amazing! Everyone has a smile on their face. I was finally able to come to this In N Out location in Simi Valley. My work is in the area but I was closer to In N Out today because I went to take my exam at a testing center near here. I came a little before 10am so I just waited in my car. I know they will start serving guest at 10am but they officially open at 10:30am. I was their first guest today so I was able to put in my 3x2 protein style burger and chopped chilis along with fries. I didn't know that the person taking my order thought I said a double double until I saw the receipt. I didn't mind it so I didn't go correct him. My food didn't take that long to make and I took it back to the office to eat. The burger is always delicious like always and the fries are basically in n out fries if you know what I mean. The customer service here is excellent and the atmosphere here is great too.
2024.07-14/SAT: What a great experience! There was no long wait because we decided to dine in. We haven't done that in over a couple of years. We've never been to this location but no matter which location you visit, everything runs the same! They're a well run operation! Fresh, hot and the customer service is always stellar! Love that this location is about a minute from my home. Always great friendly service in the drive thru line. Usually busy- the drive thru line does block parking spots when it gets long but the restaurant typically has people outside taking orders and they are so on top of their stuff. The line moves quick
This place is SO busy, too busy for the space. Food is no surprise and very consistent from store to store. Every person I've dealt with has been professional. The volume is too great. Take over a store in the Simi town center.
This legendary spot in and out is the loveliest and darkest burger spot for the money. If you haven’t tried animal style, give that a go as well, but I highly recommend double burger, french fries, and chocolate shake combination you will not be disappointed.
Just what u expect. Decent food for a decent price. I always get whole grilled onions or Animal Style double doubles or 4x4's. For the fries It's always good to get some Animal Style & regular & share em. The thing I can't stand about this location is the parking. It's a nightmare almost all of the time. If u can get in and park u can't get out because your blocked by the cars in the drive thru which wraps all the way around the building and parking lot and out to the street and to the freeway off ramp and half way to Spain. It's ridiculous. U either sit in the drive thru for half an hour or u get stuck in the parking lot or u be like me and have to pick & choose when to go there. Or just go to the one in Porter Ranch cause it's in a huge shopping center with plenty of parking.
Food was decent, not the best location I’ve been to. Best location in my opinion is in Austin Texas on south Lamar. The tomatoes at this location were a little under ripe and the Patties weren’t seasoned super well. Overall good if you need your INO fix.
