Review for Subway – 5 Stars I recently visited this Subway location, and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any sandwich shop! From the moment I walked in, the place was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, taking the time to make my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. They were patient with my customizations and made sure everything was fresh and neatly prepared. The ingredients were top-notch—crisp veggies, fresh bread, and perfectly portioned meats and cheeses. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, with a comfortable seating area and a well-maintained drink station. Even during a busy time, the service was quick without feeling rushed. If you're looking for a reliable, tasty meal made just the way you like it, I highly recommend this Subway location. I'll definitely be back!

These folks are first rate. I arranged for sandwich platters for meetings at work. They were beautiful and tasty, ready right when I requested them, came in two packaged sets (we had two separate meetings) complete with veggies and condiments on the side. Absolutely top shelf. Thanks so much

The subway in Smithville is fairly standard for a subway location. They usually have exactly what you’re looking for and rarely are out of ingredients. However near the end of the night they often run out of the more popular breads like herb and cheese. They are good about following online orders though. The owners daughter makes an exceptional sub and we used to go every Friday after doing groceries.

This place sucks, everytime I come here there only ever one person working. It is so incredibly slow, shouldn't take a half hour to get a sub. It also doesn't help when someone orders 6 subs and again only 1 person working!!!

If you use this subway, I highly recommend you don’t order for pick up and you watch what they are putting on your sub. Unfortunately, we received rotting lettuce on our order. It was brown and ,in spots black and soggy, slimy, and had clearly spoiled. Definitely not a healthy or safe choice to serve this. Unfortunately for us, we ordered for pick up and so didn’t see them make the sub, otherwise we would have said something immediately. Truly hope it’s a one time mistake and it get rectified. Such a shame as subway is a favourite of ours.

We love Subway. But this location in Smithville is nothing but disappointing. Ordered 2 foot long subs on the App. Chicken and steak. When I picked it up and opened the wrapper to check I couldn't see any meat in either one. I thought they gave me the wrong order so I went back and told the staff ( Indian guy) that this is not my order as it's missing the meat He poked around in the sub and showed me the chicken and the steak. The fact that he has to poke around to show me that the sub had meat should tell you how much chicken and steak was actually put in the Sub. If I'm paying for a steak sub, I want to have a reasonable amount of steak. I won't be buying at this location again.

After receiving directions the driver said he wouldn’t take the detoured route because it wasn’t what his app would pay him for. So instead he took my food back to the restaurant and cancelled the order himself without consulting me. Been waiting an hour now for 2 sandwiches that were cancelled without my knowledge, and doubt I will be getting a refund. How about getting some competent delivery people who can complete a simple task.
