We had a great experience today at Fratellos!! I went in and asked if they could accommodate 12-15 of us for a pizza "party" for a group of young adults with special needs (members of the United Sports Club White Marsh Rec). They were excited to have us and were very welcoming. Keep in mind they are generally speaking, a small business with a small dining area, but they were very accommodating. They provided us with an additional table and seating, a bifold table for our pizzas, additional plates and cups upon request, seasonings, and overall a warm and welcoming atmosphere!! The ladies working there were wonderful and very pleasant throughout our hour long "party." Besides the atmosphere and very accommodating and pleasant folks working there, the pizza was delicious!!! We hope to go back as a group again one day and we will be returning as a family as well. Thanks!!!

First time ordering a large pepperoni pizza. It was cooked to perfection and just the Right amount of crunch to the crust. The person who took the order over the phone was very polite. They said 10 minutes and I got there in 10 minutes and it was ready. Arrived home and it’s still piping hot and delicious.

Great food!! We had a cheese steak sub that was delicious. My husband said it was the softest roll he ever had. My turkey club was perfect, everything was so fresh. Super fast delivery.

I recently dined at Fratellos Pizza and had an exceptional experience. The service was top-notch, and the spaghetti dish I ordered was incredibly delicious. This is definitely a great place to bring your family for a wonderful dining experience. Five stars all the way!

I just took my kids basketball team there and it was everybody’s first time eating here. Food quality and taste was great! Service was excellent and I love supporting local businesses instead of chains. I will definitely be a repeat customer

I been back for the last 2 days there meat lovers pizzas are to die for an so are there pizza and wing combo for 34.99 with tax I just started going an I will keep going an become a loyal customer

Pizza is good. Different from Papa Jon and Piza hut pizza which is same everywhere. Only issue was 3 tomatoes for an entire salad. Fries and pizza good though.

I’m newish to the area and my cousin has ordered from here a few times when I’ve been over at her house so I figured last weekend we would place an order. The pizza was greasy and not cut all the way through and not cut into actual slices and the rest of the items we received were average. But delivery was quick and the food was good enough so I chalked it up to a busy Friday night. No big deal. Tonight I wanted to order again. After I placed my order they called and said they would deliver to me tonight but they can’t anymore because I’m not within 7 miles. Then I hear someone yelling in the background I have to order through door dash and the lady on the phone repeated that. I asked them to cancel my order as I did not want to pay extra door dash fees. However I looked up the distance and it says I’m 5.9 miles away…soooo not sure what that was about but don’t think I’ll be giving them another try.

I am very disappointed in Fratellos. I have been a regular customer for the past few years. I recently ordered delivery online and paid with a Visa. I did not include a tip because I was going to give a cash tip which I did. My food was $33 excluding fees and I gave a $10 cash tip (it was Saturday night and raining so I thought I would show my appreciation for delivery). When I checked my bank statement, I noticed the Fratello's charge was $5 more than the Visa receipt that was emailed to me. I assume they thought I didn't tip but even if I didn't, what gives them the right to add a tip without my consent? They already charge a delivery fee and credit card fee. My $33 worth of food ended up costing me $51.95! I thought they were an honest business but I was obviously wrong. I will never go there again. I do not like to reward dishonest businesses. Most people don't check their bank statements so they probably do this all the time and they think they can get away with it. Hopefully, reviews like this will stop them.
