Starbucks is always consistent and delicious! It’s our go-to coffee stop whether we’re on the run or just need that extra pick-me-up in the morning. The drinks are reliable, the service is quick, and it’s always a comfort knowing we can count on them for a great start to the day.
Stopped in passing through town. The store was nice and clean and the service was friendly.

The staff is always cheerful, and one woman in particular, Erika, is always ready to help out if you have questions about how a drink is made or questions about any of the food. The Starbucks locations in the Bay Area need to have their staff take lessons from Erika :)
This is my go to place to kick back and relax with a coffee or two while I read or play a game on my phone. The workers are nice and always get my order done really fast even when they're busy. Lots of good seating options inside as well. Sometimes that isn't the case depending on the location. I do feel bad for them sometimes though. I've seen their drive through line wrap around the parking lot it gets so busy sometimes. Not to be confused with the starbucks booth across the parking lot inside safeway.
I order from Starbucks on the daily. The employees here are so helpful, fast & friendly. I love to visit the junction store & the Crossroads as well. The Starbucks inside Safeway is ALWAYS out of chai & unable to scan my card due to differences in registers, so you won't get your Starbucks points at this store. For these reasons, I try to avoid this store.
Seems like outside area could've been larger but I have yet to see the few tables full. so as long as there is seating available outside like every visit I've made, then I have no problem. I've had friendly quick, accurate service most visits and just satisfactory visits on a few occasions....

A much needed Ice Coffee on an scorching hot day!!
Today I had a stressful experience at the drive thru and it wasn't because of the service. I had ordered my drink and was just sitting there, waiting in line at the drive thru. I was totally spaced out and accidentally slipped my foot off the brake and hit the gas and rear ended the woman in front of me. Thankfully, there was no damage done since i braked just in time. But I was soooo stressed out and clearly embarrassed. Not sure if the woman in front of me told Sam (the cashier at drive thru) but when I pulled up to the window, he just handed me my drink. I went to give him my phone to scan and he said that I didn't owe anything. I asked if the woman in front of me bought my drink and he said "Nope, I did. Happy New Year!" Not sure if he noticed what happened and decided to buy my drink to make me feel better or if he just randomly decided to buy my drink, but I am sooo thankful for his kindness! He is already an awesome barista and this just made me like him even more. I wish I had tipped him, but I was so shaken up that I totally forgot so I figured I would just leave a good review about him. Thank you Sam, I really appreciate you!
The staff at this location are so cheerful and friendly that they enhance the whole experience. Their service is excellent and their drinks are delicious.
I have been to Starbucks for awhile now, and they have been very good so far. They are very expedient in their service, never taking more than a couple minutes to get an order out. The staff are also kind and talkative. The area is very nice. There is a few outdoor seating spots featuring umbrellas. This franchise accepts debit/credit with chip. There is a smaller amount of plugs than other Starbucks locations, but there's still enough to go around. As far as I can tell, there is no USB ports for plug in throughout, but correct me if I'm wrong. Good place to hang out at with dates or small groups. Also, as an off topic statement, there's also a Pokéstop for Pokémon Go if that catches anyone's fancy.
Always a long line and even with how tough that must be on the people who work there, they're always friendly and chill. This is pretty much my favorite Starbucks.

It's a nice place to play. the lake is pretty good sized.its deep and it warm..it's a great fishing lake..along with ever water sports you want to do....it has good camp grounds also " I'd advise not to go on the weekend in the summer" they have a tendency to get full, fast..
A small c offee should be called small; not medium or tall. Pretty lame marketing for such an outstanding company.

Mostly set up as a drive thru. If you want to go in, you have to walk awkwardly through parking lot traffic to get to the door.

Lots of outdoor space always set up & umbrellas in the summer. Trendy space inside with good amount of seating. Order area large & very friendly baristas.

I enjoy going to Starbucks a lot. I love their coffee and I love the dragon drink refresher. And every winter, I love to get my favorite seasonal drink, which is a caramel brule latte. The croissants are bomb, and their cake pops are really good too. I highly recommend this place.
I mean, I loved the drink! Fast and friendly service too....but it's just so gross to hand someone cash and then watch them grab your sippy cup by the mouth hole, yano? #donttouchmymouthhole
I love coming to this Starbucks. Its a great place for me and my roommates to come get coffee and get homework done. The workers are amazing.The music is somewhat loud but I usually have my headphones on so I can't hear their music over mine.
Typical starbucks, except that the baristas rarely have much of a sense of urgency, even when busy. Getting your drink can take 2-3x longer than locations that regularly handle higher volumes, like down in the valley cities.

Coffee is good but the homeless kids that hang out in front are really not a good thing. Sitting on the sidewalk, smoking and giving a bad look to the store. Not sure we will be going back...
THESE EMPLOYEES GIVE OFF THE VIVE LIKE THEY DONT TAKE THEIR JOB SERIOUS... EXCEPT THE GUY... HE ACTUALLY WAS TRYING, NOT LIKE THE OTHER GIRLS THAT WERE BEING DIVAS.

It was a Starbucks - no surprises. They didn't seem to have the typical selection of a Starbucks, but the line moved pretty fast, so that was nice.
This location is nice but their drive through takes forever. I can't tell sometimes if it's the people in line causing issues or if it's the baristas making the coffee because some days it doesn't take very long at all. Their coffee is okay, but I feel like the rush it too much, and don't read the type of coffee you've gotten. My order is never complicated but they've made hot drinks iced, and have left out vanilla out of a vanilla latte multiple times. They let the shot die so coffee tastes not as fresh. They tend to burn it as well.
I've been going here for years and I have to say that I was really disappointed today. They were not that busy at all. The cashier didnt talk our name, my husband and I ordered the exact same thing and we had to wait about 2 minutes for the other one. The place was a little dirty. Just sad. I will definitely be going to The Junction location I think from now on.
I was riding with a sister. The line hardly moved. Drive-through service has gotten worse over the years. Fast beverages, hot or cold, should be observed if satisfaction is desired. Food service health inspection certification and licensing is compromised. Taxpayers are being ripped off. However, it's no fault of the young adults who are overworked, short-staffed . . . just to get a scholarship. Happy Holiday Season, despite everything 🎁🗽
Staff is friendly. I keep trying to convince myself I like coffee that strong but it never seems to work for me. Luckily I'm an exception to the rule. Most people love it that strong. They also sell different types of dessert and cups and stuff

The line was beyond the drive thru and into Walmart's parking lot. My issue is I ordered ahead. When I did so, the at home mixes said "not available" and "peppermint" was "out of stock". Avoiding the drive thru line I went inside to pickup my mobile order. I found the Peppermint Latte mix on the shelf AND the cashier said they were not out of Peppermint. He wasn't sure why mobile ordering was not reflecting correctly, but acknowledged this has been happening for a week.

Ordered a mocha frappe and iced lemon loaf. For the first time at a Starbucks was served stale lemon loaf. The coffee was just as bad. Disappointing.
I'm not a fan. Their coffee is too strong, the pastries are too expensive. The tables are small, the chairs not very comfortable.
I go to this Starbucks every singe day. Today I went there and it was absolutely terrible. I always order a black tea with extra sweetener. And today it was basically sweetened water, when I sent it back I got a completely different drink. When I returned it the third time I was given attitude. And the drink was the exact same as the first time. Probably won't be going to this location anymore.

The last 2 times I went through the drive thru this is what I got. Less than full drinks!!! Its really ridiculous how I'm not getting a full drink when I pay full price!!!!
Took 30 minutes to get a sandwich on a Sunday at 1:30 PM . It was not busy drinks are subpar. I would recommend hitting a different one .
I just visited this morning, ordered coffee and one of the new frappuccinos and it came with hair!@@ it turned my stomach. Well they never give receipts anymore unless you ask for one.
Day shift are always nice as for night shift they are always rude especially Brooke and Hayley. Multiple times they have spoken rudely and treated me just as badly.
They serve delivery people last, after walk-in customers. Sometimes the wait reaches 10–15 minutes. DoorDash penalizes drivers for this and lowers their rating for late deliveries. If you work in this area, I recommend not accepting orders from this place. They've never delivered an order on time, you can see it on the cameras. Also, I forgot to mention — they don’t have 4-cup trays, only 2-cup ones. So instead of giving you one large bag, they hand you 2–3 small ones with two drinks each. I don’t know if the extra waste is normal — that’s not my business — but they don’t secure the cups well in the trays. Drinks often spill in the car, especially since Sonora has lots of hills, slopes, and sharp turns. don’t know if it’s a lack of logic, professionalism, attention to detail, or education (you choose), but I really don’t understand why it’s so difficult to simply order 4-cup trays in advance. I constantly see my order being set aside while staff prioritize walk-in customers. Meanwhile, my drinks sit there melting and getting stale. Please remember — you're preparing this order for your customer too, the one waiting at home. I don't understand why delivery customers are treated as lower priority than walk-ins. Where is your commitment to equality and fairness? As a result, you end up with: 1. A late delivery. 2. A car interior soaked in coffee, often with the smell of spilled latte. 3. Bad ratings from customers — either for being late or for delivering a messy, spilled order.
🥴🥵🌚 Ordered Venti Dark-roast with 4oz milk. Got old coffee with a splash of milk. Returned ask for same, without oxidized coffee. Got medium roast with heavy splash of milk. When asked for more milk; was told “I didn’t hear you.” Funny how holding up 4 fingers while asking for 4oz of milk, THREE TIMES gets staff telling untruths 🤥 Maybe Starbucks will always burn their coffee... but expecting us to change our taste preference to enjoy the “Star-Burn” is not acceptable.
Waited to be helped for several minutes while the cashier repeatedly ignored me. I waited, and waited, while I listened to him to chat it up with another worker by the register. Mind you, no one is in line except me. Continued to ignore me until I finally just left. Then he looked at me as I was walking out the door as if he was surprised I was leaving. Wow!
Be careful if you use your debt card to buy drinks in the drive-thru at the Junction shopping center. ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT!!! They charged me $9.45 for 1 drink. I'm willing to excuse a human error, but this happened 3 separate times. Keep your $ local, go to Day-O coffee huts instead
Just went through the drive thru at this Starbucks and had the worst experience ever! First the woman tried handing me my hot drink without the lid secured and it dumped into my lap. Then they claimed I still owed 6 dollars on my 10.50 purchase after I knew for a fact I had the money in my account so I park and check my account and sure enough have the money in my account! Go back in and they say ok so that's a total of 10.50! No! You just took 4.50 off my card so its 6 dollars! They refused to change the price! So now I'm back home changing because my pants are full of coffee and have no coffee to show for it, not to mention I paid 4.50 for that ordeal!! I'm going to dayo.
Got a cup of non flavored ice tea water blend. Garbage waste of my money. Pond water tasted better. Thank you Starbuck. This I why I don't waste my time in your stores and once again you have disappointed me!
For the first time ever the gal at the window was extremely rude and unprofessional. My wrap was smashed as well when I took it out. I've been going to this Starbucks every day and sometimes twice a day and for the very first time ever I'm probably going to stop attending this Starbucks.
Arrived before close and they waited until the clock rolled over to 8pm before even bothering to answer. Then only says sorry we’re closed. As I pull through they still have customers inside... some customer service. I think I’ll stick with DayO from now on.
