Opiniones de Taco Bell Soquel
The cashier was awesome. Food was hot and fresh. Dining room open till 1am.The best Taco Bell I've ever patronized. Keep up the good work.
Probably the most chill and cleanest T Bell to be quite honest! They have 2 kiosks and a cashier at the ready if needed. Orders have not been messed up for me personally here and food is good
This is a smaller more quaint Taco Bell with extounding service. I especially thought the employee with the first name of James (a brand new supervisor), was especially helpful & kind. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to be treated right!!
Shwappy delicious and wholly unsatisfying. I feel the need to take the food out of the food out but why am I always hungry within an hour or two right about the time the guilt wears off??? Don't get me wrong TB has been a staple for several chapters of my half a century making my way through this California dream! Doritos locos tacos is all I'm saying...
Food is always hot and fresh. We stop here every week after soccer practice for dinner.
Not bad at all! I love taco bell, it's my go to when it comes to fast food! Now don't get me started on the mission location...
Taco Bell food is always good. Consiplenty of parking services. Fantastic atmosphere is so so you might find yourself with a few Pan handlers. Other than that is fantastic can't beat it close to the beach with the wind blowing great weather can't be even stop by this Taco Bell
My order got messed up which is fine - it happens. But what was noteworthy about this particular Taco Bell is how seriously amazing Charles was. He was understanding, efficient, and kind. I hope the manager sees this and knows they have a rockstar!
New cantina menu is pretty bomb, I love the avocado salsa, especially the packaging. Great example of corporate marketing/new ideas and having a store capable of executing! Only thing is I wish the cantina chicken quesadilla was a little bigger but that's my stomach talking
Got my food out quickly but I requested for to go and was given for dine in. The girl who rang me up noticed I was about to leave without the bag and called me over to get a bag and cover for my Nacho fries. So I was gonna leave it at 4 stars but she was really nice so 5 stars it is
Always quick and consistent good quantity. I use the app and get free food on rewards that's like every other order I place.
I never thought I would give a Taco Bell 5 Stars. I pass by here daily and have been here dozens of times. This is hands down the friendliest and most consistent Taco Bell I have ever been to. Of all the times I've been here there was only one minor mistake to one single order. At times they get VERY busy but I've watched the crew and they are doing everything they can to complete the orders. I hope management treats them well because the crew here deserves it. I don't go to any of the other Taco Bell locations around town because they are not even close to being as good. Go here on an off time and you'll see what I mean!
I love Taco Bell, who has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I love their nacho fries!
Had nice hot food within minutes of ordering
Whoever made my chalupa tonight, I hope you crack or get cracked 💕
Honestly the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Clean, friendly service, and hot/fresh dishes!
First time reviewing a chain fastfood just from the sheer fact that this staff absolutely rocks!! I usually come before midnight, and despite the time of day and oddly rush hour, they are always extremely friendly and helpful.
11 pm, store was nice and clean. Multiple people taking out. I also ordered take out from the cashier my order came out in like 5-7 minutes. Ordered 2x mex pizza and fries special. Fries was delicious, pizza was good as well. Price was reasonable.
LOVE IT! More businesses should follow siut. Always an enjoyable experience. Manager deserves a raise or something? At least a Christmas bonus? I stop there often on my way home during rush hour traffic. Place is clean, clean, clean! Staff is friendly, helpful, considerate, understanding. Flat out great. I'm a customer, but not always a paying one. They let me use their rest room no matter what. Everything a fast food place, or any place of business should be. Thank you for making it a better world Taco Bell!
When you're a vegetarian wanting fast food fix Taco Bell is always safe and creative option. You can get most of their items customized without meat. My favorite is there sides of black beans and rice. Actually I can eat here for under $5 with a side of bean and rice and their dollar nachos! They have an entire dollar menu that has several vegetarian options that hit the junky but-still-somewhat-nutritious spot. What a deal!
The 41st Ave T-bell is one of the newest remodels and it turned out nice. The problem: money is being put into the stores and NOT the people. The constant turnover of employees continues to create not only staffing issues, but also quality of order correctness.
The place was immaculate and well staffed. The service was a little slow because of all the door dashes they were preparing. Other than the slow service a good restaurant to eat at.
A bit of a mess, but doesnt affect me too much. Love that they put nacho strips instead of those small chips on my nacho loaded taco. Super friendly staff. It's good.
Not a fan of self checkout and if this is going to be the norm here I'll stop coming here. It also seems that every time I order tacos they are broke in half so I've stopped ordering them. I wish that the double decker tacos were back.
Taco who doesn't like taco bell. Unfortunately one of the last 2 in town. We had 4 so now when visiting taco bell it is usually crowded and has a wait most of the time which is the only bummer I have to say about it
They girl at the counter was very cheerful, genuinely. This is very refreshing to see. While in line, I watched her, & the manager handle a customer complaint flawlessly. My order was up quick, and made a little larger than normal. I left feeling Happy & Full.
This is a great place to hangout with friends and get a cheap bite to eat. I have always enjoyed swinging by here and grabbing a burrito or a few tacos while roaming around town. The staff is always very friendly but occasionally they have as little as one worker during lunch hour. They handle their orders very well and I have not gotten one wrong yet. I have great memories from this taco bell and its always nice talking to the staff.
I come here often. My friend who had worked here, educated me on how to make taco bell even better with all the different substitution allowances. Some they charge some not. Whatever. Not a biggie. Very convenient and hit and a miss on potential crowdedness. You never know till you go.!♡
Standard Taco Bell food, though the lines at lunch can be horrendous! The staff there did do a great job at handling them, though the new automated kiosks do not allow for substitutions. As a vegetarian, I need to be able to sub beans for meat. It would be nice if I would be able to skip the line and do the substitution there. Oh well... At least the crew is friendly and know what to do!
It's Taco Bell, I've been to many of them and my experience about the same everywhere. This place is usually a little slow and understaffed I think for lunch time. However, today the cashier that took my order was an upbeat funny guy and very friendly. He was also quick to jump on the food prep line as soon as he could to speed things up. I asked his name specifically because I knew this review would come up. So thanks Alex!
a terrible experience at this Taco Bell in Soquel. I ordered extra sour cream on both items. neither item had any SC. stone cold chicken on both items. lots of people working in the kitchen. but orders were not read at all it appears. will not bother coming back here.
Decent recently rebuilt Taco Bell. Wait time is low. Orders are always correct. There is no Drive Through at this location. Not sure why other reviewers say there is one; or why they waited so long in the non existent lane waiting on their food. Also little bit crowded at midnight.
This Taco Bell is always clean. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and earger to help. There is a working bathroom that is indoor and easily accessible. The building has a modern layout with plenty of seating and two walk-up order kiosks, in addition to counter support, that make for short lines and quick service. My favorite TB!
The wait is normally 30 minutes + but the staff does the very best they can! There are only 2 Taco Bells in the area and there is a giant demand, so, the workers have way more orders than they can handle, especially with door dash and mobile orders. Some of us are friendly and patient. Others are rude and terrible. The staff remains friendly even with the abuse. Just be prepared when you come here...complain to the owner and the company, not to the poor workers who probably don't get paid enough to deal with the stress they go through.
It's Taco Bell. You know what you're getting when you come here. It can be slow, and sometimes items are missing from the order, but this location is always clean and the staff are helpful.
The days of cheap fast food are over. I spent $56 for 3 people. Yes I got what I wanted. The kiosks can be difficult but there was an employee willing to help.
Normally it takes 30-45 min to anything outta here but yesterday night was didfeeent. They were fast and correct in there preparation and execution of the dinner meal. Unfortunately the reason that they get three stars is because they were out of Mountain Dew Baja Blast and I just can't have that.
Good location, close to home for me. It doesn't have a drive thru, which if it did, It'd make it much easier to get food and be on my way without being asked for change or harassed by one of the local alcoholic transients trying to pick a fight with me for no reason every time I have to walk through the parking lot. That's not Taco Bell's fault though. They are open super late, which is awesome because it makes grabbing a quick bite on my way home from work very convenient. But of course with the late hours comes the usual crowd of riff-raff. The staff isn't bad, and there's usually no line, so they take your order right away. The food comes together very quickly as well which is nice, although I gotta say, one of the biggest downfalls of this place is that 9 times out of 10 there's at least one item I ordered that either wasn't made correctly or they forgot to include something(s) all together. All in all, It's a Taco Bell. You can't expect much, but then you can't really complain too much either.
Only clean, good location,in area. Priscilla is dirty, drops things and doesn't wash hands or change gloves? Good fast food, but El Chipotle on Soquel is fresher, family owned and operated and less expensive.
Pretty clean and fast service. I did have to stand at th e register and the workers didnt say hi or we will be right there for 10 mins. If u order on kiosk ur good but if ur paying at register get ready to be ignored and have to wait.
The counter people are barely cordial, functional, but not friendly. The food makers are wildly inconsistent, you can usually count on some kind of shortage in your taco supreme or bean burrito.
Honestly, I like quite a few of the employees here and I really wish I could rate it higher. It's made me rather ill more than once, the service is often just hella backed up, and there's no drive thru. Meh.
This place needs to train their Cooks on how to get food portions equal for each product you can get 3 soft tacos at every soft taco is different and not in a good way I would rather have too much food in my Tahoe than not enough and lately it's been not enough and they raised the prices
It's Taco Bell, so you know what your getting. This location seemed slow in getting the food out and management wasn't taking action. I've not been able to use the mobile app, but that's not an issue with the location, but the app developer. I really wish they didn't keep taking my favs off the menu as I really have no reason anymore to go except that it's close to my house.
Lately Taco Bell is so busy with insta cart and door dash that ordering a quick burrito or taco takes in excess of 20 minutes.
Wish I knew ahead of time that you don't need to use the kiosk to order. Would have saved me time. Stupid thing just keeps asking if you want this or that on every screen . No I just want the breakfast burrito. Extra screen after screen. It should just take 3 clicks. Hit breakfast, hit breakfast burrito, hit pay. 5 stars for the nice lady behind the counter.
I love Taco Bell when I want to have an Americanized Taco I am Mexican so I can make my own tacos at home but once in awhile I get a craving for a Taco Bell Taco however watching the commercials I saw this double steak guy grilled burrito, I rarely ever eat burritos but the commercial it just looks so good so I had to get one, when I got home I decided to eat the burrito first I ate the burrito and got so full I could not eat the tacos at that time you're not going to want to hear what happened next by the end of the night my stomach turns so much I end up ended up vomiting. That has never happened to me eating their tacos so I don't know what happened,
I used to like taco bell a lot more. The foods gone downhill a bit. Its not as cheap as it should be since you can get better food at a real Mexican restaurant for a similar price. Its saving grace is it late hours and meal deals. You have to look online to see all the deals. Also it was closed way early the last two times I went for plumbing issues. There's also a few unfriendly employees
Heads up, no drive thru. Didn't knock any stars off for that though. Service was slow, the soda machine and tea dispensers weren't working. Employees were friendly but probably need a little more direction on customer service. Could have just been an off day for everyone, and maybe they were just short.
The service here is less than most fast food places offer. I have waited up to 45 minutes for my order and then have it be wrong. Thier good point is they are the only late night food option, but that's unpredictable as they seem to close whenever they want and not at 1am and 3am as posted on the hours board
Just like any other Taco Bell except it smells like BO inside
Fast and fresh. I mean it's T-bell what are you expecting!?!? A Mexican pizza IS NOT AUTHENTIC Mexican food! Still bomb and open late night. No drive-through though! Getting it to-go wad noo issue whatsoever.
They move so slow its kind of funny. You're best to order ahead on the app, go surfing, then check back on your food. Or go in ~under the influence~ so that the passage of time eludes you and the sloth-like staff are funny rather than exceedingly frustrating. Good luck out there.
The front counter staff was probably stressed out by the tweeker clientele that was tripping in the restaurant and using the bathroom to shoot up, but there should be some training for staff to be courteous to young customers who come in with or without parents. We came in as a family, with 3 teenage boys and 2 twenty year olds, and the fellow regarded our children as trouble, which was unwarranted and absurd. They left out part of our order, but willingly provided the missing burrito upon request.
I ordered a few burritos and tacos and it took about 20 minutes to make with only 2 people ahead of us. There were four people working and they were chatting in the back instead of making our food. When I said I needed to leave because it was taking too long the cashier Debra screamed at me across the Taco Bell in front of other costumers to be sure to be sure to put her name in the servey that I fill out. It was very embarrassing and they put onions in my burrito when I asked for no onions. And my cheesy rice & bean burrito only had cheese in it. Who wants a burrito with no rice and beans. I will not recommend this Taco Bell in the future to anybody.
They raised the prices on everything they replaced the tortillas with smaller ones, and they give you more lettuce and less meat ,cheese This used to be a great deal and you used to get what you paid for NOT ANY MORE
Its a taco bell. Any fast food chain comes down to whos working there. In all this is probably the better taco bell in Santa Cruz , with that said the 1 in scotts valley has a drive through tho....so.
Ridiculously low staffed and way to many people coming here to eat at 11 since Santa Cruz doesn’t have any late night options. You’re better off to drive to Taco Bell in Scott’s valley. Takes 45 mins for a Mobile order if you’re lucky. So hit or miss. This place needs to offer better opportunities so they can actually keep the staff and it’s not an hour wait for one taco. If there was an option to cancel the order that would be wonderful. Too bad you don’t know until you get there and already placed the order if it’s going to be a 10 minute wait or an hour wait. A million door dash orders do not help either. Just expect that everyone else also had the same idea as you to come at 11 pm on a Wednesday night
Doordash orders have killed the walk in business since COVID and after, having to wait 5-10 minutes for a normal order. All in all I commend the staff but 5 people working a line should be cranking a gnarly volume of orders, at least that was the expectation back in the day. They'll have a line of 5 guys but orders just don't up fast enough. I would say don't give extra hours unless a 5 man line is going to get 2-4 minute orders out on everyone. Corporate renovated the dining room and it's uglier (lots of faux wood white walls, looks institutional) and they tore out the comfortable padded booths in favor of cheap thin wood seats everywhere. Hardly anyone eats here anymore it's just a room of people scattered staring at their phones waiting for orders. I take one look inside the restaurant and when I see this I just go to Safeway for a frozen pizza. Cheaper and faster.
This Taco Bell has the longest wait of any fast food I have ever seen. Almost always at least 20 mins. Right now it’s 30. I am watching most customers just walk out.
This has to be the slowest Taco Bell on earth. I ordered a Chalupa Supreme and a locos Taco 20 mins ago. Still waiting and only about 3 of the 7 people in the lobby have received their order. We’re all just standing around waiting. I’ve never seen a fast food (or Taco Bell) take so long to serve their customers.
I was quite disappointed this time and they closed the Aptos Taco Bell (TB) and converted it in to a dispensary so we've been going to the one on 41st - I believe it's a Santa Cruz location. Anyway...we usually like to get TB at least once a month when we've had a busy day. Now with the closure of the location near us we don't go as often. Hey, when it's easy and they have healthy FF...we can do a drive by. We used to like getting the 10 pack of Tacos to go...and always get el fresco (they leave out the cheese and put pico de gallo on top of the lechuga. Then they switched to 5 tacos and four burritos... but would still do el fresco. This time...well...number one... there was a line and the person in front of me was a problem customer. She had a list. Her neighbors and her family had given her lists she was having a hard time with. I noticed that the item had changed on the menu yet again...now you get 4 tacos and 4 burritos. So...when I got to the counter to order, I was told that they no longer do el fresco...and I would have to pay for tomatoes and onions...however they don't discount not getting cheese. I went ahead and got the order as it comes... tried to pick off the cheese and add other toppings...however...would have been just as easy to not drive from Aptos to Santa Cruz for TB...I could have made it myself, know what ingredients are in it and would have been fresh. Anyway...had to wait for them to serve others that came in after me...apparently if you walk in and order through there machine you get service faster than those who stand in line...and I wouldn't have minded so much if folks in the back were all busy rather than a heated discussion of who should be taking a break. Other customers had to yell to the back to let them know that they had customers at the counter who needed help. A funny...an obviously Homeless Man came in, got immediate attention. Got his free glass for water...filled it halfway "accidentally" with Sprite...before topping it off with water. Then he proceeded to add napkins, plastic silverware, hot sauces, etc., in to one of the shopping bags before walking out. Oh well...so much for TB.
My daughter went there with her schools football team and manager Ceasar was very unprofessional and rude. He was openly cussing around all the young kids and ended up leaving to take a break and letting someone else handle the situation. Just very unprofessional and disrespectful and I was very disappointed to hear that this person was the manager at this business.
Forgot my Doritos Gordita crunch, but went to get it they made it wrong with regular taco shell, went and asked for it with the correct shell, was told “that’s not what you ordered I can’t do anything about it.” So I had to show them my phones mobile order to have them remake it again. If I’m paying $7 for one dang taco I’m getting what I ordered…. I thought night crew was bad… seems like all crew is bad.
Food is always great but from what i saw today seems that there needs to be a change in management. Seems to be what looks like the manager chatting with a female employee and directs another employee to come to the front counter after meeting eye contact multiple times. I assume he is in a deep conversation. Then i report that the soda machine isnt working properly and he sends same employee to fix issue to continue to speak to the female employee. At this point i assume otherwise due to the laughing that can be seen and heard. While employee was fixing soda machine the manager didnt come forward to help the other 3 people in line untill the last minute and even then the employee had finished fixing the soda machine. If he isnt a manager he definitely acts like one.
I've been going here for years, and it's not the best. Staff frequently changes so your food could be made adequately or poorly depending on the rotation. Recently saw a cockroach crawl across the counter at this location and no one saw it. Mediocre food and service.
The menu was a little deceiving. The pictures they have chosen, of the food items, are not necessarily in line with the prices. It made me think that I would be getting more than I did. I choose not to get the 12 pack of Tacos for $19 because I wouldn't have enough $ to buy a drink left out of the $20 that I had. So I ordered 3 soft tacos for $9.99 and a chulupa that I thought was $2.99 by the way the picture was just o over the top of the price. The things on the menu that were clear to me was the calorie count for each of the food items. Since when did a quick lunch at Taco Bell for 2 end up over $20.00 dollars? I had to order my drink separately after I had paid for the food. I was shocked. However, the people that were working at the time were great!
The staff was very friendly and the food was relatively good but only warm, but the weight was 40 minutes for us to get our food. There is no drive up window so that was only people in the restaurant and there was only two people in front of us. Why does it take 40 minutes to get food for two people. I was told it's because they had a lot of online orders and those come first. I will not go back to this Taco Bell nor would I recommend it. With weights that long it's just not worth it.
Hadn't been to a taco bell in a while but it was the only thing open after 12am and I was hungry after work. Disappointed to see they had discontinued the green sauce so I settled for the original red sauce the bean burritos come with. Figured I'd get a baja freeze to go with it, only to be let down once again. The freezes were not in fact frozen. They were melted at that time. The food wasn't necessarily bad but nothing was what I had originally came for. I was pretty bummed. Kinda wish I had just gone home instead.
The cashier was extremely rude. I spent 30 minutes at the drive thu, i would have driven away but the attendant was ignoring us. The order was completely wrong when i tried telling him he slammed the window on me. I contacted the Taco Bell customer service about the issue but was unable to get any resolution. Avoid this place, and Taco Bell for that matter.
The place was a nightmare. People waiting for “fast food” for over 20-30 min. The counter person wouldn’t even take my order. Yes, really they turned away my money! Really!!! Will never return to this TB location.
Ordered a mobile order that took over 25 min to wait for. I was almost late to work. And they had 4 guys making food. Craziness. Might as well just order inside. Mobile was just as slow.
Lindsay treated me really bad and started questioning me when I was getting 8 Doritos locos tacos for my whole family also I didn’t have any money at first I was 3 dollars short and she gave me such a bad attitude and they got the Order wrong trust me if you ever come to eat here it’s not worth the money. Also their workers were working super slow and the food was terrible and the whole place is a mess don’t recommend 🤢
You mean taco hell?! Food was cold slopped together took forever and the stuff was rude as ruck. Highly doubt I'll very go back to Taco Bell specifically that one.
Great aside from the employees...actually it was horrible. It was super slow and the customer service was bad. The food looked like they just threw it all together without looking at it. On top of that my tacos were upside down in my to go bag...
They changed their menu, familiar items are not good anymore and the make you order at an electronic Kiosk. I wouldn't even have gone if I had different options at this time of day (night).
Not friendly,"Priscilla" was worst service in fast food. As a DISABLED person am shunned a lot, this was abhorrent and lady whom cut in front, after 10 mins on broken toe, shame on her. Was passed over, treated badly and food was wrong with ALL ORDERS. Go to El Chpotle,on Soquel, little, people bldg. Cheaper and better.
The food gets made pretty quickly. The guy at the counter isnt very happy to be there. And almost intentionally takes to long . To piss people off
If you want your full order don’t order from here. I order here all the time and about half of the orders I’ve made I don’t get one or more of my items. I’m not fully blaming the store. But maybe you should have every item ready before you send it out to the delivery driver.
Terrible service. Took 14 minutes and they were not busy. There were small order before me and one after me. Yet I was served last. 1 soft taco, 1 regular hard shell taco and burrito. I don't know why the time at this location is sooo poor. Where is the work ethic gone?! It use to be 20+ years ago, when taco bell was my 1st job, they cared about being quick and had great customer service relations. It was offensive seeing how inconsiderate of their customers time they were, in their pace and professionalism, in addition to their lack of consideration of doing their orders consecutively. A job is a job for goodness sakes. Please take pride in your work and represent well in whatever position your in. For me, I went for fast food and it wasn't fast all all. This specific establishment has lost a customer. Please reflect on your practices to ensure others don't feel discouraged by your lack of consideration. Or higher better employees who care about working and their customers.
First off... they messed up our order... forgetting hot sauce we punched into our kiosk order. Then, when we walked up to the counter and asked for hot sauce included with our Kiosk order (that they didnt include) and the employee at the front counter ignored me and continued to press buttons on the register with no eye contact. Finally, a separate employee in the back room was kind enough to overhear us and hand us hot sauce. We sat down at a table to eat and discovered that there was a puddle (about 4x4 ft) under our table and in the surrounding area (slipping hazard). When we tried to get an employees attention about it, we were again, ignored. Being that no one would listen to us, we told them there was a puddle. The "manager" then approached us, cussing at us, saying "clean it up, yourself". Is that anyway to talk to a customer?
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place. I ordered 10-11 items and they were so all over the place it took almost an hour and a half to get the order. This is after I checked in several times on my order and they said it was being worked on. After about 45 minutes we asked for a refund and the manager told us he was not going to do it, and to contact corporate. There was at least another eight people there having the same problem, The manager told one of the employees she was not allowed to talk to anyone and ask how long they were waiting, and another four people got refunds. I will never go here again
Are used to come here awesome, but today's experience was awful. The person in front of me was giving too much change back dimension to the cashier and they could not figure out what he was saying took his money and didn't give him the correct change which required the manager to be involved. As far as my experience, I ordered items off the board point you to the lady behind the counter she wrung out my transaction and I was delivered the wrong food. When I mention it to them, again the manager how to get involved, sand she run up the wrong food causing the whole mother transaction. It would truly help to have a person speak English behind the counter to avoid these conflicts.
I'm usually pretty forgiving about fatty foods restaurants. I know things happen. Employees don't show up, etc. With a crew of five people, there are people that have been waiting for their food for an hour. I'm at 25 minutes and counting. Not a good team. They're kind but I believe it would take all of them to tie a shoe in 5 minutes.
Now who's bright idea was it to eliminate the cashier and only have customers order on a kiosk? If you pay cash you have to go to the counter and pay.... I've seen this in big city's l.a San Jose etc and it doesn't work it's trash and all I see if a bunch of unhappy people
This place is so unprofessional. I have NEVER in my life observed such a poor group of employees. They were locking out customers because they couldn't handle a fee customers. There is NO drive through but somehiwnthey managed to take 26 minutes to make our food. Every employee there appears that they are on drugs and the night manager seems to be a crack addict. This place gets the worst fast food in Santa Cruz award. Also I'd nominate it for worst Taco Bell in the whole country. Most sorry experience of my life. Also they needed all 3 employees on duty to flip through what I imagine was the directions on how to make our simple order. Took them over 10 minutes with a combined 3 employees to figure out how to make a friggin taco. Unreal. Took about 10 minutes for the stoned employee to correctly take down our simple order. They 26 minutes to prepare it. While they had the door locked and we watched 8 potential customers being turned away.
Couldn't get my order taken from the register. At 10:30. Done eating here
The food is good for the price. The major factor that goes into my rating is the consistency in the lack of accuracy on my orders that I place in the store. On several occasions, my orders that I have placed in the store have either been prepared incorrectly or not fulfilled completely. Online orders seems the best to ensure one’s order is correct. I am unhappy with the fact that as a customer coming into the store, my order seems to not get the same amount of attention and due diligence as online orders.
The staff doesn't seem to notice when customers are waiting in line. It took 20 minutes and for me to say out loud that I'm waiting for someone to take my order, what followed was a good 30 minutes more of waiting only to receive half my order. And then the lead employee gets visibly frustrated because I mention I'm missing my order. Taco bell needs to step it up
The whole place is garbage. From the owner to the employees. Cheap owner has employees skimp on portions and employees couldn't make a bean and cheese burrito without a childs picture book in their face. Complete waste of a good building for a garbage business. Every order is wrong and made incorrectly. Get it together it really isn't that hard.
took the supreme luxe box off the menu
The INTERNET was "down" so they were "unable" to take any orders in person or fulfill any orders made through their app. Totally ridiculous that they we unable or unwilling run their business without an internet connection! What is this world coming to???
Update: tried delivery from this location(had no choice)&of course the burrito had everything stacked WRONG. YOU CAN'T TURN A BURRITO 90* BEFORE YOU FOLD IT?! DISAPPOINTED! IGNORED order instructions! Last time they lost the drink I paid for in my online order. sure you could just cash it out or, like the MoD did, you could demand the customer pay for your own mistake while 3 ppl wait in line, then rudely make them try to order on the kiosk when all they have is cash, wasting everyone's time and money. What happened here? You went from a 5* to a 1* real quick!
Ordered on the online app and waited 45min. People who ordered after me got their food before me. There was probably 20 people who ordered after me. Not happy with the service. Do not come here unless you’ve set aside 1 hour just to get Taco Bell.
It’s honestly pathetic how hard it is for this location to get an order correct. Local Taco Bell, order it now and then, and about 90% my order is incorrect almost every single time. Especially night crew, probably 100% of the time it’s screwed up. Make sure you check your bag before leaving this location.
2nd order in a row where the portion of my kids pintos and cheese bowl was 2/3rds empty. First time I complained and the employee gave me “yeah I know it’s skimpy” look and filled it up. Today the employee told me off and couldn’t understand why I was being a “Karen”. I wasn’t rude and I let the employee who could care less that I’d be speaking with corporate about my two experiences. Avoid this location.
