I’ve been to this Starbucks for the past 2 years whenever I’m in the area. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. Sadly, they always make the drinks bad! The baristas have a hard time following instructions and tend to make everything less sweet. My macchiatos always taste bitter after a couple sips. They’re pretty stingy on the caramel. Also, no one here seems to understand what light ice means. A cup that’s over 50% ice is not light ice! What’s wrong with people.

Went in with my mother and my sister, we ordered a coconut milk latte, peppermint white mocha and a toasted white mocha. The coconut milk latte was fine, but the other two orders were wrong the first time they came out and then the next round was also wrong. They eventually got the toasted white mocha but I just decided to take the peppermint mocha the way it was because I was tired of waiting. It took almost an hour to get our orders.

Good coffee and drinks. However the cashiers need more training on customer satisfaction for the price. this store is constantly out of Soy milk, approx 30% of the time. they offer almond milk instead, but then are requird to charge $.80 for a pump of vanilla to make the drink taste like soy. on top of the charge for Almond milk.

I been going to Starbucks for more than 5 years now. Whenever I ask for extra caramel on my drink they put a good amount that’s normal. The extra is usually saying you want it as a drizzle. I have NEVER experience this before. They put almost half of my drink full of caramel. It’s about 1/4 full of caramel in the bottom and it difficult to drink out of it because of the caramel that’s in the bottom. I did not want to complain and make them remake it because of the whole situation with COVID-19 but I don’t think this is right. This place needs to be more aware of their descriptions on the sticker. Especially, when making mobile orders since that’s the only way to order now.

This starbucks is same as any other starbucks clean, the people working there are nice and fast service. My only problem with it is that ever since the barista strike (red cup rebellion) in 2025, there will be days that it opens on time and other days not so much. Today 1/22/26 the workers didn't enter the shop till after 6:00am. A short chick and an avarge looking male with a rat tail ponytail. I would love to give this place a five starts but when they can't be consistent with the hours they open i just can't do that. I do coffee runs for my coworkers at least three times a week and i like going here but if its not open. I go to the one near the mall since that one always open on time. I will edit this review when this place improves

I used to love Starbucks, but I can truly say that I hate Starbucks. Dropped in for a Venti cold brew because it was convenient to where I was going. I asked for a Venti with a splash of heavy cream they give me half-and-half. I politely asked to have it remade and this time instead of giving me heavy cream they put in whole milk…at this point I’m just done. I took the coffee and I left and will not go back again. I will go out of my way to find a local coffee shop.

They give me hot latte with a flat lid. When I asked to change the lid she was very rude about it and just handed me a lid. When I replaced the lid she told me to throw away the old lid and didn’t offer that she could take care of it.

Barista was AWFUL!! I believe her name was Sara. Instead of working on orders, she was pulling out her phone and chatting with the other baristas. I had a preorder and still stood there for 5 mins before asking someone if my order was coming up. I asked if they could pour it into a larger cup so I can add protien milk. Sara looked at the other barista that I asked the larger cup from, and acted like her whole day was ruined. She then proceeded to pour a tall amount of beverage into the venti cup when I ordered and paid for a grande. And essentially threw the drink at me as I waited. I will NEVER be back here
