The Fancy Nancy had enough grapes, loved it. The scoop of chicken salad could have been just a little larger, but it was delicious! (It felt like I had more bread than salad). The broccoli salad was perfect!!! The watermelon tea was so delicious, a bit too sweet, but the watermelon flavor was perfect. The cookies are so delicious!!! The service was great! I love this place! Yummo!!!

I love this concept and the options they give you. I’ve visited multiple locations in The Woodlands and Houston Area and they are all super friendly and the customer service is exceptional. Lisa at the Grand Parkway location was amazing and here customer service was A+. Highly recommend trying Chicken Salad Chic, they will not disappoint.

I tried Chicken Salad Chick since I'm moving to the area and I will definitely be back. The cashier was extremely nice, let me sample some of the different salads. I decided on the Fruit and Nut salad. It was on a croissant and they give you a choice to have lettuce and tomatoes. It was absolutely delicious . Like I said I will be back.

[Preface: I am an employee] I love this place so much. I have been working here since August, and genuinely food is great (I eat there every day). The workers always aim to do better than their best and our managers will accept no less. Every meal is made fresh daily (except for the soups, they are reheated), and we really value food quality. A few tips to optimize your experience at this location: 1. If you really like the crackers like me -order takeout if you want a side soup and a chicken salad scoup. Every scoop comes with 8 crackers (+4 if you order a side soup) buut a side of soup goes in a small take out box with 8 more crackers. 2. IF YOU GET A SCOOP AND A SIDE, MAKE IT A "CHICK" OR "TRIO". It saves you a lot of money. 3. Ask for an assorted silverware packet, it comes with the perfect amount of salt and pepper to make your chicken salad even better. 4. TO GET THE MOST CHICKEN SALAD AND YOUR SIDE FOR FREE. Whether you want a scoop and a side or two scoops and a side, you can get more chicken salad by putting one of the scoops on a croissant. Scoops by themselves have to look perfect and be delicately placed on a fresh piece of lettuce but sandwiches just have to have about the right amount on it meaning that the line cooks often just put more in the sandwich because it doesn't have to look as pretty. As for your side (unless you want more crackers), get it dine-in and ask for a takeout tray, the side cups used for dine in are larger than the food compartments of a takeout tray. 5. I can't stress this enough, ASK THE PERSON TAKING YOUR ORDER TO MAKE WHATEVER NOTE YOU WANT! IF YOU ASK FOR IT, WE WILL MAKE IT SO. Seriously, as long is we have it, we will do whatever you want. Want extra crackers?? As long as you ask, those line cooks will PILE them on there. The other day a lady walked in and ordered sweet tea with just a shot of unsweet tea. We were CONFUSED AF, but we did it. I hope this helped, enjoy your delicious food at Chicken Salad Chick!

Always clean with great, fresh food. However, this review is for the customer service at this location. 10/10!! Jalen at the front was so helpful and kind and he had a welcoming spirit. The guy who was in the back was also very nice. Highly Recommend.

I love Chicken Salad Chick but now live so far from one, so was excited to visit while visiting my parents. This location closed at 8 and I arrived at 7:45, so I tried to hurry. The employees were so kind and didn't rush me at all, even checking to see if I needed extra silverware or crackers for my to go order. They also waited to empty and clean the drink machine until they made sure I didn't want a refill while I waited on my order. They were kind, friendly and polite. As someone who formerly worked a closing shift I know how frustrating it can be when someone comes in late but they were so patient. 5 stars for them! Food was great as always.

I never do that, because usually I just want to get my food and leave. I had never been to Chicken Salad Chick before, and he was super helpful when it came to the menu. He told me his favorites, he gave me options and variety, and was just super friendly and made the place feel homey. As far as the food, I freakin love chicken salad, so I loved my sandwich. I like the decor, I like the simplicity of the menu, and the price is great.

I placed an order on the phone, and I was greeted by the kindest and most patient lady ever. Once I arrived to the location, I was greeted instantly and the place looked very neat. There was a young man behind the cashier who was very delightful to talk to, he asked me how I was, I asked him how he was, then he gave me my order and told me to have a good day. Amazing. I got home and was so excited to eat my chicken salad chick. My scoop was not perfect but that was because of my driving, I just know that the scoop was beautiful before I got into the car, but I got the sassy Scotty and Oh. My. Gosh. Literally life changing. Who ever made this chicken salad today at this location, I’m so grateful. I got the grape salad as my side which is also an Oh. My. Gosh. I also got the loaded potato soup. This place knows what they’re doing. I am very satisfied with the location and the business overall. I love chicken salad chick.

I’ve tried a variety of their chicken salad, however this time I tried the lemon basil and egg salad. Lemon basil was delish! The egg salad was okay but not my favorite. Overall it’s really good! Oh and their cakes are delicious as well!

Great healthy option in this area! The chicken salads are unique, freshly made, and delicious. I don’t frequent, however when I do, the restaurant is clean and the service is always speedy. I’ve tried a variety of their chicken salad, however this time I tried the lemon basil and egg salad. Lemon basil was delish! The egg salad was okay but not my favorite. Overall it’s really good! Oh and their cakes are delicious as well!

10/03/25: on this night between 7:50- closing time, My girlfriend bought a BLT chicken salad sandwich from there. And I dont know whether they were rushing or just not paying attention but when she bit into the sandwich twice, there were condiment wrappers in the sandwich itself. This is the first time we've had this issue, whoever was responsible for making our food around this time should be held accountable. That was an unprofessional act of service. Why do we bite into a sandwich and bite out plastic?
