Love this place!!! I drive 35 minutes to go here and they are so delicious. Unrivaled. And they are always sweet to my dog and give her cute pup cups. I have always gotten the best drinks on the planet here. It makes all other coffee shops look like garbage
The coffee here is solid. The differentiator is the people working here. Customer service is incredible. From just being kind and knowing how to talk to people to offering my dog a treat, every interaction I've had has been positive.
If you haven’t tried scooters , don’t hesitate. I’m a fanatic , I purchase at least 5 drinks a week. They are awesome for a number of reasons. Firstly the drinks and prices are consistent no matter which location you visit , plus it’s easy to earn rewards in the app ! The staff is super friendly and genuinely cares about the experience I have. I love getting to have conversations with the familiar faces. Most importantly the coffee is phenomenal and smooth. Can’t say enough great things about this place .
The owner reached out to me when i accidentally ordered a coffee online when they weren’t open, he gave me a refund and a drink on the house as well. The staff is always very friendly here and has a good vibe. we go here at least once a day and it’s in a great location by our house too. the $1 coffee deal is the best! But the matcha flavored drinks they have are my favorite.
My daughter recommended scooters after I visited her at work. It is a drive thru coffee place that offers food as well. The staff is knowledgeable and nice. The iced coffee was amazing!
WAY better coffee than Starbucks (burnt overpriced coffee). Prices are still on the higher end but the quality justifies the prices whereas Starbucks quality does not.

It's a great place to get coffee and snacks to get your day started. We have a friday morning tradition before school to get lattes, smoothies, and breakfast items. While the drinks are fresh, the food items like the breakfast burritos are frozen and heated up when you order them, but they are tasty, basically what other coffee places do. Service is friendly and quick.

I tried Scooter’s for the first time today. The coffee and whipped cream were good, but my lavender white mocha didn’t taste like lavender at all. I ordered a large, but there was so much ice in the drink that I had already sucked down half of it by the time I pulled out of the parking lot, and I finished it by the time I reached the stoplight. Also, paying $3+ for the size of the cake bite I received is unreasonable. It should be $1.50 or come in a two-pack.
Pros: interesting seasonal items, fast service Cons: drivethru only, they don't tell you they're out of something while ordering, weak coffee I really like their non coffee drinks. If you like the sweetness of Starbucks lattes but want even less coffee flavor, then you'll love this: not recommended for people who love strong coffee. My only real complaint is that several times I've ordered something they were out of, but they didn't tell me until after I got to the window, had most of my stuff, and had to ask them where the rest of my order was. Just tell people you're out while they're ordering 🙄

Not sure if my coffee wasn’t made right or if their brand choice is not to my preference but I did not enjoy my coffee. I hate when I waste money, especially on coffee!! I spent $9 for an iced caramel latte with an extra shot. The price point alone surprised so I said, this has to be good! I got my drink and realized I did not like the flavor so I asked if they use syrup or sauce for the Caramel and they said syrup. So I felt like “that’s it, I’m not a syrup fan” so I asked if they can remake it with the sauce and it was worst. Tasted like watered down milky caramel coffee. I could’ve just spent less money at Starbucks or Good city coffee and actually enjoyed it. I’m a coffee lover so it pains to have wasted this drink. This can just be MY preference but totally not a fan. However, the customer service is great!

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte (with almond milk - which means they'll double check if I want whip cream, and I said yes). We also ordered food items, so while waiting for the food, I decided to eat the whip cream so it wouldn't melt before I get home. Hello, I would like to start off first by saying that I work at scooters from Nebraska and that my fiancée received an inaccurate order, he told them no espresso in his Oreo blender and they gave it to him, to top it off it didn’t even really taste like Oreos at all. He then ordered two maple waffles! One had plastic in them. So, I made a phone call two weeks ago about it and the gentle men said that the manager would call me. I revived No Phone Call! After I didn’t receive any phone calls, I made a revive on the app about it the whole thing. Someone named Tim schneider emailed us about receiving a gift card and we never got it. I understand mess ups can happen but this is too many.
Went during father's day. It seemed like my order took forever. I believed it took like what it seemed 10 to 20 min for 3 drinks. The drinks in my opinion weren't even worth it. I would not go back at all
So I work at the scooters in Richardson and Lavon north of Dallas, I was leaving Houston and drove 45 minutes out of the way to get coffee, and we asked for no whip and the guy who was at the window caught a big attitude because he made a mistake and still put the whip on our drinks and he started ranting raving and cussing , I work for scooters and I know we CAN NOT talk to the customers that way in any shape form or fashion the way he was acting and cussing and going off was totally unacceptable! This visit was on 3/24 at 830-845 am. I would like to be contacted back and this needs to be looked at and can’t represent scooters by any means.
We were visiting humble Tx from Dallas and were craving scooters coffee . We drove 45 min to scooters in spring Tx . We placed our order of 2 white mocha blenders with no whip . When we got the the window and the guy handed us our drinks they had whip so we said sir we ordered with no whip … he said sorry about that and pulls takes the drinks back . Another guy comes back and says next time tell us back there no whip . I said sir , next time please listen to the order because we said no whip , you don’t have to be rude. He then proceed to start cussing us out as if we did something . The STORE manage , (young girl with different color in her hair) came to the window and we asked for his name to report him (because my friend is a manager in Dallas) she refused and said that she’s a store manager and she doesn’t have to provide us with his name . It was a younger black guy. Coffee was a 10/10 but the service 0/10. To be cursed out because the store manager (she took our order) didn’t relay the message was insane ! Not to mention we had a kid in the car with us ! He should be fired !!!!! You do NOT talk to customers like that behind your store managers mess up and a store manager should not allow her employees to talk to customers in that manner !!!!!! 3/24/24 at 8:34am. ( the guy who took our drinks back initially with no hesitation , thank you ! )
