The food was very good as the staff who serve the BBQ. You can choose chicken, turkey, briskett, sausage etc and you have a sides. The corn and Mac and cheese were very good. You can have potato salad, bean, etc. For dessert ice cream, pecan pie, other pies and peach crumbs with ice cream. Very good. The place was clean and the food great. Staff polite and friendly. Recommend.
Very very friendly staff, they assisted me on the phone as I was driving and helped me out my order together. I arrived to pick up my food and staff was very friendly and even offered me water since it was a very hot day. Place is very clean inside and the smell of good BBQ cuts and very good selection of sweets after your meal. Will be returning here for sure.
Came to eat at 5:45 on the Friday before Memorial day. Not too busy and service was courteous clean and prompt. The food was amazing. The rolls are perfect! Brisket was better than expected. The sauce is the best I've tasted in chain barbecue. 5 out 5 would recommend 👌
Great local BBQ joint. All the BBQ and sides are all good. They also have fresh baked rolls and great deserts as well.
As soon as I walked I felt comfortable. The place was nice and cozy. Not too hot or cold.my husband and I walked to get our food and wee greeted by 2 jovial gentlemen who asked how they could help us. They answered all my questions about the menu and were very kind and helpful. As we moved farther down the line a young lady met us and continued helping us receive our meal. Once at the register we paid and went to find out seats. During our meal a young lady came over to offer fresh hot bread. It was straight from the oven! Everyone was so helpful and wonderful. Even as we went to leave several of the employees told us thank you for coming and wished us a good evening. By the time we left both my husband and myself were much less stressed and very happy. I will definitely be recommending and returning here again!
I love spring creek bbq. Service is always great. I got shredded pork sandwich it was good. And I love their French fries, crispy and golden.
I dont care what anybody else says, im from a Caribbean Island called Trinidad 🇹🇹, i came here and tasted the food. And my God. This is the best bbq and baby ribs ive ever tasted in my life. The mashed potatoes, the free fresh bread, the mac and cheese ....I cant get enough, too bad I cant take any back home with me lol , the staff and place is simply amazing.
The most tasty San Luis Ribs, also the Coleslaw. Service is very kind....the entire atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I love this place !!
One of the things i love about coming to spring creek bbq is that i can order a quarter pound of meat instead of the regular, adult portion. I feel like its good enough. 2 sides. Endless rolls. And a lighter portion of meat. Its great for lunch, and cheaper.
The food was really good! Thankfully Kade was there to help me out with the portions and right sizes for everything. Super friendly staff, everyone made sure we had everything we needed! 🩷 Also, amazing fresh BREAD! 🥖
Love this place! I have really grown to like the Southwest Chicken Salad. I get extra chicken chopped up and it's amazing with honey mustard. All the staff is fantastic! The coconut cream pie is a great way to finish off your meal. And yes, they do carry Dr Pepper here! I've tried the stuffed baked potato with Pulled Pork instead of chopped beef, and it's a great substitution. I have never once had a bad experience at this location.
This was our first time to visit this Spring Creek Barbeque location (06/2023). It had been at least a decade since we've gone to one because the trips there in the past were less than satisfactory. Some of the staff members were extremely helpful and patient with our blunders during the ordering process; we had forgotten that this is one of those restaurants where you order your food as soon as you walk in. Some employees were more curt and less friendly (the manager on duty being one of them). The restaurant was fairly empty, but we counted 10 tables that hadn't been cleaned as we were trying to find a seat. Those were the only derogative things we experienced. The food turned out good. We tried the spare ribs, brisket, green beans, pinto beans, fries, and rolls. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet for what's usually a busy night at most places. We will come back soon and see if we have an even more pleasant experience.
The bar-b-q chicken is the bomb, as well as the baby back ribs, so tender. And we love the fried okra, the green beans are good. And my daughter is the prettiest girl working there....lol.
Really good BBQ -- Brisket, Ribs, Sausage, Chicken and pulled Pork. You get really large portions with any entree or side. The potato salad and Cole slaw were excellent. Service was outstanding. All staff was friendly, engaged, and helpful. The BBQ sauce was good but not the best I've had. Otherwise, it's a great place to get some tender and tasty BBQ. The peach cobbler is really good, too. I recommend and will return soon!!!
The people was very nice. The barbecue was good but the barbecue sauce was very watery. Be sure to stop by and ask for Jason. Excellent customer service.
Went to this location with my parents and it was pretty decent. My parents enjoyed the okra basket and the brisket and pepper sausage was pretty good. My wife gets the baked potato and she seems to enjoy it. The hot fresh bread is always good and it comes around regularly. If you enjoy other Creek locations you will like this one as well.
The food is usually good at Spring Creek. They use real wood. The service is pretty impressive. They treat you right for the most part. I like that they bring you bread to the table and you can have as much as you want. The biggest problem with Spring Creek is the portion sizes of their meat. They're very skimpy on the portion sizes of meat. You can eat all the sides you want and get refills if you like. That's probably because they skimp you on the meat.
Everytime im here the staff is different but the ribs are good since we come for the buy 1 rib dinner get one free. Ribs are good. . Brisket is garbage how do you over cook brisket unless your not paying attention to it. .pulled pork was surprisingly good for being dry. Jared is fantastic he asked us how we were doing as he was clearing tables didn't really see anyone else talk to any customers . . They're always out of bread when we're here how are you out of bread when you make it in store. Its never busy in this location youd think staff be busier with customer service or doing something more productive. But Jared is fantastic thank you jared.
Got a takeout order. Asked for brisket, turkey and chicken. Got my order wrong and gave me ribs. Food was decent, brisket was extremely dry.
I’m rarely impressed with the food at this location it’s consistently just okay. The meals tend to be under-seasoned, the buns are often a bit stale, and it’s usually obvious the food has been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. On the bright side, the location itself is clean, and the staff are courteous and get the job done. It’s not terrible, but definitely not a place I go out of my way for.
Ordered online for pickup. Got a chopped brisket sandwich with okra basket and a chopped brisket baked potato with everything on the side. The orka was plentiful, with no salt, as requested. The chopped brisket sandwich was a little sloppy. The wrapper it was wrapped in looked like it had been tossed around. The baked potato was large. The sides were in separate containers, as requested. Received two containers of sour cream and butter. There was barely anything in the chives and bacon containers. Disappointed that we didn't receive in sauce for the sandwich or potato. Unfortunately while eating the potato a black hair was found in the baked potato. Ugh! This is not the first time I've ordered take out from this location but it will be my last. Very disappointed in the quality and care taken with our order.
Our local Spring Creek. Food is always pretty good but the bread..... I heard it exists! ... In all seriousness, they are well known for the bread rolls but they never seem to materialize at this location. We see the staff in there but at this point I think they take turns shuffling it in the basket without ever taking it out to the customers. It's just weird, and about the only complaint.
The young lady baking rolls and scooping out the ice cream is the reason for the "5" service rating. Spring Creek BBQ at this location was a disappointment! We specifically visit Spring Creek BBQ when in town because the portions are usually ample, brisket is moist and the sides are well prepared and not dried out. The brisket was dried out! Both ends were opened and burned top had been cut off, adding to the "dried outness" However, the amount of sliced brisket placed on a falling apart (day old bread?) was less than the usual amount. I have no idea if they changed vendors, but the buns were falling apart and flat. As I finished my sandwich and started snapping photos THEN the fresh BBQ'd meat came out. Sides were somewhat dried out and let me tell you - $38 for two sandwiches w/sides was unbelievably not worth the price! I tried the fresh lemonade which was watered down. Switched to the peach tea which was so sugared there was no peach flavor coming through. The highlight of this visit was the young lady in the bakery. Quiet, friendly and walked around offering fresh bread to the customers dining in.
While the food is good, I ordered thru doordash, buy one get one free, 3 meat meal, and only received one of the two meals. Doordash made it right, but it was the restaurant's error.
I ordered a baked potato with my lunch. You would think the potato would be hot or at least very warm. Not here. Butter and cheese did not melt at all. I should have taken it back and asked for something more edible but didn’t. A mistake I won’t be making again. This is my last time at this location.
Spring Creek Barbecue is a clean, quiet spot with decent service, but unfortunately, the food doesn’t quite stand out. The brisket is mediocre at best, and the sides don't do much to elevate the meal. On the positive side, the restaurant is always clean and never crowded, making for a relaxed dining experience. The fresh rolls they serve, especially when they’re hot, are definitely a highlight and quite delicious. However, given the many better BBQ options in the area, it’s hard to recommend Spring Creek Barbecue unless you’re really craving something close by. It’s not bad, but there’s definitely better BBQ to be had elsewhere. Overall, a 2.5-star experience. ⭐⭐½
If I could rate solely based on the friendliness and the cleanliness I will give it a five-star unfortunately the food is lackluster this food is for the people who don't really care for seasoning the greens are can bought. The mac and cheese is very generic it look like it has yellow food coloring the meat does fall off the bone but it doesn't have any seasoning. Food-wise I give them a 1 and 1/2 star. and no that's not mashed potatoes you see in my pictures that's potato salad yikes
Well my wife ordered the chicken salad .i ordered the 3 meat bbq plate. Her salad was absolutely disgraceful. Had maybe 10 peices of diced chicken in the salad nothing like the picture that shows nice cuts of chicken. The chicken was hard and old.The quality control here has really gone downhill the last 6 months its truly a shame.. they lady preparing togo orders just over looked me while serving other people as my food sat there getting cold ..
Paid $55 for wife and i. Portion sizes are very small. Brisket was DRY and i think they forgot to season it. Sausage tasted like a store bought sausage that also forgot the seasoning.... wont be going here again.
This location is awful. Food is meh, cleanliness is ok, but the management staff treats their employees, including my daughter, like crap. Shame on you! And he allows other “associate”managers to harass my daughter and body shame her. And then pretend to not know it was going on, when she already reported it to the “manager” and GM and nothing is done. And she isn’t the only one.
I don't know if she was just having a bad day, but the "manager" Catelyn was really rude over the phone. She told me she would "let me slide" this time with asking for extra bbq sauce but next time i'd have to pay. for an extra small cup! i've never been told that before, and she said "i'm sorry but they should've told you that" then doubled down and said AGAIN "i'll let you slide this time" huh?? Poor customer service. She claims she's a manager so we'll see
Disappointed with My Order & Customer Service I recently ordered a baked potato through Uber Eats from this Spring Creek location. I specifically requested extra butter, sour cream, and extra BBQ sauce in the notes section, since there wasn’t an option to add them otherwise. Unfortunately, my order arrived without any of those items. I called and spoke with the manager, Krystal, who assured me they would fix it. Since I couldn’t re-order through the app, I had to borrow money and spend an additional $12 on an Uber to pick up the missing condiments — only to be handed cold butter and sour cream. Now I had to go home, reheat everything, and basically make the meal myself. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering delivery in the first place. Overall, it was a frustrating, time-consuming, and expensive experience. I’ve never had an issue like this with other Spring Creek locations, but I absolutely do not recommend this one. If they mess up your order, don’t expect it to be made right.
I couldn't wait to rate this place. We are still sitting here eating. The wait staff is kind. The brisket is horrifically dry. As is the pulled pork. The Mac and cheese feels like it sat under the heat lamp for a few hours, kinda dry. The fries okra is ok. And the rolls are tasteless.
Everything is good, ribs and sausage are great! The peach cobbler with ice cream is to die for, and the fresh baked rolls must have crack in them because i can't stop eating them! (Edit version) Great environment at most. This one has some strange rules on to go orders so i will go to the next one but the food is always good.
Paper thin bbq VERY SAD this is what it's come to. Feel ripped off I'll tell everyone I know that they are a rip of place to dine at spend $60 on 2 plates and drinks to get this it's a joke. Save your money go to Rudy's. FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE. WHATS THICKER THE SILVER WEAR OR MEATS!!!!
