Nothing remains of the once beautiful shopping center, a real shame. Furthermore, the furniture department staff is not at all welcoming and seems completely uninterested and unprofessional. I was interested in a kitchen, but they didn't even listen to my needs. I walked away and went elsewhere, where there's more professionalism.

NOT RECOMMENDED! A negative experience, at least partially. I waited two months for the installation of a bedroom and kitchen; the installation was done well, but a kitchen drawer arrived chipped, and a glass door on the bedroom closet was broken on the side. The installer told me they'd replace the two damaged pieces within two months at most, but nothing. They're not responding to emails or phone calls. I think I'll have to keep the damaged pieces.

We're not local, we read "mall" and set the GPS to come here. When we got here, there was only a Despar, a hardware store, and a furniture showroom. Not even a single shop... Desert inside, a disconcerting sadness.

Awful shopping center; over 60% of the space is empty, with signs that have been up for who knows how long. There's no appliances section, no HiFi, or rather, the few appliances there are are poorly displayed; the hardware section is just old stock. VERY DETOXIFYING!!!

I was there a few days ago after many years. What was once a beautiful shopping center no longer exists, and it was sad to see it in such a state... I read about an upcoming renovation that, I hope, will be worthy of its former glory... even though times and market practices have changed greatly...

We're going to look for some chairs for the living room and check out the living rooms. The display is terrible; they don't know how to show off the furniture, but that might be a personal opinion. They have practically nothing available. But the most SCANDALOUS thing is that they still give the opportunity to work and interact with the public to rude, impatient, and listless people who just make you want to leave... which we did immediately after my wife asked a man who works there... "Excuse me, who could I ask for information?" A rude response... NO ONE... without even looking her in the face... luckily for him, he didn't tell me!!!!! The lady, on the other hand, seemed more courteous and helpful than him... REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE: IN REGARD TO YOUR STATEMENT, I DO NOT INTEND TO EXPRESS ANY OTHER THOUGHTS, AS YOU RIGHTLY SAY, EVERYONE IS FREE TO THINK AS THEY WANTED. I INSTEAD GIVE CREDIT TO THE INCIDENT OF THE UNCOURTEOUS RESPONSE TO MY WIFE. I MENTIONED THE INCIDENT TO ANOTHER COLLEAGUE, WHO IMMEDIATELY BECOMES KINDER. AS SOON AS SHE CONNECTED WITH A NEW COLLEAGUE, THEY LAUGHED OUT OF HEARTS, PROBABLY BECAUSE IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME THE COLLEAGUE HAS RESPONDED TO CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. IN ANY CASE, I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN. BEST REGARDS

December 27, 2024, I went to pick up the ordered goods. They've been in storage for a week. Given the holidays, I expect the process to be slow. Upon my arrival, I was told I couldn't pick up the goods because the warehouse worker was on sick leave. I could have done so starting January 3, 2025, if he returned from sick leave. A shining example of a store that knows how to work and treat customers. This is my last purchase from you. Well done, keep it up!
