Had dinner here for the first time tonight and food the food and service to be great. Had a large meat sampler platter and everything was cooked to requested temp and was seasoned well. Andrea was our server and she was attentive and super friendly

Atmosphere is really nice, the ambiance is relaxing, the service was great and the food really delicious & tasteful!! This was our first time here and we were not disappointed! We ordered ceviche and the portion did not disappoint. The spinach empanada & the beef medallions with fries were also very good! Husband and I both ordered the steak milanesa and it was perfect. The steak was perfectly seasoned, not too much batter and filling. The tostones were fresh and their mayo-ketchup with garlic was a nice touch for the tostones! We def give Renzo’s 5 stars!!! Really great food and awesome service! 😊

This is really nice place to be. It is quiet on Friday night which we enjoyed it. I enjoyed the wine from Argentina. I do enjoy the cheese on the bread. I love the part with the grill for the meats. We just really enjoyed it all. The service were nice.

We had an amazing experience celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday here! Our group of 16 family members can be a challenge to accommodate, but the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, organized, and attentive. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and they made us feel truly welcome. They helped make our family celebration special and stress-free. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and can’t recommend this place enough — we’ll definitely be coming back! My family and I love going to Renzos and celebrating here with the amazing staff and food! They always take such good care of us and their food never misses. Their steak is sourced so good and is always cooked to perfection, love the yucca fries and they have an amazing wine selection. This is the best steakhouse in Tampa! The quality of the meat is very good, the portions are perfect, and there’s a great variety of dishes to try. The sides are also delicious and the desserts to die for. Maruja and Andrea took very good care of us as always and all the staff is very attentive and the service fast!

Yesterday was my first visit. I stopped in with friends who reserved the private room. Veronica was outstanding. Thank you for being attentive. The red snapper with yuca fries was delicious. My husband had the steak, and he enjoyed it very much. The spinach was cooked nicely. My daughter had the braised short ribs. They were tender. The sangria was amazing. Everyone in our group had a great enjoyable evening celebrating our friends' upcoming wedding with good food and kind service.

The ol' donkey loves this place! Great find for a meat lover. The sausages and chicken and steak and pork was all fabulous in flavor and texture. Wonderful done and cooked to my requested medium rare on the steaks. The side items were quality and fresh, veggies and salad. The empanada perfectly made with love. And while I am not a wine drinker. The selection here clearly is terrific if you a glass with a quality fresh carnivorous dinner. We shall return. 5 tail wags from Eeyore.

Another update, Tuesday nights $15 off and already amazing deal! Update 2025... this place is still banging. We walked in and saw a couple people with these platters on the table, this thing works only $54 it had 3 steaks a pork chop a slab of chicken and a sausage with two sides served on a hot platter with coals beneath... Look at the picture. OMG was good ....old review...Had a great impromptu date night with my wife. She loves the filet and fries appetizer. We also got a porterhouse to share but it was delicious for me but a little too fatty for her. But she also likes well done filet so can we really trust her opinion :-) PS the pictures may have some bites taken out of them already. #TeamCocco approved

Great restaurant and amazing food! My girlfriend and I were visiting Tampa for the weekend, and we were wanting Argentinian food. We ordered a parrilla, french fries, and mashed potatoes. The food was delicious, and it came out pretty quickly. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we were able to enjoy a nice relaxing dinner.

I randomly found this place on Google when I was visiting with a girl friend. We loved the food here. This was back in 2021. Couldn't remember the name, but to this day, I still think of how fresh the steak was. Food was wonderful and the service. I would definitely go back if I am ever in town again.

I recommend the all-beef parrillada, which comes with two sides, and we chose yucca and vegetables. Everything was very tasty. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is that we found the portions too small. We had to order a third side dish to complete the meal because the portion of each side wasn't reasonable for two people. And they don’t have a changing table in the bathroom. However, the place is also great because of the service, which was super fast and efficient. The ambience and music and super good and you can talk while eat with no worries. They have a great variety of wines that pair well with the dishes.

Ceviche was old. All dried and chewy. No way it was made fresh that day. Croquettes were not crispy and lacking flavor. Paella was very salty. No other flavor. Seafood also wasn’t fresh or plentiful. Maybe I ordered wrong since I didn’t get any meat. But still, don’t have it on the menu if it’s not great.

Great place for a cocktail but everything else falls short. The food is ok but when you order a steak cooked medium rare and it comes out medium well it leaves a lot to be desired, especially when spending close to $60 for it. The side of sauteed vegetables for $12 was absurd. I’ve had better sauteed vegetables on an airplane. The service was subpar. Not sure what inclined the waitress to ask if we were ready for dessert when we were still actively eating our entree and had half of our cocktails left to drink. The location is good, the cocktails are great but other than that you’re better off skipping Renzo’s. A solid 2.5 out of 5.

Oh my goodness what a let down this place was. We were thinking something very nice and lots of meat but the meat was completely flavorless and cook to the wrong temperature. The Establishment feels more like a cafeteria in seating and style than anything else. The service was pretty good but the food was meg.

Not that fan for their paella but for wine and beef selection , they are good with that. Better to come at this restaurant in special occasions. A quiet little bar to enjoy just for a drink.

My fiance and I ate here for Valentine's Dinner and it was a horrible experience. We made a reservation for 6pm but it was crazy busy so we are glad we did that at least. We did not get spoken to by a waiter at all. After 35 minutes, my fiance got the waiters attention to put in our order. We ordered a Shirley Temple and a beer since he said they did not have any alcohol and we are not wine drinkers. We got the meal for two where its multiple kinds of steaks with two sides (Garden Rice and Tostones) that we share. At 7pm we got the steaks and never got our appetizer (Proveleta). We told the lady who gave us the steaks we never got the appetizer and she straight up asked if we even wanted it... like yes of course we do. The garden rice was literally warmed up frozen white rice with peas and carrots. The tostones tasted like nothing. The bread that came with the proveleta tasted like unseasoned croutons and the actual cheese tasted like nothing too. We never got water or complimentary bread. The waiter gave me sprite instead of Shirley Temple and brought a Shirley Temple after we got our food. My fiance had to ask other waiters for the check twice because our waiter was non existent. Only time we saw our waiter was when he took our order, gave me the drinks, and gave us the check... and my fiance had to find him every time. We were there for almost two hours with no refills, water, and disappointing food. The steaks weren't bad but the sides and service were terrible. We were so disappointed with this restaurant and it was pretty expensive. Hopefully it was just a busy holiday but damn we are not going again.
