Wonderfully delicious. Everything we ordered was so good. We had spicy honey chicken ❤️ vegetable chicken (fresh and crispy. Not overcooked)🤤 and egg drop soup. ❤️ Staff attentive and friendly. Highly recommend! I usually come here after surgeries. The food is healthier and light enough for my stomach to handle.

Always a good deal for your money. The Buffett has everything you want even though people think of Shakey's for pizza the chicken is the best!!!! It's also nice to be able to watch the games but with the family. Very polite staff!

Our family had a fantastic time at the Shakey’s! The food was excellent, the pizza and Mojo potatoes were exactly what we were craving. What really stood out, though, was the staff; they were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. It’s a great environment for a family meal. We will definitely be back! Thank you :)

My wife enjoyed the bunch of lunch on Friday, 8-29-25. The staff was great and welcoming as soon as we entered. The food was fresh, hot and good. One staff member, Devin, stood out. He was busy the entire time we were there, bussing tables and cleaning. Great place! Dawn and Madi went above and beyond! Friendly fast service with a smile. Best Shakey’s I’ve been to. The food was hot and the salads great too. Kaiya, who took our order during a busy lunch hour, was so kind and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly even with the rush. Cool spot I went to the buffet here for lunch and they got everything from potato wedges , fried chicken, grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, salad and more! The service is good and they have a lot of seating for the whole family I recommend this to bring your kids and family, aaaanndd they also have a few beer options for a nice evening of beer & pizza!

Decently priced buffet that had some really good food choices across the board. Held a kids birthday party here and while the arcade is small, the games were fun and the prizes to ticket earning ratio is good. Will return again at some point.

Good family pizza parlor! I grew up dining with my parents at several Shakey's throughout L.A. Nowadays, it's nostalgic as the flavors bring back childhood memories. This location is well maintained, spotlessly clean, and very attentive staff. The food is served quickly and always hot. I love the Mojo potatoes, and the fried chicken is always crispy and juicy. Pizzas are always cooked to perfection. Delicious comfort food!

Decent place in the area for some Chinese seafood. We ordered the sweet & sour chicken, beef lo mien , salt and pepper shrimp and shrimp fried rice. Every dish was well prepared however, the rice was a little dry. Wouldn't mind coming back for more.

I had came here last night for dinner and ordered the Beef and Broccoli, and also got the Peppered Pork with Cabbage (I forgot the exact name for it) and it was very filling (we got the dinner for 2 and ate 95% of it). The egg rolls were fresh, hot, and crispy (one of the best egg rolls ever I've had). The rice was good and of course, the Beef and Broccoli was on point and the waitress was friendly and respectful. Overall it was a great dinner and I had a good time. Cheers China Chef.

I ordered 2 lunch specials, 1 was honey walnut shrimp and the other was salt and pepper fish filet for around $10 each. Each entrée for dine in comes with an egg roll and a bowl of soup; if you order it to go then the soup is extra. They had hot and sour soup and egg drop soup so I ordered both. Unfortunately I don't have a picture of the egg drop soup since I ate it prior to taking pictures. The food was great however I took off a star due to the service. Initially the guy seemed fine but as time went on I started to notice somethings. There was a white family that walked in who are apparently regulars and they ordered the usual but when it came time to paying the received fortune cookies whereas I did not. I also got a few phone calls during lunch so I stayed and talked but when it came time to filling the Mexican family's water he had no problem whereas I got none even though my table was on his way back to the kitchen. Lastly when I paid my bill I had asked for boxes and rather than bring the boxes with my card he just returned the card so I was forced to ask again. My biggest thing is just treat people how you would want to be treated...

I don't think I've been to a Shakey's since I was a kid! Found this one here in Temecula and decided to take the kids for a novel pizza to try. The place is decent, relatively clean, welcoming and very pleasant staff. The pizza wasn't bad, but not the best I've had. The bread and sauce good, but the cheese had that slight rubber-y texture. I'm sure some people like that but not my style. Both kids liked it.

We came here with a party of 16 (10 adults and 6 kids) to celebrate a soccer championship and had a great experience! 🎉 The food was delicious and fresh, and the customer service was excellent—everyone was super friendly and accommodating, even with such a large group. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the game area is very small, which made it a little tough for all the kids to enjoy at the same time. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Delicious food that's been consistent for forty plus years. This location was a bit warm inside and unfortunately for me they serve Pepsi. Their fried chicken is underrated and the mojos are always good. I can't explain why we like their pizza so much but I think it's the sweetness of the sauce that really helps to curb the heartburn normally associated with eating pizza. We'll definitely be back.

A PIZZA FAV! It’s all about the fun experience when you come to a Shakey’s and this location has particularly grown on me over the years as it has some really nice staff! It’s not as kiddie as a Chuck-E-Cheese but not as adult as a Dave-N-Busters, it’s a happy medium! Actually, more skewed to adult diners haha. The game room was lively but not insane, it seemed fine. This Shakey’s is particularly relaxed and has plenty of seating both in and outside! My party and I stopped by after a game and we had a great time in the outside patio. I couldn’t bear the toilet smells inside today (which is pretty rare) so we opted to go outside. The patio was pretty clean, however a party next to us didn’t get their table cleaned after they left, so trash was kind of just sitting there. Other than that, everything else was fine. We got the large one-topping pizza and a large side of mojos which easily served three adults. We also got three drinks and the bill came at around $46 and some change. Everything tasted delicious!

Extremely slow service with only three tables . Food had no taste. Took a bite out of the king Pao chicken and couldn’t eat the rest . Soup was alright. Food was too bland . I hate to give this kind of review but this place has got to really work a little harder. We want to keep supporting businesses. One of the other tables were not happy at all as it took forever for their soup and egg rolls . I wish them the best and hope they take into account our concerns. Also please refill the salt. We had to ask for chop sticks too.

Manager Dawn made our experience better by checking in on tables and keeping the staff hustling. We came for the buffet on a busy Saturday afternoon. At times, the buffet was out of pizza, but Dawn made sure it got restocked asap. The thin crust pizza is not my favorite, but the deep dish pan pizza was delicious.

First time at this Shakey's Pizza as we usually visit the one in Anaheim on Harbor. We were so happy to see a Shakey's in our home away from home in Temecula now! Spacious and clean with great service, we were so disappointed in the pizza and some of the lunch buffet food. The pizza was very doughy seemingly under cooked. There were cinnamon rolls available, but they were burnt. Wondering why they didn't remove them and replace them with new ones that weren't burnt like this. There were very few types of pizzas available at any given time, and very few pics of fried chicken to choose from. Usually the Shakey's buffet is full of hot pizzas, chicken and other items. Maybe it was an off day? We might give it another chance the next time we visit to see if any improvements have been made.

Ordered Chicken Lo Mein and it was so sticky and not good. We just ended up throwing it away. And the egg drop soup was very bland. Definitely will not be ordering here again.

So this place was a "lets try a different Chinese place" we were close by shopping. Granted it was about 8pm Saturday night. Nobody there when we pulled up and my wife mentioned it. Food was stable at best as I sit here and eat the noodles and fried rice next morning. Soggy honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken were trash. Idk if it was because it was closer to closing or if we got someone's leftovers or both. Sorry chef you need to do better. I won't be back. White rice good. Fried rice good. Chowmeign bad..soggy walnut shrimp and o chicken..horrible my son just said as I read this out loud. We actually all wondered secretly if we'd get sick. We didnt. So thats good. We ate at home and I didnt call to complain. I dont leave bad reviews either. Good luck! Oh yeah it was 75 bucks too!!!! Argggg!!!

Ordered food for dinner and everything arrived cold. Hopefully we do not get sick! Disappointing! I tasted different dishes and everything was cold.. Waste of money since we did not eat for fear of getting food poisoning!

Bought half a roast duck. It was old, spoiled. I asked him if it was fresh owner said yes. Well I had a gut feel that it cud be bad…but roast duck is one of my favorite. I’m old and I have a lot of experience. I wish I had kept and brought it back, but just decided to write this to protect future customers. Food poisoning will happen if they are doing this ….

Gave this place a try with our family. We came for the lunch buffet, salad bar was gross and all the food taste really processed. Pizza tasted like frozen pizza 🤮 the younger girl working definitely had an attitude written all over her face too which made me really uncomfortable. Arcade is small. I do appreciate the older lady constantly picking up plates and making sure the table was clear for us.
