First time here , I like the atmosphere . It’s so hot outside , and this place is cold and clean . I ordered the rib eye and rice no veggies bowl . The food tastes good . And the Thai Iced Tea is so good with lots of ice, highly recommend it. I am so glad I tried this place for my lunch today. Not a long wait . Highly recommended .

It's not a 5 Star restaurant in the classic sense, but the quality and freshness of the fare along with the price (and spotlessly clean dining area) combine to make it 5 Stars to your palate - and wallet. Something for everyone: the carnivores (land, sea and air..if you consider chicken as airborne), vegetarians, and there are gluten free options. (Yes, even for gluten free vegetarians.) Do beware - some of the sauces contain gluten, so ask first! White or brown rice = same price. Everything - super yummy. I've only had the veggie-meat-rice bowls, but larger plates are available for larger appetites. I wish there was one near our house...

Great food and cheap prices. Very fast service, faster than going to in and out but much healthier. Would recommend to anyone that wants to watch what they eat and is mindful of their wallet.
My family and I love Waba Grill. The food is delicious. A great fast food that’s relatively healthy. I order salmon and chicken teriyaki bowls for my grandkids. I order a side of chicken and veggies for myself because I don’t want the carbs. I went in today and got my usual order and when I got home my side order of teriyaki chicken was only half full and no sauce which I distinctly asked for. I was disappointed. There’s an odor l don’t like so I never eat inside anymore.I always bring it home.
waba grill i am becoming fan of the food here. I was help by a gentleman by the name of Cesar. He was very professional and nice. This place was also clean, i Love the quality of the food here.

Quality service has been lacking here for quite a bit. There were about 3 fountain drinks not available and tea was not set out or made and it was the middle of the day. Food is usually pretty good. It would also be nice to smell the food being cooked and not a bathroom or cleaning product.
I always order from here via doordash. I always ask for green onions and spicy waba sauce and the wablaze sauce. I NEVER receive the wablaze sauce and any time I order more than 1 item, I only receive 1 item's worth of green onions... You guys gotta stop being so cheap at this location. I never have a problem like this at other locations. Otherwise, the food is great. Just stop being cheap with the condiments...

Went in at 10:15 this AM. ordered a spicy chicken and steak bowl and 5 piece dumpling. Get my food and leave. On the road back home I look in the bag. I got chicken - no dumblings. No sauce. I have to turn around and go back inside and let them know my order was wrong. The man was super sweet (which is why i gave two stars honestly) he was apologetic and kind. Get the steak and dumplings. Get home and break it all out. The dumplings were cold and mushy, yet also burnt in the bottom? Maybe cooked the day before? The rice tasted like cleaning supplies. The chicken and steak were tough and just COVERED in sauce (not in a good way - cause I love sauce) I ate 2 dumplings and 2 bites of that bowl and threw it all out. I'm worried if I keep eating it I'll get food poisoning. I wouldnt recommend this place... it was my first time at waba grill, and I was so disappointed. I thought it would be a healthier alternative to a burger and fries, but im now taking this as a sign to always opt into getting the burger.

Overweight grumpy guy didn’t believe me when I told him he gave me no sauce in my to go order. He then made a stingy face and gave me 1 sauce even tho I ordered for 2 people. Why are you gatekeeping sauce you troll.
Surprised it was as busy as it was. The food not good at all. Meat was like ground beef not pieces of steak like I thought it would be. Rice was hard. Veggies cold.
SO DISGUSTING!! DO NOT GO HERE!! HEALTH HAZARD! Came in around 7pm. The restaurant smelt super disgusting, like feces… I don’t know if they have a sewerage issue but it was very bad! Got a Ribeye steak bowl and the steak had lots of mushy pieces, almost the consistency of jello. The chives that came with it were extremely dry like they were DAYS old! Almost vomited. Horrible!! Do not recommend this location. Sucks because the people were very nice but really bad steak bowl and overall experience with the restaurant.
This place has gone so far down hill. Been coming here for a year and now the portions are a fraction of what they were. Bowls are barely filled up and they they charging you extra at the register for sauce packets that you don't ask for. A sure indicator that this location will go out of business soon.
First time leaving a review. Most stingy Waba owner at this location. Spent $30+ on a plate and bowl and owner got pissy after asking for extra hot sauce (only put 1 per bowl). They will probably respond apologizing but looking at the other recent similar reviews shows they don’t really care.

Sad to see one of my favorite places going Chipotle. Last two times I was wondering why I wasn't getting barely any chicken in my chicken bowl. New management? They now have to weigh the chicken. Paying $10 for a bowl of rice and an ounce of chicken is ridiculous. They just lost 5 customers to being cheap.
