Right when you step in to Society you are swept away with floral, lighting, an ambiance you can get behind because it’s like you traveled in to a dream! The hostess staff was friendly and all smiles. We waited just 3 minutes for our table. We ordered the bloody prick and a regular margarita, both were great. We also ordered the whipped feta, Parmesan bread bites, and pork belly for appetizers, all of which were flavorful and nicely presented. We had an array of dinner dishes from chicken Alfredo with a spinach pasta which came out with edible flowers, cool touch! I ordered the filet and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. We also had the pesto pasta and crispy chicken dishes. The portions were huge which is always a plus for sharing! Our server, Joseph was really great — a nice personality and very attentive! We will definitely be back and if you haven’t tried Society yet, do it!

Brittney makes the best palomas I’ve had in Arizona. I’ve tried so many places and never had any luck until now she really put so much care into it, and it showed. Absolutely delicious, and Lukas was truly amazing. He was so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. He checked on us often, made sure everything was perfect, and made us feel really welcomed and taken care of. You can tell he loves what he does. Highly recommend this place great drinks, great people, and such a comforting atmosphere. 🥂

Found a gem in Tempe tonight 🔥 — Society totally lived up to the hype. Sat at the bar and Brittany hooked me up with killer recs — the pork belly app and vodka steak pasta were next-level. Great vibes, awesome drinks, and even better service. 10/10 would come back again!

Learning To Trade

What an amazing spot! Super sexy and sleek and I absolutely love the bar top that glows. Wine selection was great and I loved the Oregon Pinot. For food i had the Beef Tartare and Hamachi Crudo and both are worth the rave. Met the owner Dominic who is as hospitable as they get.

Wow society has some of the best Italian food in the valley! The homemade pasta was to die for 👌🏽🔥 The ambiance and decor were so cute as well. This place is such a vibe for date night or a girls night out. The food was the absolute best part. Everything we tried was delicious. Can’t wait to come back to try more of the menu! We went to society for the first time for my 30th birthday and it was a pleasant experience. We got wine, 2 appetizers and 2 pastas. All the food was excellent and our server was very friendly and personable. Will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone wanting good food and a fun and elegant atmosphere! Is perfect for a birthday dinner, girls night or date night!

Went for my birthday, I loved the atmosphere. The vibe was very relaxing. Love the decor the decoration. Authentic Italian food. They personalized a menu for my birthday, and I got a free dessert. The food was absolutely delicious. The waiter was fantastic as well.

Absolutely loved this place! The food was really good! The dessert was good too! Make sure you ask for the happy hour menu when you go around their opening time. The guava cocktail was a little too sweet tho, so maybe consider something different if you’re not into really sweet drinks.

This place was a total, pleasant surprise. We were looking for a place open late for dinner after the theater nearby. Because most quality restaurants in Arizona close way too early for our taste, we were not expecting much from Society, which is open to 2am EVERY NIGHT. So we sure were surprised to find its scratch kitchen making excellent Italian food, house-made pastas, and great service (our server was a true professional). Plus, the wines on the regular list were half-priced when we arrived. I’m not sure if this was because of the time (around 10p) or the day (Sunday), or both. I enjoyed my pasta with pesto and shrimp, as did my wife with her choice of pasta and huge meatballs. My friend’s lasagna was a beautiful presentation and he said it was just as tasty. The restaurant itself reminded me of many in New York: ethereal moody lighting, garden wall with crescent moon, fiber optic flowers, viney-like lighted streamers from the ceiling, and a collection of every type of Edison bulb over the bar (the photos make the point better than my words). The bar is dramatically underlit onyx (I think) with seating on four sides, which is our kind of bar. On our next visit we’ll dine at the lively bar, as is our custom.

We loved the aesthetic of the restaurant, and our service was great. The appetizer was great also. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with our pastas. The lobster tasted like rubber, pasta was undercooked and sauce wasn’t made with love at all.

We recently dined at Society Restaurant with a party of nine. The decor is creative and sets itself apart from a traditional restaurant setting, giving the place a fun and unique vibe. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the hostess, and our server, Alyssa, did an excellent job from start to finish taking care of our large group. We started with a few appetizers. The whipped feta with apples was a decent dish, but nothing particularly memorable. Unfortunately, the ahi appetizer was very disappointing, the fish was tough, and even with the variety of sauces served alongside it, the dish lacked flavor. For entrees, the hamburger was cooked properly to the requested temperature but didn’t stand out compared to burgers at other restaurants. The chicken Parmesan was a huge portion, served with a large salad and a pile of spaghetti. While the portion size was generous, the spaghetti sauce lacked depth, tasting mostly of plain tomato paste. Overall, while we appreciated the atmosphere, friendly service, and presentation, the food itself fell short of expectations. After reading many glowing reviews, we were hoping for a standout dining experience, but the flavors didn’t measure up. Another note, parking can be a challenge, as the lot is shared with several other businesses, including a grocery store.
