PÉSIMO‼️😢 Compre un paquete, quería pollo crujiente y no hubo. incluía un refresco pero no me lo podían dar del refrigerador(frio) ya que eran exclusivos para pedidos de Uber Eats, así que quisiera o no tenia que ser al tiempo y ni variedad tenían solo coca. y la coca al tiempo no sabe igual 😢

Cuando realice mi compra pregunte si podia facturar y me comentaron que si. Me proporcionaron un correo al cual ya estuve solicitando mi factura pero no me resuelven. Me comunique por telefono y me comentan que no tienen forma de comunicarse a la sucursal que tengo que pasar. Yo no tengo vuelta en estos dias a tepic por lo que me molesta mucho este echo.

Don't be mistaken, this restaurant survives because people like KFC, and because there isn't much else in Forum. But the service is horrible. I've been disappointed for a while now, but today they were really rude. They denied me a lid for my soda with my to-go order. If you're the manager and this idea is yours or corporate's, you must be very small-minded to believe I can take my chicken order with me, with the soda without a lid, in my car, my motorcycle, in the truck, wherever. It's a joke. I hope the pennies they save are worth something, because the service is horrible. You ask for extra ketchup and they give you dirty looks. You ask for a spoon and they refuse it if your order is to-go. Why do they refuse it? It's a cheap plastic spoon. If I'm not going home, how do I eat my mashed potatoes? With my fingers? It feels humiliating to pay 200 pesos and be denied something like that. And they don't care because people keep buying. They have so many people thanks to the franchise that they can afford to serve with their hands.

This is terrible. They advertise toy bundles for children, and we ordered one for my grandson just for the toy, only for it to never arrive because they don't have it in stock. It's unacceptable that it's so expensive, and their only excuse is that they're out of stock. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Terrible service. I've had a meal at the restaurant on several occasions. I emailed the receipt so they could send me the bill. A very rude lady replied, saying she couldn't provide the bill. The service is incredible, and the rudeness is evident. Don't let them have a bad time.

This KFC is a franchise, and they don't send invoices. I insisted by email for 10 days, and they didn't even bother to reply. I went in person to demand my invoice, and they told me to keep sending them emails because they were very busy.

I am beyond furious with the service I received at KFC. I waited 30 minutes for my order—30 minutes for fast food! When I finally went to ask what was happening, they told me it would take another five minutes. At that point, I was already fed up. I asked to speak to the manager and told them to cancel my order. Instead of resolving it quickly, they spent another 10 minutes trying unsuccessfully to cancel it. And then—get this—they told me they couldn't refund my card. I asked for a cash refund, and they said they couldn't do that either. So what? You keep my money and I get nothing? This place is a joke. Terrible service, completely disorganized, and with no respect for the customer's time or money. I will never return.

Their published service hours are supposed to be until 9 pm, but on two occasions I have arrived at 8:45 pm and they claim they no longer have service because they ran out of everything. In my opinion, they should respect their hours and increase their production so that they can last until their published hours, or simply modify their hours so that the "workers" are already out by 9 am.
