Best "chain " coffee. Miles above S...bucks. Of course not like the gourmet small roasters. Carrara in Agoura is the closest gourmet-quality coffee. Great service, delightful staff. Been going here for 24 years.

Excellent coffee and super efficient baristas who get your order right every time!

Their staff is always friendly! No one is acting grumpy or harassed or complaining about their boyfriends or girlfriends . Their food and drinks are always fresh and delicious - plus, they do their best to meet the needs of their patrons special dietary needs. And did I mention their whipped cream is homemade and very addicting?!

As far as I am concerned. Peet's Coffee serves my favorite coffees and teas with intense tastes. This particular location can get busy, but seldom to the point that ones gets a bit upset. Good service overall.

The cashier was new, when I asked about a Darjeeling, she didn't know what it was but she looked around and eventually found it. she allowed me to bring up two tins in separate transactions which enabled me to get an additional small cup of tea for a friend. Afterwards two different employees stepped in and they were obviously familiar with the business. I felt so awkward after dropping the tea bag in my flask and they cleaned it out. Love the tea's?

This place would go down in flames if it weren’t for that cute barista Louis. He is such an angel and literally makes my drink with so much love it MAKES me want to come back. I like the black tie cold brew thingy.

This is a great Peets store and Peets is almost always great. Love the blended coffee drinks (Javiva) and always love how the coffee tastes here. It's also in a great little spot. Not too tucked away but quiet. Love it.

I've been itching to try Peet's in person for over 20 years now. I've been out to Southern California a couple times in that time but it never worked out until recently... I am still impressed. A quality cup of coffee with excellent service. I also bought some coffee beans to take home and make myself and I appreciate that the roast-date was marked on each bag... Something omitted from they-who-won't-be-named's offerings. I don't know why I didn't try harder on previous trips, especially considering how much more I enjoyed my cup than I do when I buy from big-green back home. I won't make that mistake again!

Tried to download the app but it seems clunky with empty promises of discounts and coupons. Nevertheless, Sam, the manager, commiserated with our frustrations and offered our drinks complimentary - which was totally unnecessary. But honestly, this provided us the opportunity to experience her master barista skills! She made us an Havana Cappuccino with perfect foam, perfect pour, perfect sweetness, and perfect temperature, all the while making friendly conversation with her cheerful smile. Her barista, Bijan, shared with us stories of the "art of the pour-over." He definitely knows his beans and his techniques. Very happy to meet them both!

Can't really comment on food options offered here as I usually only grab something to drink. Decent amount of seating inside and outside on the patio. Daughter loves their iced lavender latte if you prefer something on the cooler side:)

The drinks came out quick even though they were busy. Average drink output was 2 drinks every minute which was awesome to see. I’d come back here!

One boy with a bandana and long curly brown hair was literally so sweet and nice to everyone he took an order from. 10/10 coming again!!

And then we went to Peet's and the staff there were all so cute and nice and my friend said it was the best chai latte she ever had in her life and so we went back all 3 days she was in town. Far and away the best coffee. Store is always clean, well stocked and inviting. Associates here are the nicest in the business. They provide the ease and convenience of a national chain with the experience of an independent coffee shop. I would mention each person by name if I could remember them all, but Taylor is an excellent new supervisor. She provides a great experience and I’ve witnessed her being outstanding with the associates. Overall fantastic shop.

Make sure that your laptop is fully charged if you plan to work here. I didn't see more than 1 outlet. No sofas either. Still, I come here often. And I will surely visit again!

Service is fantastic with extra care, consideration and with special treatment whenever driven or available time to do so going the extra mile to please. Nice outdoor area too! Love this place.

Nice place. I am not a coffee drinker, but went for the new plant based vegan sandwich...and I will be going back. Very tasty! They did a great job with it. Now the wife will be able to get coffee and something to eat in the morning I'd she needs to. Love more places having options like this.

Outstanding coffee and people. Follow-up: major turnover has led to lattes being served very hot and the milk is diluted with water. Coffee flavor is still outstanding. This is now my back-up LA coffee place.

Coffee is delicious here. I always order the black tie!! Must try if you have not. This place is a bit hard to find when driving around the plaza so keep an eye out!

Since Starbucks no longer offers Egg Nog Lattes for the holiday season, my friends and I decided to try Peet's Holiday Spice latte. It was very good, will come back for sure.

I'm a Peetnik - I love Peet's! Their coffee is far superior to any other chain's offerings and the staff is always very nice.

We had a gift card for a long time, but unfortunately Peet's coffee in Santa Barbara is no longer available. We were glad to find this location on our way to LA. Nice little place and friendly service. We haven't finished using the balance in our gift card yet. Will come again if we ever pass through.

I have gone there 2 times and both time they have messed up my drink. They put whip cream on my coffee when I said No whip cream both times I went. If you ever get a mocha drink from there, the cup is all milk and ice, with very little coffee or chocolate taste at all.

I tried to find the menu online through their website and it was a very difficult process when I tried to use the help feature I could not respond to the virtual assistant because of the cookies agreement bar blocking the response. I spent about 10 minutes trying to find out what they have on their menu but wasn't able to do so. I'm looking for an alternative to Starbucks but I guess I will have to keep looking

Dropped in to avoid the long, Starbucks line and waited longer due to the 20 minute conversation the batista, Chris, had with the customer in front of me. Both were completely oblivious to the other customers waiting. NEVER AGAIN!! At least Starbucks knows how to keep the long line of people moving!! Maybe that's why they are super busy while Peets is not!

The baristas there are overwhelmed and extremely rude about it .. I’m a daily customer but will never go back because the experience I had today picking up a delivery.. waited 15 minutes past promised time, while the baristas were chatting with customers and finally when I asked how long more it would be I got chewed out by a RUDE employee and they flat out refused to let me know how to contact a manager .. I will never give this place my money again

Service was great and the staff seemed happy to be there. but the food was cold in the center and the drink tasted like burnt dirt. Really sad since this is the closest coffee place to my work and wanted to try it.
