The welcome bread was delicious... I think the coffee lacked flavor (it's just a matter of taste). The food... ugh, in my opinion, it lacked flavor. The staff is attentive, however, they get overwhelmed with tables and, well, it takes a while for them to attend to you...
Good flavor, but many incidents involving incorrect/incomplete orders and very long delivery times. On one occasion, they took two hours, and when I contacted them, they were barely ready to prepare it. I really liked their food, but because of this, I'll have to look for other options.
I like their food, but their service is bad, and besides, I have to wait for it. Sometimes I wait for more than an hour, and they also deliver it with missing items. After that, I have to wait another half hour for the missing items, and I'm not satisfied.
Well, at first everything was great, the food and especially the breakfasts were very good, even the customer service. But just the last few times, honestly, an older waitress was incredibly rude. If you asked for something else, she'd get annoyed and throw your food at you, make faces, and if you didn't tip, it was even worse. It used to be a good place. If they don't like to work, I honestly don't know what they're doing there. It's a shame; I enjoyed having breakfast there, and we even let those kinds of attitudes slide because we thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but apparently not. We decided not to go anymore.
I always ordered food from there and everything was fine until recently when it arrived in this condition. I couldn't eat anything because I'm allergic to beans (despite explaining this several times, and they had sent them to me on several occasions). This time, they spilled all over my food, and I couldn't eat it. When I mentioned it, they just excused themselves by saying they had a lot of orders to process and that they would "give me a complimentary one." Today, when I asked for the complimentary one, they told me it was no longer available. I ordered very often; it's a shame they're losing a regular customer because of something like this. Despite their mistake, they kept sending me their menu to order from, so I had to block them.
After several months of not ordering, I give them another chance and again their service is bad... I ordered at 12 noon, an hour later my father-in-law orders his food separately and they call me at almost 1:40 to say that my order is delayed... I stopped canceling because it made me feel even more sorry for them and it turns out they sent everything together with the order that my father-in-law placed an hour after me... if it were like they say that they were delayed with orders, the logical thing is that my father-in-law's order would arrive much later than mine didn't... But thanks, now with this I'll block the number. Your food is very good but your customer service is terrible. I told the girl who answers my WhatsApps that I was going to complain to Miss Alejandra and she only told me that her mother already knew they were delayed and that's why they had called me... everything was really bad... that's why they lose loyal customers. I'd previously left a very good review despite the slow service, but today in particular was terrible. First, they didn't answer my WhatsApp. I texted them and told them I was going to order something, and without letting me speak, they told me to wait my turn and hung up on me, even though I was going to order something over the phone. And to top it all off, they no longer accept transfers, even though I always paid that way because I don't usually have cash. The truth is, I always recommended the place and even went there myself, bringing people, but because of situations like this, they lose customers who were becoming loyal.
Terrible service, they serve with faces, the food is good but they treat you badly and there are too many cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom.
While the food may be good for an emergency, the service, and especially the wait, is AWFUL! I called to request a menu and just walked past it, and when I got there, they didn't have it ready, and I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes! Terrible service.
The food isn't bad, but one thing that completely ruins the experience is the customer service. I don't know if it's the same with all the waitresses, but at least the one we had was very rude from the start. We tried to be as nice as possible, but it seemed like she was bothered even taking our order. That situation was very unpleasant.
I thought it was a good option, but firstly, if you go alone and there are other people waiting, and there's more than one person in your party, even if you arrived first, they'll prioritize those in larger groups. So, if you don't have anyone to go with, think twice because you won't be their priority and they'll serve you reluctantly. Secondly, the rice they served me that day was super greasy, mushy, and still undercooked. The cutlery they gave me was dirty with food still stuck to it 🤢 because they don't wash it properly. Personally, it left a lot to be desired.
