It seems as though KFC has lost their special recipe which I grew up with. I have been to KFC from the United States to Mexico, and none of them have the taste of the KFC I grew up with. it's sad to see this.

I went to the KFC on Revolución Avenue through the drive-thru and had an extremely unsatisfactory experience. From the moment I arrived, I was made to wait approximately half an hour because, to begin with, they didn't have most of the menu items. After that time, they informed me that they only had chicken burgers, which took almost another 45 minutes to arrive, even though there was only one other car in front of me and the restaurant was practically empty. When I got to the window, I noticed that several employees were literally sitting, laughing, and not doing anything while the customers waited for their orders. Furthermore, the staff's attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly. As a customer, I consider this to have been a terrible experience. This branch should definitely have its quality department inspected to ensure better service.

I placed an order through Didi at this branch and everything went wrong. I ordered BBQ chicken strips and hot crispy chicken, and they only sent crispy chicken. I also ordered mashed potatoes and salad, and they only sent two packages of mashed potatoes. The chicken strips were incredibly bland. And the other package of chicken pieces also only included crispy chicken. How difficult is it to send an order the way the customer requests it? We couldn't even get something that wasn't on the menu.

I just picked up an order and the salad is spoiled. Terrible service, they have no quality control over their products.

I don't understand how they hold staff meetings during busy hours. I even went to the drive-thru to speed up my visit, and it turns out there's no service because they're having a meeting and no staff are available... Not good! A big thumbs down for KFC's staff service... Oh, but the atmosphere is fine! They even applauded at the end. I don't know if it was someone's birthday or if they have a play that finally finished.
