I paid an extra 2.25 steak and half barboscos and they gave me chicken… how dumb can yall be?? Do better at paying attention. Who wants to pay $20 for something they don’t want?! DO. BETTER.

It was the worst chipotle we have ever been to. The worst. We said Happy Halloween 4 times and no response. There was no acknowledgement at all. Instead of making our bowl, they were laughing and doing everything else. The brown rice was the most mushy brown rice I have ever seen. They ran out of everything. Also, they slapped a new layer of guacamole on top of very old guac. My sister got food poisoning the next day. Everything was old and stale. They said they didn't have cheese but I know they did. It was absolute trash. Will never ever go here. Ever!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with chipotle. The service was horrible, the workers were distracted when taking down our order. All of the food was unsanitary and old. The guacamole was rotten and they didn’t change it, they ran out of cheese and offered no substitute, the brown rice was mushy and slimy, and lastly the food was cross contaminated. Very disappointing and will never be coming back here again.

This chipotle used to be a better experience but has gone downhill. We went last night and the service was poor and the staff were sullen. The chicken was gristly and unevenly cooked. The chips were stale and the regular size serving was pathetically small. Overall not worth it. We won’t be going back anytime soon.

This location sucks. Waited half hour for two mobile orders that both ended up being wrong. When asked why it was taking so long they said they were short staffed. Four workers were there and two left to sit outside right when people actually started coming in. Order was placed for 8:50pm and left at 9:20pm. Have great experiences at other locations.

Horrible. Got two bowls and chips opened my bag to one bowl being sideways and the other damn near half open and I was missing the chips. Not only that the bowls were half full while I’m watching them fill up everyone else’s to the brim. Thankfully got both bowls remade and got the chips. Lmk if that looks like ya money’s worth. Chipotle… do better.

DANGER!!! Hard plastic in food!!! And when we confronted the staff, they didn't apologize. They acted like this happens all the time. Wth!? The worst part is, it was discovered almost at the end of my bowl, so I'm hoping I didn't already ingest any other pieces.

Lets put it this way....I WILL NOT EVER RETURN THERE. The employees were too busy chatting between one another and not helpful in answering about the items presented. I also asked for a half portion or small size portion. I didn't get that. I was charged a ridiculous amount for what I received as well. The meat was for the most part inedible as for so much fat and griscle. The tables all were dirty and not that busy that someone could've come and washed them off properly. The atmosphere is non existant. Chairs are bolted to the floor so no way to adjust/make our seating comfortable. Are they afraid we'll steal the seating??? LMAO 😂 The employees are far from properly trained, at least the ones at the counter and register area. I'd love to see how the foods are prepared in the kitchen. I believe an inspector ahoud go there and see for themselves. It's NOT an acceptable establishment by far.

I ordered through DoorDash. They gave me pork while I ordered chicken bowl as I do not strictly eat pork. The food was cold. Beans are stale, lettuce is ripe, no corns. Trashy store! I love chipotle but this is the worst one.

I’m so disappointed. Ordered delivery. No sour cream, no guacamole, no extra chicken. That’s $9 extra that I didn’t get. Then to top it off, they left an entire bay leaf in the meal. Like…… how? You’re supposed to remove them. Then when I called, they tried to blame the door dash driver for no utensils.
