Food is generally ok to good, but monkfish and sea urchin foam were both under-seasoned...staff didn't give any response, were v serious.

The food was delicious! Many local dishes with a fancy twist. The service was really good but lacked the personal note. Same with the atmosphere...it was too sterile.

Overall great experience. We 've spent an excellent evening. One advise : when the waiter is coming to ask if we want some cheese, he should inform people that it is not included in the menu and that we will have to pay extra...

Excellent service, however the food was ok, beautiful presentation but nothing extraordinary, and some plates were lacking a bit of flavour !!!! I haven’t experienced anything like this in any other Michelin star restaurant !!!! Usually the food is always delicious ! But it seems like the day of my visit the plates some plates were missing a bit of salt and spices! I Hope they will take the constructive criticism to improve !!!

Was time to go back in Turin after covid quarantine. OMG was starving to get good hospitality Italian food like Italians can do. That was based on a recommended place by Michelin. One star let s go. From the beginning to the end was perfect. Clean. Distanciation. Etc... all those new life style. But even though it was fantastic experience. Chef is from south Italian inspiration we went for the 2 menu. Both really different and Vitelli Tobago reverses was impressive. Fresh products. Good service. Reasonable price all in one. Congratulation and thanks. All good.

This summer menu is a piedmont asian fusion, too hot, too charged. Better in fall or winter.

We had lunch here as a couple for a special occasion and both ordered the fish tasting menu. The cuisine is obviously of a very high standard, with quality ingredients and delicious dishes. The service was also great. What truly ruined the experience for us was the couple sitting next to us who consumed an obscene amount of alcohol, spoke and laughed very loudly the entire time and completely wrecked the fine-dining atmosphere of the restaurant, with other customers also looking very surprised. For a restaurant of this level, it was disappointing that staff completely ignored their behaviour and let two people spoil what is supposed to be a very special gastronomic experience for so many other customers.

I really hope we caught the team at an off-day or have experienced a Murphys Law evening, as both food and service were below star level for us, helas. We ordered the Classic menu and it started quite promising with great amuses but were actually dissapointed by the quality and details later on (uninteresting starter amuse with soft/old popcorn, pork was dry and had no real 'taste' to it, great tuna but totally overwhelmed by gravy sauce, risotto was way too much and not extremely interesting) as well as surprised by the excessive use of sauces (huge amount of raspberry and soja sauce with the pork dish for instance) and all sort of 'extra' dots added. Also the staff didnt clean our table for bread and crumbs untill the last dessert and totally forgot the fact that we were having a full menu, hence handed the a la carte again - pre dessert and dessert were served therefore some 30 minutes later. The first amuses, butter, bread and desserts were the good plates this unfortunate evening. Wine choice was only asked twice (at the very start and half way) and water had to be poured by ourselves. All and all quite dissapointing for a Michelin restaurant. Hope things will improve and others will have better experiences here.

It was meant to be a special evening at a Michelin-starred bistrot, but it quickly became a disappointment. From the very beginning, the service was far from what you would expect at such an establishment. Despite informing the staff of my allergy to spicy food, they served me a spicy entrée. I immediately called the waitress to inform her of the mistake, but to my shock, she returned with the same spicy dish once more. When I explained again, she dismissed me with a rude response, "Ognuno ha il suo palato" (everyone has their own taste), implying that the fault lay with me. Things only got worse when the pasta course arrived, also cooked with spicy ingredients. At that point, I couldn’t even eat, but I didn’t want to argue further as I didn’t want to ruin my husband’s birthday celebration. When the fish arrived, it was overly salty—unbearably so. Again, I refrained from commenting, avoiding another rude remark from the waitress. My husband, too, was disappointed, confirming that the fish was, indeed, far too salty compared to his dish. To add to the discomfort, the table next to us left to smoke just before the waiters brought out the cheese platter. The staff’s behavior behind their backs was unprofessional, as they openly complained about the guests leaving to smoke, waiting in irritation to serve them and we clearly heard them.... It was an unsettling display discourteous behavior. The entire experience left me speechless. I just wanted to leave as soon as possible, completely disillusioned with what should have been a high-end dining experience. It was, without a doubt, the worst Michelin-starred restaurant visit I've ever had.
