Peet’s coffee is delish and the staff is super friendly... Kris and Sylvia always know what their customer’s want before they order(pumpkin chai latte)... it’s real refreshing to get great customer service from them. It should be noted that even when Kris and Sylvia aren’t there, still receive great customer service.

Usually have a good experience here, the staff is very friendly. My only concern is that sometimes there is a new or not experienced enough barista, so they don’t know how to make the drink right and you have to ask them to remake it. Also, they charge quite a bit more for almond milk and whipped cream, which is ridiculous. I’ve never seen a coffee shop charge for whipped cream - this is the 1st one, especially for lattes and blended drinks.

If you see Sabrina, one of the baristas working just leave. It will not be worth your money or time. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. The drinks are nasty and watered down just like her nasty attitude. She either needs to get retrained or be let go. There was another barista there that remade our drinks again and made them great! This review is simply just for Sabrina.

Second time I get a coffee here and the cup is always half empty! I don't believe the barrista respects the amount of liquid per size that goes into the cup. Comparing to other Peets in the bay area, cups are always full no matter what size you order. So... no more coming to this one.

I don't think they undergo the same barista training as other Pete's employees as the lattes here taste like watered down chocolate milk. The only thing I order now from this location is cold brew which is too bad considering it's less than a mile from my house. We're switching to Starbucks across the street.

Only this Pete's im not to happy with. Because they have Raleys employees working in the coffee area . Last time I had coffee there I had someone from meat department. Not the best coffee. I go to Starbucks across the parking lot

very very disappointed ! a lady who works at pets coffee shop ( K ) is very very rude , because when I sat on a chair and pull table to the corner getting ready to go get a coffee then to studying she come straight to me In a very rude way said " this is not a study place , you need to put the table back to its place ! wow un believable , is this how you guys suppose to run this business ? is this how you guys interact with client ? is this what your kindness to the citizen who live in this city ?
