Strategically located, with ample outdoor parking available for customers. Food is always served at the right temperature, and service is prompt. The staff is fast and attentive. I particularly appreciate the professionalism of Erika and Cosimo, who have been there since the restaurant opened. With their kindness, smiles, and helpfulness, they are always ready to help our customers. Lately, I've really appreciated Isabel at breakfast, who welcomes us calmly and helpfully in the early hours of the morning, and especially not shouting, considering it's the start of the day! The bathrooms are clean, always stocked with paper towels and soap. The furnishings are well-maintained and well-organized, both inside and out. There's a play area for children that can be used in the warmer months. There are more than enough kiosks to manage the customers. I think it's a good idea!

I don’t know why but this branch is much tastier than the one in Novara, and the decoration of the place is super cool and family friendly, there is a place for everyone.
A great place to enjoy, relax and have fun with family, friends and colleagues at a good price.

A very large, classic McDonald's place. Super fast service, even for non-Italians. Super perfect. Review management should focus on the product, the location, and the reviewer's reliability, and not on the specifics. For personal reasons, sometimes the croissants are too dry for breakfast.
It's hard to find a flaw in any MC location, and this one is no exception. The decor is iconic and one-of-a-kind, despite being a copy of many others. You can dine outdoors and keep the kids entertained, or you can buy something inside at the kiosks, or at the cash register if you're not familiar with them.

Very nice place. Even though people were not much they're a bit slow to bring out orders. The toilets were not clean as well.

I've decided to write. After many attempts.... I went to order takeout breakfast and the South American NEVER listens!!!!!! I ASKED HER for scrambled eggs with bread and she asks me the same question again... I tell her 2! She brings me 2 sandwiches and two plates with eggs and bread and I realize it at home! She never understands, doesn't listen and is slow as a sloth!! I won't say who hired her, but I swear she would have been changed immediately in Santagabio! I left from 7:40 until 8:15!!! There was no one there!!! Even the supervising manager, how is it possible they don't realize the mess they're making???????
