Good food esp for lunch plus the staff has tons of positive energy that i needed to get through my day. I couldn't help but to thank them all for the experience before departing for my responsibilities.

This place is a part of my morning routine. They are patient and kind know my order when I come in. They do not give me attitude and I'm very picky. When I send someone else in with my order they know it's for me and it always correct. They even acknowledge if my order was correct at my next visit.

Food quality is pretty consistent and the service is always friendly in my experiences at this location.

The people who helped me were very kind and patient (since I don't regularly go there) and my latte was absolutely as good as those in higher priced places.

Probably the best Tim Hortons I've been to. They toasted my bagel perfectly and put the right amount of butter. For some reason the drinks and the donuts were just so much better than I've had before!

About 15 years ago this outstanding food chain came to America. This in and out restaurant is the king, hands down the best cup of coffee, I'm having one right now. And the food, always price competitive and delishe.

Whomever was working there today (Nov. 5) deserves at least two bonuses. I received my bagel with cream cheese and it had more than 0.5 MM of cream cheese for once. This made my entire day and I appreciate it immensely. If not a raise, a bonus!!

This is one of the cleanest locations I have ever seen. Their showcase looks clean, organized snd delightful. The tables, chairs, floor and dining room has obviously had extra attention. The music was a good volume and music you’d expect at a coffee shop. I’ve ordered a lot here and they’ve never been out of what I asked for. Seems to be the case here. Amazing staff at this location! They’re very friendly and cheerful. The manager was fast, friendly and welcoming. The food was made fast and tasted great. Many different donut choices, muffins, timbits and right now straweberry donuts! And strawberry pastries! Yum! The coffee was amazing. I learned all coffee for Tim Hortons USA is toasted in Henrietta! No wonder it’s fresh and tastes great This place has a few outlets if needed and can accommodate moderate sized parties tables can be put together if needed. Plenty of parking. Prices are lower than most.

I’ve read some long hurtful comments about service at this location so I had to comment as a regular here. I visit this location almost every day and I can tell you the girls and store manager are fantastic people. I’ve seen the interactions between the staff and guests and they are really nice. I see a lot with my frequent visits. Some people you just can’t please 🤷🏼‍♂️. I’d recommend visiting this location, you’ll get great service and great food.

Service was good but the girl that made my food thought that it would b ok to hold onto my food while taking a order and when another employee asked if i was all set i said i was just waiting on my food. Then she started to make my order again and then the other girl gave her my food.

I've noticed with this particular location that drive thru service is almost always faster than counter, which isnt necessarily a bad thing if you have no intention of heading in. I can't speak on food, but I have had a few issues with beverages over the years. Nothing with any frequency which is excellent. The staff is usually friendly and polite, even joking around with my sister and I once in a while if it's quiet. Overall, I can't complain. We'll keep coming back when we're in the area.

I stopped to get some donuts for a 6 am meeting the next morning, but the donut cabinets were empty. Donuts wouldn't be made again till 7 or 8 am for that day, had to find another donut shop.

It's hit or miss. When they're good, they're real good. But when they're not, there's week long stretches where my very simple order is messed up a few times a week. Also, what's with charging extra for whipped cream on a Coffee Mocha! They just started this recently too. All things aside, the staff is friendly and always does their best to fix these minor inconveniences.

Asked about extra tomatoes on my chicken panini- got ZERO tomatoes and it wasn't cut. Nice staff, but this happens at a lot of the locations. Another location didn't toast the bread, or forgot a different ingredient completely. Great sandwich when made correctly.

The coffee I got was just fine but the donuts were only so-so. At least they didn't cost very much money. The seating area in the restaurant was very comfortable to enjoy my food and coffee.

Regular donut, sandwich and coffee shop. Inside is very quiet and a good place to chat with friends. Definitely better than Dunkin Donuts with more options to choose from and a bit more quality.

I have usually had decent experiences here, but last Saturday was disappointed. I did not get a receipt (or the correct coffee) so I couldn't fill out a survey but wanted Tim's to know how much correct coffee orders matter. I had just enough time before a nail appointment to grab a cappuccino and first was handed an iced cappuccino which was an understandable misheard order. Then they handed me a medium hot beverage cup so I put it in my cup holder to cool while I raced to my nail appointment. Sat down, took a sip and immediately made a face. It was a sweet, flavored drink that I'm not even sure had coffee in it and my nail tech very kindly offered to let me go back to get what I wanted but I didn't want to waste her time because of the coffee shop's mistake. I ended up taking two or three sips and then throwing it away at home, but not having my coffee for that day made it much less enjoyable and I basically had nothing good to drink during my 2 hour nail appointment 😢☕

Sunday, 7/3/15 @ 11:50am: Service incredibly slow! Coffee getting slow due to 10 minute wait for a Farmer's wrap & hashbrown. 12pm somebody grabs hashbrowns to "throw away" since they are not offered after noon. Maybe check the order Que buddy! Is it going to hurt if they sit there until 12:05pm? Disastrous!!!!

I ordered a lite iced cap with a shot of mint and it tasted like they filled 1/2 the cup with mint. It was undrinkable! Unfortunately we were driving through and by the time I drank it wet we too far too turn around....

This is my slow drive through warning, with only 4 cars took about 12 minutes to get through. And there’s always something messed up with my order. Posting this review because I’ve experienced slow service and meh drinks multiple times. I’ve probably have had one good order in the past 3 months

45 minutes after opening I was told there were no timbits ready and barely any donuts...I was a manager at a local Tim Hortons for years and I know that if a team is well run the display can and should be full at this point. Very disappointed that I was unable to get my son what he truly wanted for his birthday breakfast.

I've been going to this Tim Horton's regularly for the last 7 years, and am happy to say that this is a nice pace with good people, but they have high turnover and fail to train new employees leading to long waits an unprepared store and regular wrong orders. Add an extra 20 minutes for any visit here.

Every time I go here I'm always having to tell the people working drive thru that I'm missing an item from my order. Either that or I wind up with something I didn't order at all. Hadn't been here in a little while so I was hoping that things had shaped up, but unfortunately this was not the case. At least I'm eating less fast food breakfast these days.

The service at this Tim Hortons has been pretty bad lately. They are always sold out of popular items, even during the morning, and never seen ton serve the the promotion items such as the soup that is currently being promoted. I've visited 3 time to get it and have not had it once.

Are you kidding me? About the only thing good, well somewhat, is the coffee. We tried 4 of them in different parts of the country. New York is the worst of them. I don't know who or what person trains them. They have the worst customer service of all the places we have been to. No seriously, they DO NOT have a clue what customer service is about. I normally don't write negative reviews but I have not had much luck with this Tim Horton's the past week. I went there three times this week and only one out of the three times did they get my order correct. The staff is great and friendly, not sure where the disconnect comes in. I normally enjoy their coffee but haven't been able to drink most of the coffee that I have ordered from there because it is incorrect.

last time i was here i had to get my order remade 3 times and got attitude, i finally talked to a manager who finally fixed the issue. i decided to try going there again because it wasn’t too big of a deal, i just received my food and realized my sausage is pink and raw. i do not recommend this location.

Update. Manager got back to me about a week later, didn't even really read the complaint and kept thinking it was a month previous before they started working there. Told me they were going to fix the issue and wanted to make it right for me and I told them I accepted, and it's now been a few weeks and I've heard nothing back. Customer service is also not great for this location. This is probably the worst Tim Hortons location in the entire area. They were out of everything for the macchiatos and lattes, and didn't tell us until after we had paid for our order. The cashier Did offer Amy found but we wanted coffee since all of the other places around were extremely busy. We ended up getting a substitute which actually cost a dollar less for each drink than what we paid, which is not a big deal. It was only a $1 each. The coffee is really didn't taste that great, and she had to remake them because they were supposed to be vanilla cream cold brew and they did not have the vanilla cream in them, it was just plain coffee. Then the food. I had gotten a grilled cheese panini and it was the saddest thing I had ever seen and eaten. It looks like they just took two pieces of white bread, slap some cheese in the middle and toss it in a toaster for a minute. It was mushy, the cheese wasn't cooked all the way in the middle and the bread had nothing on the outside to make it crispy, just a couple of grill lines. I could not finish the whole thing, because it was terrible. I have gotten the grilled cheese panini from Tim Hortons quite a bit in the past and they were always good, but this one was not even close. Didn't even want to bother taking that back to the counter because I had already went up there once to get the incorrect coffees remade and they seemed annoyed having to remake the coffees. I didn't even want to deal with them being annoyed with having to make the panini properly. The bathrooms are also pretty gross. They look clean but one of them smells absolutely like straight up rotten eggs, and has been for the last several months. The music was also extremely loud and was Not exactly the music you expect to hear in a Tim Hortons. If they had turned it down a bit I would not have minded but any conversation had with another, you could not hear them well and would have to have them repeat. This is one Tim Hortons location I will not be going back to, which is a shame because that was the one we would go to quite often for the last 4 years, since I work in the neighborhood. I gave two stars because at least the donuts we got with our order, were fresh and tasted good.

Just got a Plain Bagel with Cream Cheese Toasted and a Blueberry Muffin at 10:56am. The Bagel was fine, but the Muffin tasted off, almost as though it was mixed with fryer grease. Due to this experience I will make sure to steer clear of this location.

I usually don't feel the need to write a review if there is an issue because usually when I reach out, the issue is solved. However, Sunday I placed a mobile order for 3 coffees and 20pack of timbits. We paid and when we got there they said they didn't have the timbits. They couldn't refund me and they would not replace it with something else. They had us leave and told us to just contact the help in the app. I immediately did that and I got a response saying they would give me some points for my inconvenience but it wasn't enough points to buy the product again and there was no refund. So now I just tried to contact the help desk again and the automated system said that they could not do the refund and the store had to give the refund! So was I told something false and now I paid for a product I won't get? Disappointed for the run around and no help from the location

They miss items when you order delivery. EVERY Single. Time. I do not have a car, so ordering delivery is my only option when my disabled mother is visiting. They ignore/miss prep requests and instructions. I understand if it's busy. But I'd rather my food and drink arrive a bit late and correct than on time and missing things. Maybe if they paid their employees better, treated them better, and/or hired more people per-shift, they'd be more incentivized to do their job better. I totally blame management for their lack of quality service.

tldr; Terrible Service. Terrible management. There are a lot of places which will sell you great service and great goods for a reasonable price. Don't give your hard earned money to this establishment. I went to this location for the first time ever and it'll be the last. - While i was in this place for 15 minutes i cannot tell you the amount of order mistakes i overheard. "Ma'am you for got this" etc. And each time with a full dose of snark the employees would pretend like they were doing the customer a favor by getting them the food they had been charged for. That correction should come with an apology. Not an eye roll. - They do not take names so they would scream out the order details and hope the right person got the right order. I would say this method failed approximately 25% of the time i was in there. That's right 25% of the time a person would take the order, go back to their table and open the order, only to realize it's the wrong order. Then bring that order back up to the counter, get their right order, then the employees would hand the already opened order that some stranger went through to the correct person. That's disgusting and it happened time, after time, after time. BREAK: Here's a great opportunity for me to give back some snark those employees so LOVED to dish out. If only there was a way to not give the wrong order to the wrong person!! Like, I don't know, maybe try using names? Yelling out "chicken biscuit" clearly wasn't working. So let's try something like "Jessica, your order is ready". You see, there's likely to be less jessicas in a single location than the amount of people who ordered a chicken biscuit. - And finally the reason this company will not be collecting another penny from me: I ordered a number 2. The picture of a number 2 has a sandwich, a coffee, and an order of hashbrowns. When i received my number 2 it was only a coffee and a sandwich. When i asked about the hashbrowns I was told "we have more than hashbrowns, we have multiple sides and we cant read your mind. You are supposed to order a number 2 with a side of hashbrowns as an extra side order". What?!?!?! The manager sarcastically talked down to me that they cannot possibly read my mind so how would they know to include hashbrowns? THEY ARE IN THE PHOTO OF A NUMBER 2! You don't need to read my mind. They are literally right there in the photo. The photo of a number 2 shows a sandwich, a coffee, AND HASHBROWNS. There's literally no guessing required. Anyway screw this place. I won't be going here again.

Waited in line for my whole lunch break to order soup ( which they never have at this location, so I don't even know why I thought they would today) which surprise they were out . I'm vegetarian, so instead I order a grilled cheese. I came back to work and for some reason they put a ton of chicken in my grilled cheese. So now I'm hangry which has lead to this horrible review. I ordered a sandwich on the app and when I pulled up I was told they were only doing drinks and I wouldn’t get the sandwich I ordered and there was no way to reimburse me since I was already charged. I’d give ZERO stars if I could, came in today (October 20th @ around 7:58) and was polite as I always am (doesn’t matter because the workers always seem miserable and rude) but I mentioned that I’d like a MEAL and the black girl with the blonde twists/braids rang it up fast and didn’t give me a receipt on purpose. I asked her for the receipt because she had that look on her face like she messed up but didn’t want to tell anyone or let me know. As soon as she gave me the receipt she realized I saw that she messed up and got defensive before I could even say anything. I was handed the incorrect order. After kindly telling her that I asked for the meal instead of individual items, she literally said “No you didn’t, I asked you and you said no” (which she literally stood there and lied about because she didn’t ask me anything or even repeat my order back to me which is why she didn’t want to give me my receipt.) She was literally just LYING to save herself and I said, actually I specifically mentioned the meal and she said “No you didn’t” this back and forth with her disgusting attitude of convincing me that I didn’t mention the meal, when she could have just said sorry and re-rang it back up correctly happened in front of the manager on duty and I couldn’t believe they didn’t intervene with the back and forth. All the manager basically did was just throw in the hash brown while the girl storms off to the back of the store stil saying “no you didn’t” . Again, this was the black cashier with blonde twists in her hair on cashier @7:58 she’s probably new because she was acting like she didn’t know what she was doing so I just said that it was okay and can she just refund for my wrong order she put in and I can just buy the meal, as I wanted and told her I’d like in the first place but instead she wanted to argue. She was ridiculously rude and miserable and it’s a shame that this location needs people so bad that you’ll literally have anyone working for you. I will not be back.

I went there and they were out of everything, so I asked them to substitute what I wanted with 4 chocolate timbits. They gave me a single honey glazed timbit. I also asked for a medium iced latte and they gave me a medium hot coffee.

I used to stop at this location every morning around 8:20 for a large coffee. Service was fast & the coffee so robust that the aroma filled my car. Then I began noticing that the coffee was watery, the cashier at the window had an attitude if you asked for a sleeve or napkin and the wait at the drive- through became longer. My visit on April 18 will be my last. The coffe was so weak & watery & the muffin was burnt. I had ordered 2 eggs (no cheese) on a muffin a few days before & was only charged $2.87. The same sandwich now cost $4.87. When I called the manager for an explanation, she said that I was charged for 2 sandwiches which didn't make sense to me because I did not get 2 muffins. And, I would not serve a customer a burnt muffin. So, the following day I drove out of my way to Tim Hortons on Empire Boulevard and enjoyed the best coffee and friendly service. I made a point of asking for the manager at the driven-through and when she came to the window I told her that she has the best coffee of most Tim Horton locations and friendly, pleasant customer service. She tore off a receipt and requested that I call the number on it to take a survey. I will gladly do that and give her & het staff an excellent rating! Service is the defining line for satisfied customers. Some managers at Tim Hortons get it and some just don't care to train their employees that making a consistently ogood cup of coffee and greeting a customer with a smile and friendly hello can make a big difference in your business!

What a dump. University location, every time we go there, they are out of something, no biscuits, no timbits, no Iced Caps, no soup... then one Sunday.. no staff. Place was closed as no one showed up for work. They are so dumb I had to explain what sweetener was! Only can hope they take hygiene and food prep more serious.

Tim Hortons coffee is the best on Earth however this place may keep you waiting long enough to see the Earth evolve into a different place. Not a wide selection of donuts and very slow service at this location.

This is actually the 4th Tim Hortons that I have visited with in about a month and all of them serve COLD coffee! This has become an epidemic. they really do a good job of creating a nice atmosphere to sit down relax drink your coffee maybe have a bite to eat as well. But for a place that made its name on coffee I cannot believe how not hot the beverage is.

I adore Tim Hortons. This review is based off of this particular location. They get my order incorrect quite frequently, and they fail to label the tops of the cups so really, do I even know if my coffee is correct? No, no I do not. Step up your game, every other location in the area does a better job and always greets me with a smile.

When we went to order the cashier was very rude. We asked what came on a new item she started to explain and then walked down to the other side of the counter and looking away from us. We couldn't hear her or understand her. She wasn't helping anyone else or helping with food. Then after we ordered, our food came out wrong and my wife's coffee took forever. A black coffee with cream. Simple. Maybe be more attentive to your guests or at least act like you want to be here

Do not go to this Hortons location if you want to get what you order. They can not get a simple cup of coffee right. I order two small coffee with cream only ( simple ) . I get coffee black- with sugar and constantly FILLED with grinds at the bottom. For a coffee shop not able to get simple coffee right I would never order food or anything else . Will not return

There’s a lot I can say wrong about this specific Tim Hortons. This location is the worst one I have ever been to. As I have experience working in food service, I understand if you run out of things. But what I don’t understand is why these items still show up in the app when they don’t have them? I had ordered a mixed berry smoothie, and a blue berry bagel. First problem being that they couldn’t find my order.. when i have it on my phone to show them. Then they try to tell me my order was the same as one that was on a receipt when it wasn’t what I had just said my order was.. tell me how that adds up? When i finally do get my smoothie, tell me how it’s a completely different color than the one my boyfriend had gotten. Terrible service. Go to dunkin instead. Never ordering here again.

This is a joke. I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese for my son, and when I got it home and opened it up, it looked like the person that made it was blind. I get that this is supposed to be a fast paced food service, but come on. How hard is it to put cream cheese on a bagel?!
