The place was clean, great service my pot pie was perfect and I didn't have to wait too long!! Great place to eat while passing threw Tulare off of prosperity Ave Ty KFC employees! & one employee found my cell in the restroom she was so sweet! Definitely recommend this place!

At this date and time 4:50pm 08-06-25 we went to the prosperity location, had the best customer service with the assistant Manager and the cleanest KFC I have ever seen. I don't usually put reviews, but this place is clean and food was great. Thank you Thank you thank you 😊 🙏 ☺️.

Made an order through the app and forgot to modify no corn on the famous bowl so I called and the gentleman who answered was very kind and took my request no problem. No corn added when I picked up my order. Thank you and sorry I didn’t get your name.

Earth to Idiot, Why😭 would anyone pay $3.35 for a half decent Wing? Are you selling them by weight, or volume? At the cost of one regular sized chicken wing it better increase to Jumbo Sized Chicken Wing, not Ethiopian super skinny wing....I'm not joking nor laughing...😐🤨🙄

The local KFC is doing much better now. They are speedier and cleaner than before. I always call ahead to check if they have grilled chicken. They don't keep up with the demand. It can be 6:30 and they are out.... frustrating!

This place was renovated a while back so it's a nice place, yet the tables are always dirty. The last time we ate there they got our order wrong, which happens way too often. The last visit the food was old & the bread on the chicken little was stale. The original chicken was seemed way too crunchy which meant they must of refried it. Since it's the only kfc around I guess I'll be back. If there was another choice I'd go there.

Only half of the order was correct. When I called today the manager had a lot of questions about things that had nothing to do with them excluding $11.00 of food. I might increase this rating tomorrow and change the description depending on how the refund goes. And yes for the 3rd time I do have the receipt.

Mixed feelings. Sometimes this Tulare KFC will have good help and then sometimes it's poor. So it's rating should vary. The young man who waited on me was pretty courteous, but other times they act like they don't care, and that's when they just get a one-star rating

So I had a BOGO coupon for the chicken sandwich, and I got one regular and one spicy. Its basically the same sandwich but a different sauce. The regular has mayo and the spicy has spicy sauce. Same chicken patty. That is why Popeyes has the superior sandwich in my opinion because they have spicy infused in the breading. Would I eat this again? Not with a Popeyes across the street 🐔

6:00 p.m. 1/23/2024 Went to pick up my husband's order. It had been placed ten minutes prior to me getting to the restaurant. Stood at the counter for another six minutes until another customer came in and stood near me at the same counter. Stood there for another six minutes, Until a young lady finally walked up to the front to take orders. She took the man's order first. Even though I had been standing there well before him. She didn't even acknowledge me. Until she looked over and kind of smirked and attempted to hide her laugh. I'm assuming I looked a little upset that I had been standing there well before he was, and she acknowledged him and took his order. After he was done, she looked at me and asked what I wanted. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. She said o k and kind of wandered off as the manager was approaching. The manager didn't really seem to care. As I was trying to explain what happened he narrowed his eyes as to say "I don't give a damn about this conversation" So I said screw it and left. I understand you're busy, but you should at least acknowledge people when they come in. The young lady was rude, she had to have seen me waiting there at the counter for a whole 6 mins before the other customer walked in. So to smirk and attempt to hide your apparent amusement at my frustration is unbelievably rude. I will be calling corporate, both the manager and young employee need more training. And I expect the manager to give a damn!! And how on earth does it take well over 20 mins to put some chicken in a bucket?? I watched them put my order together, all they did was grab everything from their holding units and slap it into a bucket, put it in the bag and hand it to me. It should not have taken that long.

we love the food here, always come from out of town to eat here. service is always good but today Nicolas acted like he didn’t want to be there, very poor costumer service towards us and other costumers here, many noticed what we did. at least a smile would of been appreciated

Place was clean, employees fine. This is about the quality and cost of the food. The fries were cold, the chicken room slightly warm, both obviously were not fresh. Biscuit was hard, and not what I remember at all. Had not been there for years, it was very disappointing.

Cold food. Ordered a chicken sandwich my bread was hard as a rock like if it was old. The lady at the drive thru was rude. My soda had no ice. When asked for my Pepsi she looked inside my car an said didn't I give it to you with a rude response an ugly face. Definitely won't be coming back

Customer service is awesome, friendly staff, so its not there fault. Unfortunately the food isn't as great as expected. Ordered hot chicken wings and it felt like I was bighting into spicy thick batter. Ruined my appetite.

The one star is for the service in the drive through. FIRST OFF they don't know the difference between a breast and a thigh , second the chicken was so oily that I needed two paper towels to soak up excess oil before I could eat it !! I have had better chicken from a box .. don't even waste your time stopping!! Do your self a favor stop at Vons and get a box of Banquet chicken find a microwave you'll be better off..

I understand this is fast food and a start in the corporate world....but the employee that took my order and my money, had no business doing the job he was doind....had no idea what he was doing and his reason was..." it's my first day, I just got hired" So why is he running the drive thru window and register? Who manages this place? I don't blame him..management at this kfc needs evaluation. Almost an hour wait in the drive thru....not sure if I will visit this location again.

Food was hot but so greasy and very poor quality. Service was HORRIBLE. All workers stayed in the back and did not come to the front counter for at least 30 minutes. They took forever making my one item order. Front lady kept walking away with our money and in the middle of me speaking. Very rude. Fire those girls!!!

For the first time since moving here from Alabama I ordered food from KFC in Tulare. I had the food delivered by door dash which was great. The food on the other hand was horrible. We ordered extra crispy and got greasy original recipe. When I called to complain the manager said to bring the chicken back to the store! I had it delivered for a reason. He didn’t even seem to care that we got the wrong order. Guess I go to Popeyes across the street from KFC!

Went 2 weeks ago, and staff shorten my order twice and not just mine, but other customers we're coming back in from drive thur from orders being shorten. This staff needs more training and manager should be terminated, cause their responsible for employees training. It's been 5 years since I went to KFC and it was a bad experience. Oh, they ran out of breast at 6pm and sub thighs with no extra pieces in box, for shorting breast.

Waited in line for way too long for being a fast food joint.

Did get our order right. Gave us someone else's food. Had to wait almost 15 minutes longer for our food. Our food was in a to go bad even after I ordered for dine in. As many as employees that were working, you would have thought our order would have been correct the first time and not have to wait. We were traveling on the road when we stopped to get something to eat. No stars. Sorry, not sorry.

This place is horrible my family goes there sometimes 2x a month bcuz we have take out Friday. Every time there is something missing or wrong in our order. Asked tonight to substitute mac n cheese in my famous bowl instead of mashed potatoes n they wouldn’t. Very rude employees my mom comes back in a bad mood. Stupid HIGH PRICES for rude customer service.

I'm always having to park at the gas station next door to wait for my food, and not a quick wait either. The line alone is a good 20 minutes and the wait for the food is almost just as long. This last time just about every single drumstick in both of my buckets were broken in two and had sharp splinter like bones poking our mouths as we tried eating.

Drive through doesn't listen and constantly messes up orders. Go somewhere else if you want your correct food.

Stood there ( by the cash reg where you normally order your food and there was one other guy waiting to pick up food for delivery) for about 10mins to see if any of them notice me waiting. One of them asked me if im here to pick up for delivery too, and i told them im here to order.. she said ok and left gone for maybe another 10mins .. . I finally gave up and left. Good service b

Decided to get KFC tonight. After waiting for ten min in line, I placed my order for a 16pc extra crispy. She replied let me check if we have any? She comes back and tells me that they do not have enough. I could understand if it was late into the night and close to closing time, but 530pm? She tells me it will be about 45 min to get the chicken, so would I like regular? I tell her no and now I'm ordering across the street! One to many time that I have gone and they never have things ready! Will not be back!

Horrible .. Waited a half an hour for a 4 pc tender meal. No one bothered to tell me that they didn't have any ready and had to make some until I asked. They're normally good but for some odd reason, today while under pressure from a normally busy Friday, they lacked communication abd customer service skills. With Popeyes across the street from them and Burger next door to them ... It might be best to go somewhere else.

My wife went and picked up a bucket of chicken and got me two chicken legs on the side when we got home the chicken legs was not in with our order there was no sauce no forks no spoons went back and got my chicken legs and ask him why in the world they can't put in some forks and spoons and silverware and some sauce for a complete dinner they said you have to ask for it I said well I will not be back cuz that is ridiculous what if we went was wanted to go to the park to eat this it had mashed potatoes with gravy coleslaw what do you supposed to eat it with your hands come on KFC use a little common sense and a courtesy

Waited 25 mins in the line just to order coleslaw dining room lobby closed so had to wait in the drive thru line the person didn’t even say I’m sorry were really short handed and that causing the wait time… I had keep saying hello hello hello anybodythere??? Finally she comes on and says I be with you in a minute several mins later I say hello are I open? We’re short handed then disappeared again!!! Finally she comes on and I say all I want is an order of coleslaw I have been waiting in line with 3 cars ahead of me and I have been waiting for 25 mins and it is 108• hot outside….. what the heck I drive up there is 5 people 3 guys 2 gals what are doing!!! So so sad nobody wants to work!!! Lazy lazy lazy just want there check and no work!!!! Shame on you all. Feel sorry for the manager or maybe they follow Manager example!!! Bad bad business. I guess they don’t need the money or customers maybe corporate might think other wise!!!

Sorry to say this but if you go in the morning try to check out your food before you eat cuz on Sunday morning 9/26/2021 I order the 10pc Feast and when I finish eating I was going to serve my husband and there was a worm inside the coleslaw I called them to inform them to make a report about the worm and the manager Sofia wasn't there.
