A bit hard to find as it’s in the plaza and no sign for Rudi Grill but worth it when you do. Homemade pasta was perfect and service and attention was excellent.

For me as a European, the best tiramisu in Tulum. Real Italian with mascarpone👏🏼! Delicious! Grilled shrimps are excellent, appetizers too. Staff very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back again :)) *I know that the restaurant is in its early stages, so I would recommend adding some greenery (some palm trees on the outdoor terrace) for a better tropical vibe. The food was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, generously portioned, and packed with incredible flavor. We enjoyed pasta, lasagna, and a finger-licking appetizer that was simply unforgettable. The homemade bread was fresh and delicious, and to finish the experience, we were treated to a house-made digestive made with guava and coconut water—refreshing, unique, and absolutely delightful. The service was excellent, warm, and attentive. A special shout-out to Tomas, who was a fantastic host and made us feel truly welcome throughout the entire experience. Huge applause as well to the chef and the entire staff for delivering such an outstanding dining experience. If you’re in Tulum, do yourself a favor and don’t miss this place. If you're looking for some delicious, authentic Italian food with - if you're up for it - a little tropical twist, then you should definitely come visit this place! Raviolone with burrata, ricotta and tuna tartar, panna cotta with a mango topping, you name it. Absolutely amazing. The owner is so passionate and thoughtful, and the waitress was very kind :) Rudi suggested a portion of gnocchi with bolognese for our kids which turned out to be perfect and tasty. There even is a small playground, so parents can enjoy their Aperol spritz in peace, which is totally lovely. We had a great last dinner here to say goodbye to Tulum!

By far the best hidden little gem Italian steak house in Tulum you would be mad not to go here! The staff are unbelievable and the prices are reasonable and the food is amazing! Thomas was an exceptional host! We even had takeaways from this restaurant :)

If you’re ready for an amazing Italian meal with super service, you’ve found it. Not only that but the bonus was a little courtyard where my son could play while we enjoyed our cocktails and ate our bruschetta. The place was both intimate and also family friendly. Everything we had was delicious, the lasagna was some of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to Italy 4 times. My partner had a shrimp ravioli which was divine and they even had gluten free penne or spaghetti pasta to choose from. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality, and we even got a complimentary bruschetta with our two Aperol Spritz. Lovely experience

LOVE this place 😭! We’re spending a month in Tulum and came across this gem after grabbing coffee next door during our second Airbnb stay. After walking around La Veleta all day, we were on the hunt for somewhere with AC and—most importantly—no mosquitoes. As we walked up, the staff handed us the menu before we even stepped inside. I spotted the filet mignon for $360 pesos and was instantly sold 😂. The atmosphere was perfect—chill fine-dining vibes without the fine-dining prices. We started with the fried provolone and polenta, and that sauce? So good. My lady ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and I went for the filet mignon with fries. The pasta was super fresh and hearty—exactly what we needed after walking all day. But the filet? Man, the gravy on it was unreal. I didn’t even know filet mignon came with gravy. I poured it on every bite 😮‍💨 When I finished, I ate the rest of her food too 😂 Nothing was left on my plate. The cherry on top? A cool, mosquito-free spot in Tulum. Major win. Overall: 5 stars for price point, taste, and vibes.

Walter, Tomás, the head chef and their team form an exceptional, passionate team delivering attentive, communicative and proactive service. The staff actively curates your dining experience to your exact liking. For example, adding their superb house-made spicy oil to the flawless beef tartar - already a 5/5 dish - is one of many wishes happily fulfilled. The head chef personally checks on guests to ensure satisfaction, a highly appreciated detail. Every question from dish intricacies such as meat source to choosing the best meat cut for our taste, is answered in detail. The nearly fully exposed kitchen adds transparency and an enjoyable view of a coordinated team at work. My personal highlight is the exceptional beef tartar, confidently one of the best worldwide - and I've tried many. Made with filet mignon in generous portions and customized to preferences e.g. perfectly spiced. The impeccable pasta carbonara, even though you're continents away from Italy, delivers an authentic Italian experience. Rudi Grill combines exceptional food, service and atmosphere, making it a must-visit. I highly encourage not just one visit, but becoming a regular. My best to Walter, Tomás and the entire team.

First time in this modern steakhouse. We shared a beff carpaccio and it was delicious then I had the filet that was really good, panna cotta for dessert to close the dinner. Homemade limoncello has to be tried

We had dinner there a couple of nights ago, 3 of us, and all 3 were so impressed. Having steak, tartar, lasagna, wine, everything was fabulous, including the staff. The manager went above and beyond for us. Just can't say enough. We will definitely be going back on our next visit to Tulum 🥰

Update: owner claims we have not visited his restaurant and mistaken us for someone else which proves the point of them being far from nice. Do better. Rude owners and really average food. Place is not kids friendly despite the playground next to it. Avoid at any cost.
