This is a shout out of positivity. For the first time i actually went to order in person rather than delivery. I had no problem tipping above normal because let me just say the employees work their butt off to provide a memorable tasty experience. Its no joke to put together a pina loka in like 2.2 seconds custom ordered with a bionico customized a smoothie and a strawberries & cream custom ordered... Not using anything to write it down...or ring it up.. Have a line out the door...etcetc.. And u leave feeling like you were well served with a friendly smile. Just awesome!

Absolutely love this place and location. Great customer service and always being immediately greeted. Everything I have tried here has tasted amazing.

Food was really good but the place smelled really strong of some sort of chemical. When ordering our food, the employee wasn't entering anything until halfway through our order then asked us to repeat to enter our order into the computer.

The girl that helped me my daughter and grandson was so rude. I never had that kind of experience and I kept my KooL for my grandson be I wasn’t gonna let it ruin my day

I came in around 1pm on feb 22. I come here pretty frequently for a little treat and normally leave happily. But for today, i got a smoothie half empty - unfair bc i paid for the full size. I could understand if it was busy but I was the only customer in store lol, wont be going back for my little treats anymore :(

I noticed that they have people from the Atwater store working there now. I don't think I will be coming back to this location. The staff is rude now and the store is not as clean as it was before. It really sucks. The waters here were the best, but now I see why they have been so watered-down.

Had to update my review.. the store has gone down hill since their last manager left. Staff aren't as pleasant the place isn't as clean. Doesn't appear that the owners care to properly run their business. If i could 0 stars

Guy I spoke too name (Henry) he said he is the general manager! Was very condescending and rude. I’d expect that type of behavior from a crew member not a “General Manager” won’t be back again unfortunately!

I have gone here multiple times to this location before, the workers I have dealt with before were fast, efficient and friendly. Today 6/5/2022 @3:30 pm I went in to get tostielote. In front of me was a girl and I think she called her whole family to come order so the wait time was long. I waited literally 30 minutes to get helped. There was one guy worker who was friendly but he was not getting any help from the other girl. The girl was slow she didn’t have an interest in helping me or the other people behind us. After waiting for 30 minutes the rude girl tells me they don’t have corn. I was upset because that is what I came for. I just ordered something else instead. Also this place is not well maintained.

I visited Mango Crazy tonight, and the experience was mixed. One of the employees provided poor customer service, being unfriendly and dismissive toward us but very cheerful and engaging with a male customer. Additionally, the food was a bit mushy and not as enjoyable as expected. However, on our way out, another employee thanked us and wished us a good night, which I really appreciated. 5 STARS for that employee, I wish I would have gotten her name. The other female definitely needs to be trained. O stars for her.
