Always get good service at this Braum’s and their ice cream is the best around with a more reasonable price than most places. I haven’t tried too much food from the menus, but why I have tried was good.

Wanted a cold treat during my road trip to Tyler. I was not disappointed. Got myself the classic strawberry malt in large, it isn't on the menu but they will make it if you ask. Perfect on a hot day. The banana splits look colossal and amazing. Will definitely have to try their burgers and fries on my next visit.

It's very much a treat when you come to Braums. Their burgers and their ice cream are top notch. This is by far a better burger than Whataburger, and you can quote me on this. Braums only opens up stores within a 300 mi radius of their home base and they have their own cattle for their restaurants. You can taste the quality.

I love this place. The crispy chicken sandwiches are my favorite! Wonderful service and very friendly and attentive staff, always great food. This place is a real treat.

Went in and grabbed a couple of milkshakes to go. They were thick and cold and very refreshing.

I love this Braum’s. It’s a great Braums because the customer service is really great. I am sometimes picky eater, and I get a number four instead of in the tinfoil wrap I get it in a box and they are always very accommodating whenever I ask, even though some people would perceive that as annoying I still really appreciate it. And the people there are goated .

The ice cream tastes incredibly fresh. The waffle cone came warm and crisp, with that buttery aroma that makes you pause before the first bite. Cookies and Cream is packed with chunks, Strawberry tastes like actual fruit, and the Chocolate Almond has the perfect snap. Each year we drove up to Tyler, TX for a jump rope workshop. Each year for the last 10 years, there was one thing our family look toward to, is the delicious Braum's Ice cream. 2 huge scoops on a waffle cone for $2.25, WOW! We definitely need Braum's to open 1 in the greater Houston area. The employee there work hard and their customer service was excellent. I also love their burgers, fries, and their milk shake. Mr. Braum's, open one in either Sugarland or Katy area. You will have a customer for life.

Loved my chicken spinach salad with blueberries, pineapple, and poppy seed dressing. I used to get only burgers and fries but now I stick to salads and chicken sandwiches. I especially LOVE that I can shop here for my favorite groceries and stay on budget by using my SNAP card. Braum's has the best butter, milk, and ice cream. During holidays, I like using SNAP card for a pecan pie. FYI, I gave 4 stars is because they often make mistakes with my order. Braums is forever my go-to for sundaes. They just need to get orders right. Also when you call the store, they never answer, and their voicemail is full.

Great environment for the kids and outside seating is available. Store inside offers great braums products and fresh produce as well(can't beat the orange juice). The restaurant side is amazing offering great burgers and endless ice cream options. I highly recommend the banana split that they offer. You won't be disappointed with this place so don't pass it up

Food is good. Service speed is average. Make the person taking your order repeat your order because the person who took mine got it wrong and I had no way of knowing until I sat down with my receipt.

1 outa 5 times they have mint chocolate chip. Kids working there are usually really good. Was Goober impressed the day the electric was out and some young dude was able to do orders old school style. Bathrooms usually good. Litter on ground outside seems overlooked sometimes. Overall helpful. Would be a 5 star if they had mint chocolate chip every time.

Only go here now for the ice cream. Both times I have gotten the chicken strip dinner, the gravy was brown and looked like it had been sitting in that warmer since the morning shift. And the fries were stale and overly salted.

We were the only customers at 11:15 on Sunday morning. The men's restroom wasn't working, the ladies' was messy and needed cleaning. The self-serve ketchup was completely out. The patio area's trash can was overflowing, the tables outside hadn't been bussed nor wiped down. There were 4 employees standing around waiting for customers. We had burgers and fries. The fries were hot and fresh; the burgers were mediocre, probably because of the buns. There is a lot of room for improvement here.

The burger was ok but the sundae was amazing. Although i am not sure why there was came in my sundae when i didn't ask for it.

This visit was not what I expected.. staff was forgetful I had to repeat my order 3 times.. order number 307276.. they gave us adult chicken strips when we asked for kids meal.. my double quarter lb burger was made wrong... Soda center was filthy and had no ice all tables were filthy... Not what I'm used to here at this location.

Braums is like every other fast food burger joint, pre-cooked, warmer held or reheated patties, fries may or may not be served hot, even on the same order. There wasn't enough staff in the kitchen, 1 person, so I guess you have to be happy with what you get. The malt made it less disappointing than it might have been otherwise. Second visit to a Braums in recent months one in McKinney, one in Tyler, neither experience was anything to write home about.

Employee was very rude, we came in at 8p and the girl at the counter just stared us down like we were bothering her. When we asked a question about the milk shakes she looked at me and the kids like we were stupid and barely answered us. Then she took forever to make our milkshakes. The milkshake was good like normal, but the employee was terrible.

I'm not sure if they are having staffing problems or what's going on. We were there during lunch a while back, and there was a line out the door with people waiting to place their orders. There was only like 3 people that I could see behind the counter and one of those was running the drive thru. They also had to keep sending someone over to the Market side to ring up customers there. We spent almost a full hour between waiting in line, getting to our table, waiting on our food and then they forgot my Sundae. I had to go back up and stand in line for them to make something we had already paid for. They fixed it wrong the first time, so I took it back up and they remade it correcting it. (the first time there was no cinnamon rolls on it like the ad showed). The burgers and fries were ok, nothing to brag home about. Once I received the corrected sundae, it was fabulous! We will be back, just not during lunch time for sure!

I have visited this store several times over the last few years. Usually it is delicious 4-5 stars. But yesterday was a huge let down. Got a bag of burgers, tried to eat them in store; they were so cold/lukewarm they cheese wouldn't even melt on them. The burgers seemed cooked so my only assumption can be that they had some leftover from yesterday and forgot to reheat them or something. I will give them another shot in a couple months and update from there.

Sanitation concerns! Disgusting bathrooms. Flies in the dining/ kitchen area. Dirty surfaces everywhere you look. This place is let go. The manager off this location must be completely disconnected and staff poorly trained. Cleaning is a major part of operating a restaurant. Not just a quick chore at closing.

My main concern was the Cleanliness. The difference of the counters we order all the way down we’re dirty like ice cream, dripping off of them or somebody dripped ice cream. The floors were dirty In the area where you get, your ketchup it was filthy. ketchup with caked on one the other was empty. The tables also were dirty. My friend had to clean where we said there were four of us. We got to the counter to order and no one was coming to help us for a few minutes. Several People were milling around back Behind the counters. Most likely some were helping to go orders. Burgers were Soso my friend got the five in a bag and they were just smashed together. I don’t know. I just don’t normally ever do this, but I just feel compelled because it wasn’t just me. It was people that were with me also. I definitely have no desire to return to eat.. I do come to buy eggs and milk and butter Occasionally. There was one bright like in the whole thing named Victoria. She came to take me my order ( I walk with a cane). Saw that I was having difficulty getting the catch up. She came and took my tray. Got my ketchup. And my drink for me and took it to the table. Very helpful when I was purchasing from the marketplace and saw that my things got taken to someone to help me carry them out.

I may have just come at a bad time but I would have given this one star if not for the icecream. The icecream is very good. The burgers and salad took 20 minutes in the drive through and came out cold and looking like they were made last week and the salad had wilted lettuce and a moldy tomatoes

The ice cream was excellent. The staff was very friendly. BUT, something changed, the burgers aren't much different than other fast food restaurants, but they used to be, and the cookies are not the same, they used to be wide and flat like a normal cookie. Now they are not nearly as wide and are thicker like Texas toast. Don't get me started on the taste, the peanut butter cookies didn't even have a peanut butter taste, more like a processed and mass manufactured taste of cardboard. Don't know when exactly they changed the cookies but that was half the reason I stopped in. I drove an hour to have the burger, ice cream and take home some cookies. They don't have choc. chip anymore, now its choc. chunk, which is too much chocolate. I won't make a special trip again. May stop by there when I am already over that way. Many people believe the changes were made at a corporate level to save money. Sacrificing quality for less cost and more profit will drive customers away. Penny wise, dollar foolish.

What's so hard about double meat patty with cheese mayo and mustard no pickels no onions they don't add mayo just pure mustard... and when I talk to management about things. They only one that listens is America, she listens but all the other managers need to learn from her. Only employee they have there that is worth more than what they pay!!

1st time there tried the new mushroom Swiss double burger it was very pretty but only had like 3 mushrooms on it and the meat was very dry and chewy. My partner got the double cheese burger his meat was also dry but not as bad as mine. Said his tasted old. The service was very unwelcoming felt like a burden. The bathroom was worse one of the dirtiest nastiest bathroom I had ever seen. However the pluse side my burger did have a great amount of bacon.

Braums is usually a good place to go but this Establishment is slow and dirty. I would recommend to never come to this one and just drive to the next one.

Great Food, Terrible Customer Service I've been to Braum's twice now, and while the food never disappoints, the customer service leaves much to be desired. During my recent visit, I utilized the drive-thru, and from the get-go, it was clear the staff were not up to par. The employee taking my order seemed impatient and audibly sighed as I took a moment to decide. When I reached the window, there was confusion about my order, leading to further delays. Additionally, a simple request for ranch seemed to provoke unnecessary frustration from the staff. To top it off, they didn't have ketchup, which is a basic condiment that one would expect a fast-food restaurant to have readily available. While Braum's food is consistently delicious, the disappointing service at this location makes it hard to overlook.

8:30 pm Out of Sweet Tea. Order a chicken strip dinner , large fryand a strawberry shortcake . They made the strawberry short cake first. So it melted while the chicken cooked. Then they left the large fry out of the bag.

Went to Braum's twice now. Food's yummy, but customer service? Meh. Drive-thru staff acted like I was ordering a spaceship. They got my order wrong, no ranch, and no ketchup! Like, really? Can't dip my fries? 🍟 Despite the food being awesome, the service needs a major upgrade!

Braum’s is my favorite place to grab a burger and as long as I’ve been a customer, they’ve never disappointed me until Monday. I stopped by to grab lunch on my break. I ordered a quarter pound bacon cheeseburger no lettuce or tomatoes. I knew something was off when I got to the window because they handed it to me rather quick. I pulled around to check my burger and it wasn’t fresh (both meat and cheese were cold) Honestly looked just thrown together. Parked and went inside and asked for a remake. Cashier asked me 10 times what I wanted on my burger and I replied 10 times. No lettuce or tomatoes. Remake burger had tomatoes. Really disappointed. Great customer service just couldn’t deliver a great order.

Walked in this afternoon wanting one scoop of ice cream in a big cup( to avoid making a mess). The indifference showed was mind boggling - they would want ti sell me a one scoop ice cream because the cup takes two scoops and they need yo charge me for an extra scoop - I said fine but don’t give me the second scoop - then it became an issue how much to charge for a bigger cup - then I wanted additional toppings - they said this has it become a sundae! I said ok - please put the toppings on top of the ice cream. Can’t do that - by the time this horrific incident ended - my desire to eat ice cream was muted. Tyler the manager showed up and accommodated my simple request - one scoop of cream in a large cup. Thanks Tyler -

I visit this location often, but I visited today and I didn’t receive fresh tenders at all they had been sitting. And I asked if I could get them remade by an employee and she gave me attitude when I asked and took them to the back and told the manager and he had an attitude and said with emphasis “okay it’s gonna be 6 minutes”. I replied okay that’s fine. And he got smart again and said “okay” and shrugged his shoulders. Customers are always top priority and you never make someone feel like it’s a problem to make something fresh if the item you gave them has been sitting for a while. This was my worst experience here at this location.

Horrible service!!! Food was cold. Soda machine tasted rancid and watered down. The manager didn’t care to fix it. A person waited in line for 15 or minutes until someone came over and they still didn’t get the order correct. At the end I went for an ice scream but the long haired pony tail guy acted like he didn’t want to do it and when he finally did he dropped the ice scream scooper on the dirty floor picked it up and proceeded to use it!!! No… I don’t think so… I told him never mind…. I’ll just go to McDonald’s next time… This place is unhygienic, gross and nasty 🤢 🤮 😷 For a bad time go here, otherwise anywhere else but this place would be marvelous!!!

This store use to be so clean and employees used to be friendly. I don't know what happened but not anymore.it took 25 minutes to get our food. Then to top it off our food was cold and dry Do not recommend at all.

Amazingly poor service with the number of staff present. Never before has it been this way, never! It was after 3:00pm. Plenty of time had passed to get the store cleaned if they had been really busy at lunch. The person behind the front counter ran to the back to huddle with co workers when we walked in. We waited a while before anyone came out from their huddle at the back to wait on us. Too many staff not doing their work, at least 5. The staff were too busy laughing and talking to each other to take our orders. There were hardly any customers there. The manager was not visible. When we did get waited on, my order was a mess, the young man did not care about presentation, he just kept pulling on nuts, nut husks, it was an ugly mess. I recommend not getting the strawberry topping, flavorless, bland, too warm (not refrigerated), and tasted old. Restrooms were destroyed, paper on floors, sinks, water all over counters, trash bins overflowing, toilets needed cleaning desperately. The manager was out front when we were leaving. I reported that the restroom was a mess. She said she would get someone right on it but continued to sit there talking to someone when we drove away. My last visit to that store!

This establishment customer service was horrible, the young lady with gold/ white box braids who served me and my family ice cream attitude was straight trash. After serving us ice cream she didn’t check us out but as we walked up to pay she rolled her eyes and clocked out !!! We waited to patiently to pay nobody came up to check us out. Stores loss very unprofessional. Entire store was a mess and gross from top to bottom. Aren’t the employees hands supposed to be covered with gloves when serving ice cream as well ?? Let me not forget The RESTROOMS WERE DISGUSTING!

Breakfast is served at any other Braums until 1030. At this one they apparently stop at 10. When it's pointed out the sign says 1030, the manager says everything is put up. I love the milk but I'm done with the food.

I haven't gone in months because the assistant manager was always rude. Ive grown up on braums, I've always loved it. I tried again to go today, just to get a turtle Sunday, that didn't have it which isn't a problem. As I'm thinking of what I want instead not even 30 seconds later she's yelling at me to pull around front if I don't know what I want because there were cars behind me. I took off without ordering anything. I won't be coming back.

Ordered some ice cream and paid in cash and then they refused to give me my change… just blatantly stole my money. I’m not worried about the change but like… he just decided he was keeping it?! Definitely not coming back to this dump. It smelled like poor work ethic and a crap attitude.

This place was so nasty it was unreal. I went for bubble gum ice cream cause I hadn't had it since I was a kid and wanted my kid to try it. Had to buy 3 pints of it just to get when on the phone they said a pint. You could tell when you opened it that it had half way melted then been refrozen.

I didn’t think it was possible to mess up a Limeade and a milkshake in one go, but the blonde guy at this Braum’s took that as a personal challenge—and succeeded. The Limeade tasted like regret and carbonation, and the milkshake was basically just cold milk with a sugar identity crisis. But the real kicker? He looked me dead in the eye and said they were out of cookie dough and brownie flavor. Bold lie. I watched the next customer get both like it was some secret menu item only available to people he didn’t feel like gaslighting. All I wanted was a little frozen joy. Instead, I left with trust issues and a warm milkshake.

Usually this is one of the better Braum's in town. Tonight however was horrible altogether. Went through drive through. The guy who took the order and money was fantastic! However at the second window the service was terrible! A long curly haired lady with no hairnet hands me my bag of food and doesn't say a single word. HORRIBLE customer service! The young girl that brought the drinks also said nothing but I asked her for napkins because the lids of our Cherry Limeades were covered in soda and syrup! And speaking of the "Cherry" Limeades......there was ZERO Cherry! Just all lime all the time! On top of all that the fries were just ok as was the burger. Really shocked! This usually my go-to Braum's Damn shame.

I can't give it zero stars so I give it a 1 star our fries were partially uncooked and our cheese on our burgers we not melted they gave us wayyyy to much lettuce which normally i wouldn't care but it was like fully mayo and lettuce like double the amount then burger sou felt like i was eating a head of lettuce lathers in mayo overall never going here again it suckkkkkkksssssssss

Most disappointing day going to this place. A portion of chicken sandwich was uncooked. They made me another one for me but the person that I spoke with was very unprofessional. Said to me that he was going to make me one but don't have to, even wrote my name down in his blue book. I should of gotten his name. But I do remember his face. This is the one on Troup by Roadhouse.

I haven't been here in years and will never come back. The shift manager was incredibly rude and looked like she hasn't taken a shower in weeks. Literally, she made no attempt to even pretend to be happy. Barely spoke to me over a whisper. I really didn't want to eat my food because I knew she handled it. It was so gross. The ice machine was empty and the guy that was working had to fill my cup at the drive through. He was actually a nice guy. That was about the only positive experience I had here. This used to be a nice place and has fallen so bad. I will never be back.

Is sad when they’re six individuals standing behind the ice cream counter doing nothing but talking and playing with their phones and one young African-American gentleman waiting on 10 people. That’s absolutely ridiculous. So I started taking photographs and they all ran out front to pretend they were doing something. Don’t know the young men’s name that waited on me, but kudos to him

It was trash and food all over the floor. NOBODY clean their hands or had on gloves. Was taken money then just turn around and making the shake or ice cream cone and touching the cones! Something from the Fry area fell on the floor, people was stepping over it, then once it was picked up she just put it back. Needless to say we got our money back and left!! The HEALTH INSPECTOR NEEDS TO DO A POP UP VISIT ASAP!!!

Filthy bathroom stalls and floors. Filthy tables and booths. The floor seem to be covered in a slippery substance. We sat at the only booth that seemed clean. After waiting 30 minutes for our two meals I went to the register and got a refund. The restaurant was not busy but there were multiple employees. We heard others who ordered after us receive their orders.

I just want to start off by saying that the food here is amazing. However, this is my very first time coming here and the girl who took my order did not know what she was doing. After I got my ice cream cone I went to the register to pay. She started to help another costumer and completely ignored that I was standing at the register and rung up the other person instead. Finally I got up to the counter to pay for my food and she looked confused on why I was there. I finally got to pay for my food and at this point I’m just irritated. Honestly, she did not have good customer service and shouldn’t be working the front counter if she can’t handle more than one person. ( The attitude was not needed )

"can I get whipped cream on my large shake" charged 6$ for a large cup with 1/3 shake 1/3 whip cream 1/3 air. Manager was rude and kind of crazy they made the shake like that in the first place. This place sucks so bad its always something.

First of all we walked in the restaurant and we stand there waiting to get our order. The workers didn't even pay attention to us. One girl finally came and took our order she just took order and walked off. Grabbing food from the fryers and eating and doing something on her phone. Also she had ear bud in her ear. Not sure who the manager is but they need to be watching their employees a lot better. Also the bathroom was saturated with water all the way to the hallway. Trying to figure out how to post pictures. Will not be returning here at all.

Ridiculous. The fries I got were so stale it was like they had been left out over night and reheated. Not only that the miserable woman at the drive thru window had me ready to jump through. Not only did she not tell me how much my order was, she snatched my card after once again not telling me how much it was so I had to check the receipt, then she hands me everything with no straws or spoons for the ice cream so I ask for a spoon and straw, she gives me a straw, I asked for a spoon once again (she must be slow) and she gave me a spoon, then hands me my food and doesn't say a word the whole time. So I decide to be the bigger person and say thank you have a good day and she closes the window in my face lol praying for you girl because you need some help. Burger was good though 😃

We ordered just a simple double scoop of chocolate ice cream in the drive thru. The ice cream had pieces of strawberries in it even though we didn’t ask for it. We went inside to ask them to remake and the cashier got an attitude with us and said “That’s just what happens. The strawberry falls in the ice cream.” We told her we didn’t want that in there. She took the original ice cream and threw it hard into the trash and glared at us while getting fresh scoops.

The poor people on January 15 at 230 were never trained and have absolutely no customer service. Just standing around with attitudes and ignoring people with sass when asked for help. I think they should get new jobs or something if they hate it.

I just moved to Tyler so I am not too familiar with Braum's. We entered and got in line. When we got to the register the cashier said she was the burger only register and we would have to get in the ice cream line (we were the only customers in the burger line at that point). What? Okay a large "3 family group" had just walked in and up to the ice cream counter while we were waiting so we had to get behind them. Then another family came in and the burger cashier came over and could all of sudden help them with ice cream??? Maybe she can serve ice cream at 8:01pm and not 7:59pm. My poor hubby is meanwhile sitting in the car waiting. No clue the rules of how to get waited on and too much trouble.

Went there for dinner and dessert. Fried chicken sandwich was inedible - dry and could barely bite it - my sons was PURPLE . The ice cream - they had no vanilla - no chocolate sprinkles- and the hot fudge was seized up . Absolutely terrible - the were 11 of us and none of us will be back BUT the employees were very nice and respectful

My pregnant girlfriend found a long dark hair in her burger, right in the patty and ketchup. After a long day of work, we just wanted something quick so we didn’t have to cook, but this made her even more sick. Really disappointing because we’ve always liked this spot, but I don’t think we’ll be back.

I’m so sick of KIDS that don’t wanna work running this place ! There is always an issue with my order not being made right or not having the right ingredients on whatever sundae I order . Then they get an attitude whenever you ask for a bag to put the ice cream in . My husband had an issue this evening and when he called to complain to the “manager “ even the manager “Taylor” was trying to scold him for not ordering it right . He ordered a banana split add pecans . The banana split comes with almonds so if he said add pecans that’s easy enough to understand just add pecans to how it’s already made , right!? Well they did not put the almonds and Taylor tells my husband he should have been more specific . Why????? My husband never said to take off anything . Also the employees were being rude and had attitudes When he asked for a bag and when he told them that the cone they tried to hand him was actually supposed to be in a cup the girl rolled her eyes and blew her breath out . When my husband called TAYLOR the so called manager , TAYLOR wasn’t trying to make anything right and wasn’t apologetic. Although I love the ice cream there, we had already stopped eating there for years due to the same thing nothing but kids run that place And you can tell none of them wanna be there. I’m sick of it I need to speak to a general manger about this location!!!!

Is there a shortage of condiments?..I had to add some at the house..and the burger was burnt to a crisp!! Fries were dry..what is going on here

Wow. This place is disgusting, and the food was awful. Highchairs looked to have mold on them or something.🤢 The chicken club sandwich was not even edible and the chicken patty was discolored. The manger was rude and matter-of-factly when I received a grilled chicken sandwich and ordered a spicy fried chicken sandwich, which was disgusting as well. Yuck! Won't be back.

It is dirty through the whole place I got pics got shakes all liquid pretty much, restrooms nasty, food all over the floors, most employees with long hair isn’t in a hair net or put up all the way so it doesn’t get into the food I don’t recommend this place at all.

I really don’t like to complain, but I’ve had enough!! For the last (at least) 3 times I’ve been here I have had my orders wrong!!
