Haven’t been to an IHOP in many years but gotta say this one impressed me. Ordered the spinach & mushroom omelet with hash browns. Everything tasted excellent & they remembered to take the cheese off which is a big thing for me. Plus I got 2 to go crepes & those looked good as well. Don’t have any pics but service also good. Me & my GF came to eat after church & both of us were very satisfied with our brunch. A lil pricey but that’s every restaurant nowadays.

My husband and I share a birthday and our 4 kids love IHOP so we come out for dinner all 6 of us for now our third annual birthday dinner here and for 3 years we have had 3 different cooks, and 3 different servers and all have been incredible every time. Food was amazing service was great we will be back next month for a different birthday!!!! Thanks Jessica D. And thank you to the cook!!!!

Stopped at ihop for dinner and our server Jess was amazing! Very friendly and attentive. Made us feel very welcomed! The food was also delicious and cooked perfectly! We will definitely be coming here to eat again.

Went to ihop today, and the general manager was on her way out the door. I have a family of 6 of us. & the manager Melissa, came back in sat us at a table, took our drink order and our food order. This is by far the best manager in the service! Also we got switch to a new waitress, her name is Jess and she I FANTASTIC, very on point with being right there for the customers she’s taking care of! Will definitely be coming back! ❤️

The server Jess is the best she was so nice helped us for whatever we need or wanted if you come here ask for her she’s awesome!!! And the cook here is seriously the bomb he made my stuff so good and cooked in all the right ways.

Our waitress (Jess) was absolutely wonderful! She was super friendly and helpful, an suggested good stuff when asked.

Went to IHOP with my boyfriend for the first time since I love breakfast and I've been wanting to go. Got scared to go at first because of the reviews but took a chance anyways and wasn't disappointed! I got the NY cheesecake pancakes and i asked for chocolate chips and they are definitely my new favorite breakfast item ever! The eggs tasted amazing! Everything was hot and tasted good! The only thing was the hash browns were hard but just get the home frys instead. Definitely will be returning!

The employees are very pleasant even though the high volume of orders and customer’s demands. The food is good and fresh the reason people return regardless of the usual wait time. On my last visit all customers were quietly commenting about the screaming of the manager/supervisor. I don’t believe her screaming makes the atmosphere any pleasant for her employees or customers. I have being on customer service related jobs for over 20 yrs and I can tell you there are ways to communicate with your employees, make pre work meetings to review the daily expectations and how to improve their productivity. The screaming will be best if it is to complement their job or congratulate for their commitment not the case.

The prices have definitely gone up I'll say that, on the higher end of the chain diner spectrum for sure. The portions are pretty plentiful though I'll say that. Food is usually pretty good too. Compared to denny's I find their breakfast, especially eggs, have more of a home cooked and less of a manufactured feel. Can't really attest to anything beyond breakfast though.

Not sure why the chain wanted to rebrand as IHOB but this one is still IHOP! Next time I'll try a burger, I promise! Staff never once made a mistake with our order or failed to ask us if we wanted more coffee, etc. This IHOP always has had great service but today was phenomenal. The server helped me with keeping my crutches out of the way and booth selection. We never felt rushed or in the way like I have other places this summer while I am injured. There was a staff member cleaning up the bathroom as well while I was there who was also attentive and amiable, and did not rush me to get out of her way, etc. The food we were served was even better than expected even though we tried new item menus as well as old favorites, which tells me kitchen staff were ON THEIR GAME! Love the cinnamon roll pancakes, chicken bacon cheddar waffles, 2 egg breakfast and bacon temptations omelet, because of course I was allowed to share dishes with my companion! Definitely a bright end to a long day!

Was quick to get in. Staff was very friendly. The manager was very gracious. Loved her. It was our first time going to an IHOP. We were not amazed with the pancakes. But the other food was pretty good. And the selection was out of this world. I think our waitress was a little new. She was sweet but forgot a lot of things. But they were also very busy.

The food was great and there wasnt a wait for seats. Our waitress was amusing and very kind. I cant complain because it was IHOP 1st day and everyone was new but,we waited for our food for a hour.

Our server was very nice & attentive but i ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. Let me tell you they were very good but for $13.00 bucks they don’t come with toast or eggs that’s an up charge which is kinda ridiculous. Overall experience was good just definitely overpriced for breakfast food. I don’t think my husband & l will be back again, I just wanted those pancakes but definitely can just make them at home for cheaper for now on. 🥞

MELLY (Melissa) is awesome and made the entire experience for us. Friendly, quick and very welcoming! My food was delicious! (I asked for cheese in my hashbrowns which made them kinda gross but the steak omlette was amazing. Also cold brew coffee was delicious.

We ordered the breakfast, the hash browns were like toothpicks, wasn’t the usual size,the waitress checked kitchen said they.all were liked that on griddle,bacon strips were just as bad if you picked it up it broke in pieces,and with the hash browns I couldn’t eat. The eggs were perfect! The pancakes were very thin! When we left, there were3 cooks in kitchen! This food is unacceptable,they did give 10% off only hash browns were.this ihop is in Utica,NY. Only 1 customer inside,2 more showed up as we left.

My waitress was super sweet. I went on my birthday and got the Minion pancakes because they were so cute. They were pretty good and so was the rest of the food. My only complaint was the coffee. It tasted like sludge and there was absolutely no doctoring to make it any better. $3+ for the coffee and I couldn't even finish one cup.

The restaurant was poorly maintained. While the service was excellent and the food was decent, the condition of the establishment left much to be desired. The chairs had noticeable holes, and the bathroom was exceptionally unclean.

Overall I wasn't horrible but I can say it was not awesome or good for that matter my eggs benedict was complete mush and yucky I sent it back and I never do that it literally turned my stomach to the point where I couldn't eat anymore for the rest of the day. My kid and her friend liked it, they ate almost all of their food🥳. The drinks were outrageously price. We ordered hot cocoa and it cost $18 for three of them, no whip topping no extra anything, um really!!! Dirt service was great the waitress was amazing she was quick and down-to-earth and she was accommodating as well

The food I ordered was burnt and dry, but it depends what you get i think. They do have good things on their menu but I guess that’s what happens when I try new food. The biscuit and gravy chicken breakfast sandwich was very disappointing. The restaurant itself needs some updates, we sat on taped up ripped seats. Looks like they need to maybe revamp and renovate a bit. Service was good though. Server came many times to make sure all is good.

Poor stars on managements part. How ridiculous to leave the Sunday morning rush to one waitress. Seriously do better or youre going to keep loosing business and staff.

Food is always good but the service and waiting time is horrible. We sat for 75 mins just to take the drink order and 45mins to get our food. The server was overwhelmed with orders. On Christmas Day only two in the kitchen and one lady taking care of people. Poor time management and customer service. Management should do some service improvement.

So when we first got there the waitress we had did not speak to us and threw our menus on the table with our utensils. I asked for another waiter. The supervisor was very nice and our new waiter was as well. However there was no communication about the wait time. We waited a little over and hour to get served. And then when the food came, they were out of bananas, and the egg whites tasted like the oil and burnt, and the fried food looked like they were frozen. So yeah the supervisor was very apologetic and even offered me a free entrée next time on her, however this is the second time I have had terrible service at IHOP. I do not think we will be going back.

Service was great, food was bland not much flavor. I had the omelet and pancakes. No taste to the eggs, too much egg not enough filler. Pancakes were saving grace that was the 3 rating. This was my first time going to an IHOP and I decided to go with my young kids (3yrs and 10 months), husband, and mother who happened to be visiting. We were happy with the food which is one of the reasons I'm not giving 1 stars. We arrived before 9am. It took a couple minutes for someone to notice us to get seated even though there were only a couple tables taken by customers. Waiter started off great. He was kind and I was impressed that he took everyone's order without needing to write everything down. This took about 15 minutes but I wasn't too worried since it gave us time to look over the menu. After this though, it took about 45 minutes to get the food. I asked about when it was coming out since I believed it had been about an hour. Waiter comes over grumbling with some attitude how it hadn't been an hour and finally gives us our food. My mother complained and asked for a discount. Who I assume to be a manager comes over and says while it wasn't an hour, it was about 45 minutes which isn't too bad but still unacceptable so she said she would take something off the bill. After food and tipping, it was around $80. This was with the whole $7 they took off... I found this a bit insulting since it seemed like they didn't care too much about having to make people wait in an almost empty restaurant. I will give IHOP another chance but not this location. While I understand there are off days, I feel they could have acted more respectful when concerned were brought up about the wait.

No "hi" or "hello" when we walked in. The server first brought me old coffee, poured it sloppily so my cup and the table had coffee on them, and just walked away. I had to go and ask for fresh coffee, flavored cream, and regular sugar. The food wait was super long, and when it came, it was missing the Hollandaise sauce, the toast was drenched in butter (even though I asked for it literally, with no butter), and we weren't brought an actual knife to cut our food...so I had to ask for that. The food was just OK, but the service was bad. Not sure if I'll visit this location again. I could also hear the cooks and the server arguing about people's foods being cooked wrong. So unprofessional.

Tatyanna had a bad attitude and she made a big deal for getting us things like straws and silverware. Some of our orders were incorrect and the food took a long time to come therefore it was cold. As we were getting ready to leave we asked for our bill and when we were finished she just sat at a booth and talked to a coworker while we waited for about 10 - 15 minutes.

We waited 1.5hr to be seated, once seated we waited 30min for our drinks an hour for food. Multiple parties that had arrived 30min after us, were sat and served way before we were even acknowledge. Parties that were smaller, but after seating multiple they exceeded our party size x3. I hadn’t been to ihop in years and will definitely not be coming back ever now. They need to allow reservation/call ahead or hire a staff capable of handling a larger party (we were a party of 11)…

I recently took my 3 grandkids there, ages 9, 7 and 4. I always order them the happy face pancake. It’s listed on the kids menu as a combo and comes with scrambled eggs, bacon and a sausage link. The kids do not like anything but the pancakes and in the past, they would let me order just the pancakes for them. Well this time I was told the manager won’t allow it anymore and you have to get the combo. Ok that’s a waste but I had no choice so I ordered it. I got French toast. They also had chocolate milk to drink which was maybe 8 ounces for $4.59 each. The total bill after tip was $72!! Service was slow and there was only one other table in there with 2 people. I will never go to an ihop again. They keep that up, they’ll be out of business in no time. Horrible experience.

The host was amazing only positive. Our waitress took forever then blamed the host. Then we heard the manager correcting employees on the floor. Our eggs were cold, my pancakes had almost none of the special flavor on it. We will not be back. Which is sad cause we used to like going here.

Okay, I went there with the baby boy to have breakfast. and obviously, I ordered one food because I was not sure if my son is gonna show any interest in the food or not. I shared it with him. I did not order the coffee but the waitress kept going to ask me if I want coffee. I ordered a breakfast sampler and it usually comes with pancakes, but mine came without pancakes I waited a few minutes maybe she will bring my pancake but she did not. I mentioned to her that I ordered the food which comes with pancakes, she rolled her eyes and said oh yes sorry sorry, and she just brought my pancake and put the edge of the table, and left. She has to be gentle and serve the food with gentleness. I finished my food with my baby boy and decide to have the menu again to order more food and when I ask for the menu she told me "you want more food?" I said yes please go and get the menu for me, thank you. I ordered strawberries & creme crepes with a fruit bowl (fruit bowl for my baby) and she took my order and brought the just crepe and I assume again that she will bring my fruit bowl now but she forgot again, and I asked if she brought it and throw that to the table which is not nice again! Anyway, with this bad experience, I am not planning to go there again! And the waitress's name was Yolanda. The fruit bowl was really bad, the pineapple was so hard, and the grapes were in bad shape.

The manager of the store is a RACIST, we were a witness to the discrimination she inflicted on a family sitting in a near table, because they were wearing religious veils and the family had simply asked for no bacon on their meals, she rebutted with disrespect and a very rude tone while at the same time in another table treated a white family with respect when they had asked to change their meal 3 times because it wasn't cooked to their liking. The difference in customer service simply due to their race had me astonished. Everything is on the camera, unacceptable behavior from the staff and manger. DO NOT GO HERE, or change your management. Completely lost my appetite while eating due to this disgusting and horrendous behavior.

The food is consistently sub par here. With so many other places Serving similar types of food do yourself a favor , avoid the New Hartford location. Check out the photo of the Hash Browns they served me. Burnt to a crisp.

After 30 min waiting to be seated with an almost empty restaurant someone came took my name wrote it down with a crayon in a paper and walk out jumped in a jeep and left😒she said someone SHOULD be here in 10 15 mins … just to be seated!!!! Manager should be fired

Just sat down to eat brunch sat there for over an hour. Did not get served. Did not get drink orders. Nothing happened left very angry and hungry. I give this place an overall rating of 0.01 stars.

So we decided to stop here for Father’s Day breakfast. Big mistake. Food was Luke warm.silverware was disgusting with stains and old food on it. Tons of dead spiders,flys and other bugs on the window sills not something you wanna be looking at while trying too eat. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. This place needs too be shutdown.

I am embarrassed to say I ate here. Not like it used to be. Coffee tasted like it was days old. They used to have great coffee. Our omelettes for $18.50 were lukewarm if that and have shrunk in size. Hash browns were so old I thought I would break a tooth. Almost $60 with tip for 2 omelettes, side of bacon, side of hash browns and 1 coffee. Never again

We were visiting from Toronto and so excited to eat at IHOP as we don’t have one local. From the moment I walked in the hostess was rude. We were a party of 4 + a baby but she acted like we were 14. “There is a wait of 10 minutes what do you want to do”? Even the manager was rude - shouting from the back- “they have to wait”! When we were finally seated the same woman was our waitress. She seemed annoyed servicing us. Our food took ages and wasn’t even hot when we received it. We had to ask her for every little thing - cutlery, napkins, more coffee. She never brought out the kids drink. We spent $100 on an awful experience and food! Not to mention she was miserable and I’ll never go back to this location! Do better IHOP!

Absolutely disgusting. The lobby, the food the bathrooms nothings clean. Gave us dirty silverware and when requested a new pair they were even dirtier. I asked for protein pancakes and egg whites and got oil filled eggs and regular pancakes. The ketchup at the tables were all empty aswell.

I went for the 7 dollar Happy Hour at 3 pm as everyone in my party wanted breakfast food. I have always had great food and service at this location. I especially enjoy their pancakes 🥞. This visit was absolutely horrible. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time and there was only 3 of us. I asked our server if the coffee was fresh and I was told I don't know I just got here and by the way the coffee was not fresh it was awful. I have to say my pancakes 🥞 were thin, cold 🥶 as ice and the edges were crunchy, my omlette was awful as it was not hot and was not fluffy as in the picture it was more flat and small. My wife's hasbrowns were burnt and covered in grease and my cousin's eggs were so runny you could have slid right across them. It took forever to get our food and we were the only ones in the restaurant. I think they served us microwave pancakes 🥞 too. I have been eating here for years but never again as they should just close this place.

First time dining with IHOP , took the kids out ordered the pancakes and buttermilk chicken along with the French toast and a couple other menu items . They were out of French toast so server came back to tell us and we changed the order no big deal but when our food arrived We received completely raw eggs and the strawberries on my daughters pancakes had mold spots all over them . After 13 years I’ve spent in the food service industry this is totally unacceptable. Nothing was rectified with our meal and no follow up to the food we didn’t eat they just dropped the bill , We will not be back .

I really don’t have a problem with IHOP however this location has gone so far down hill I have no idea how they are open. 90 percent of the time it’s a ghost town and it’s easy to see why. Went to try and eat and stood at the hostess stand for 30 minutes waiting to be seated. Both waitress and waiter just staring at me and would only come over to cash people out. Within the 30 minutes I was at the stand one table was sat and it was a table that walked in 12 minutes or more after me. The waitress just completely ignored me and the other 2 groups of people that have been waiting. About 26 minutes in the waitress comes over only to cash a table out and just says what do you guys need? I said “ I’m waiting to be seated so I can eat.” And she just say ohhh and just walks off. Is there no front end management in this restaurant? Where is the host? And who the hell is running this circus? Didn’t even get a chance to eat once it hit past 30 minutes of waiting and only 5 tables occupied I decided to go to one of the better breakfast spots in the area and low and behold I was seated in 30 seconds and ate in less time than I stood at the hostess stand at ihop. This location should be boarded up!

Woman who claimed to be the GM made multiple customers wait for 40 minutes acted sarcastic and belittled customers. When I tired to get a pic of my DoorDash order she then berated me thinking I was trying to take a pic of her. She also got in my face saying take a pic of me I run this place In the GM. I have never been to this location and I will never come back to this IHOP. I waited to be seated, a waiter comes around the corner to seat me. He gives me plastic silverware. I asked him if he had real silverware. He says, "the dishwasher is not good and I don't want anyone to see it so I would rather give plastic. It's clean." I left. What about the pans, cups and plates? The waiter had a name tag with no name.

Sat for 25 minutes and no one came over to talk to us, take a drink order, or acknowledge we sat there. The people behind us got waited on and drinks brought and the waitress still didn't say anything. We ended up leaving. I understand it was busy but 5 tables left and it was dead when we were still waiting other than the 3 groups that came in the same time we did and they were all eating. We go there usually at least once a month when we go to New Hartford and have waited before but usually a waitress acknowledged we are waiting. Very unprofessional and rude. Luckily I had no voice and couldn't speak or the manager would have had an earful. I won't be returning and will keep my business to local places that care about customer service.

Don't expect great food here. They have what looked like young teenagers cooking that haven't been trained properly. Everything was extremely greasy and my over easy eggs were broken. The server was terrific though. One of the best servers we've had in a while.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stood at the hostess stand for a bit got seated and then sat there for about 25-30 mins. Everyone around us was getting food and drinks. A table came in 10 mins after us and got their order taken. The server never acknowledged us. The manager (i assume was the manager yelling for orange juice) instead of taking charge of the restaurant didn't do anything to help. Just yelled about a missing ticket. Tip to the owner management needs to go, so much potential being wasted by poorly experienced management. This is unacceptable, this is what you expect from a poorly ran McDonalds not from IHOP. Update no owners have reached out very poor DO NOT STOP HERE

I went in to pick up a DoorDash delivery for a customer. The order was one fountain Pepsi. Upon my arrival, I told the store the order and who it was for. They told me the order was “already picked up” (they gave it to the wrong person.) When I told them that I was assigned the order and the customer is waiting on it, they tried to make me call the customer and tell them that the order was already picked up (so they’d never receive it.) This seems entirely ridiculous over a Pepsi as now I was not making money for my job, and the customer was not receiving the order that they paid for. I asked “can you just remake the order? It’s just a Pepsi.” And she said “No. It costs my store money.” If the cost of a fountain Pepsi is worth not giving your customers the order that they paid for, then this is not a business that should be running. I’ve done over 4,000 deliveries and never been treated this way by staff anywhere in my life. Very disappointing experience when it could’ve easily been resolved in 10 seconds.

Got our order taken after the people who sat down after us had already gotten their food. Server hardly checked in and was just on the phone the entire time. Saw everyone's food on the counter not being given to them for like 5+ minutes. Abysmal.

Got charged $10 for 3 blueberry pancakes that were smaller than my fist that only had 3 berries each. My own pancakes had half of one missing like it was stuck to the stove and ripped half of it off. Definitely not worth what they charge there. Spend your money somewhere worthwhile.

Horrible beef steak Omelette I have ever gotten in my life at IHOP. It my second time at this location but this is horrible food I must say. As soon as I open the plate I felt this doesn’t look right. It doesn’t taste like the one I had before at this location. It tastes stale. I am so so hungry this afternoon and this happened to me at the cost of $21. I got home and I was mad at myself for doing to go. I literally divided the omelette into 2 and all I see is hash browns everywhere. It is called big steak omelette not hash brown omelette. I have never left a review on Google before but today I am so pissed just because the agent hang up on me while explaining this horrible food. 1/24/2025 at 3:10pm.

I havent been to the ihop in new hartford in years. Its always dead and now I know why. We waited 8 minutes to be seated in an empty restuarant. Waitress smelled like weed. Messed up 2 orders and then comped us 1 of them but when I got the bill she comped us my sons cheap kids meal but added a $15 meal we didnt order and acted surprised when i asked about it. When they took my son's plate back to make him the right thing they just scrapped off the old pancake and replaced just that so when it came back his eggs were cold and had strawberry syrup from the wrong pancakes all over them. The crepes were tiny. The omlettes used to be big and fluffy. This one was flat and tasteless. One of the worst omlettes ive ever had. Will never be back.

We went for breakfast last Sunday 11/2 and had the worse experience ive ever had in a restaurant. Not only did we wait over an hour and a half for our food we had to listen to the cooks and waitresses arguing. When the food came out my girlfriends omelet was completely wrong and my eggs weren't even cooked. Apparently the cooking staff was new and inexperienced, I did feel bad for the waitress and I did leave her a good tip. The manager knocked off a few dollars for the issues but after we left my girlfriend noticed they charged us incorrectly roughly $8 or $9 more then they should have but by that time it wasn't worth the hassle of going back in the restaurant. We will definitely not be back anytime soon.

Terrible experience, the location is filthy and under staffed. The Hostess was also the waitress on a busy day. She also had her under age daughter helping her out because she was by herself. Waited over an hour and nobody checked in on us and never got our food. We were only served our drinks, therefore basically got up and left at this point.

Do not order doordash from this restaurant. The staff will not acknowledge doordashers or help them. Besides, the one woman who did, and she is fantastic. The chefs sit around and talk until another guy came in and finally started making food. They only prioritize in dining customers. If you're smart, you will find a nice mom and pop cafe in the area to dine at

I went to IHOP and the entire experience was unacceptable. My wife ordered an omelet that came out cold and the cheese was not even melted. The server said she would tell the manager, but I do not know if she ever did. When I finally got the manager to cash me out, she didn’t say a word about the food. I had already waited fifteen minutes just to get the check and another ten minutes to finally pay. The workers all looked miserable, and the manager was yelling at them loud enough for customers to hear. Other guests were waiting an hour for their food, and when one customer complained, the person in charge made a face at them after they left to go back to their table. Several tables walked out because no one ever went to them to serve them. To make things worse, someone in our party ended up with food poisoning afterward, and one of the eggs we were served was raw. That’s a serious food safety issue on top of everything else. There is no leadership or professionalism at this location, and now there are health concerns too. For spending so much for this too is insane.

I love IHOP. We enjoyed our food. Once we were the only two in the restaurant, the cook and waitress got busy doing dishes and other things. This was fine. When all of a sudden there was a big crash from the dishwasher room and loud scream. The waitress yelled at the cook to stop. There were still customers. He came out and apologized. So we ended up hearing about how the manager has been calling out the dish washer for the past 6 months. There is supposed to be someone else there in the office, but they never show up. The music in the place is very loud and disgusting. It seems the daytime manager comes in for a little while. Before she leaves, she turns the music up to a volume it is hard to talk over. The music is nasty, foul language, and I have left throwing up because of the words of the music. I did not pay for that meal.

The worst experience ever. These people don't give a damn. Dirty restaurant food was disgusting. I got diarrhea because of it. Manager on a Friday morning absent. Got one waitress on the floor and one horrible cook. The place was not even remotely busy. I want my money back. Called corporate they offered me free pancakes,... keep em.

I said hello when I got in, the host said “I’ll be right back,” but had me waiting 10 minutes to be seated. They saw me but they were focusing take out orders only. There were few ppl at the restaurant and noticed how rude one waitress was being to a customer. I had not been in here in years and I don’t see it happening again. Denny’s here I come(at least the staff is friendly)!
