We ate at Emerald four times during our two-night stay—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every visit, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The food was exceptional each time, and the prices were fair. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Turning Stone Resort Casino.

John, exceeded our expectations! His assisted information on meal choices and availability to help in selection was outstanding. Meals we're correct and delivery was hot and ample portions. His followup checks were appreciated and not overwhelming. His conversation , was welcomed . Lastly. If we come back we hope he will be on-shift and can wait on us again. We're glad we bypassed the highly overrated buffet. John made it most enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable vs. Cafeteria atmosphere. Thank you John. The 2 hour drive for dinner was worth it.

We had a waitress Name Tara 2 days in a row. She was wonderful. I wish more restaurants would have someone like her. Keep up the Great Job Tara...The food was excellent and worth the price.

We have been to Emeralds several times and our last visit was our very favorite. Why, you ask? Truffle fries. OMG. Last time I had these was in Atlantic City and I’m here to tell you, the Emeralds version hit every mark! Thin and crispy, fresh, perfect amount of grated parm, and the truffle oil was sooooo savory and delicious. I don’t know what kind of secret voodoo sauce came on the side but for a dish that didn’t need anything added, it paired beautifully. So one bite with, one bite without, and so on. Please please please keep these on the menu. Add them to turning stone rewards as their own voucher, lmao. I’ll take the all-you-can-eat truffle fries coupon! Delicious.

When we go to turning stone we always rather meals at Emerald. The service is great. The food is great. No need to waste our time looking elsewhere when Emerald had it all. Thank you everyone see you next time.

Had two meals, breakfast and late lunch here in the same day. Tammy is the best waitress….efficient and personable. The coffee was hot and good. Pitcher put on the table. Breakfast was a vegetable omelette for one of us with cheddar added. The omelette was fluffy and loaded with veggies. Home fries were subbed for cottage cheese. It was great. Companion had the lox and bagel that also had for lunch. Decent everything bagel, good portion of Nova lox, strips of English cucumber, tomato slices that looked to be heirloom, and pickled onions. Served on a cutting board rather than a plate. Really really good. For lunch companion had a Cobb salad prepared as requested, a good size and fresh. Last person had bacon eggs and toast. Needed to be remade as the eggs were undercooked and the bacon overcooked! Replaced quickly and satisfactory. Manager came over to discuss and apologize. A footnote-they are using robots to deliver food to the table and to remove bus boxes full of dishes. They get mixed reviews from the staff but bring a smile. It’s good to have such a good place open all of the time!

Carrie was our server for the last 2 days and she is absolutely sweet and attentive! I thought you should know she went above and beyond for me both days. I asked for birthday cake for my sister and she came out singing which I had no clue but was soooo thoughtful.. it's the little details that can brighten up someone's day and she definitely achieved that! I will come here to eat as long as she is working! Our food was delicious as well.. Never ever a bad meal! Ask for Carrie to wait on you, she's amazing 👏 God Bless

Had dinner and it was all excellent. Our waitress was great, can't remember her name. The salad was fresh and crisp. Did not have to cut it before eating as it was already cut to bite size. Chicken and Waffles were exceptional. My husband talked about them throughout our 2 hr. drive home and into the night. Definitely recommend this dish. We know what we are ordering on our next visit.

Listen,the wait time is long for a reason. From the hot chocolate to the salad, everything tastes fresh and delicious. I'm considered a carnivore in my family but I devoured that salad so fast, it wasn't even mine (sorry mom). Every time I've visited,the staff has been friendly and sweet. My first time here wasn't that great,but a few months later and they've improved so much, It's clear that whatever inconsistencies they have had before was corrected. I've been back 3 more times since and the food has been delicious and consistent. I look forward to the next visit!

Food was very good. The service was excellent. The Buffalo salad was huge with a lot of chicken. I've never had this much chicken in any other restaurant I've ordered from. It is a true medium spice. Also got French onion soup which had just the right amount of cheese. Again staff was great. Been coming here for years.

Pot roast dinner with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables (the tomatoes were incredible bursts of sweetness) is a fantastic blend of flavor and the savory meat is cooked tender. I recommend it for anyone who enjoys a good roast. Also tried the Bavarian pretzel charcuterie appetizer, with meats, cheeses, chilis, olives, honey mustard... YUMMMMM-O!!! Meal sizes were great, portions were great, left without being hungry. Service by Jonathan was amazing. There was even a robot speaker station that came out to help sing happy birthday to someone (not me). Beautiful decor and lighting as well. Love the emerald tiles too.

Delicious and service was impeccable. Definitely got seated right away, the extensive menu was very impressive. For all of your casino dining needs this is a sure shot! It's not luxury but just right. Lil expensive for 4 pieces of bacon. Geeesh!

We have eaten here many times. Great food and service. Food is always hot and fresh. I had the Breakfast burrito which was large and filling was good. But next time I would order no chili on top Next day had my favorite Emerald Club, with the world's best fries!!

This gem has delightful and delicious choices for all diets! We ordered breakfast for lunch and were served a generous portion of comfort food. The waitress, Jessica, was very attentive and knowledgeable about gluten friendly options. She made sure the potatoes were cooked separately, which was wonderful. As a casual restaurant at Turning Stone it focuses on soup, sandwiches, breakfast and comfort food. Is it as good as the Upstate Tavern - no but it’s not suppose to be. It’s a 24 hour restaurant with pretty good food and reasonable prices.

Host greeted us right away, older woman, she was friendly. Food was good. We arrived later 10pm and had breakfast food. French toast were great, large, fluffy and tasty. Eggs Benedict was made nicely. Open 24 hours.

I enjoy coming here. Service is always good. But I rated it 3 stars because it says open 24/7. My flight came in late. Was gonna stop and eat. Completely closed. I wanted hot food. Ate at the gas station.

Went here on a Wednesday because the buffet was closed. Food was ok, but none of us finished our meals and it wasn't because the portions were huge. Food was just okay. Service seemed spread thin. Hostess had to come over and offer us refills because she noticed our glasses were empty. A runner brought the food. Waitress didn't really check in with us after taking our order until she brought the check. Food took over half an hour to come out. We wouldn't go back again. It just wasn't worth the money, time, or calories.
