What can I say? An impeccable experience. The atmosphere is delightful, the service is courteous, cheerful, professional, and quite prompt. Pet-friendly, the restaurant boasts an equally elegant and stylish outdoor seating area. Refined dishes nourish and satisfy, from the eye and from appetizer to dessert, without missing a beat. Reinterpretations of traditional specialties satisfy and amaze without overwhelming or perplexing. The ingredients are of proven excellence, along with an eclectic and high-quality wine list. The prices are consistent with the quality and quantity offered, but given the final result, they were absolutely balanced (we were 2 + 1 child; we ordered 2 appetizers, 1 first course, 2 second courses, 3 desserts, and 1 glass of wine). Try it and come back... come back... come back...

Modern and refined cuisine in the heart of Cuneo's ghetto. Discovered through a colleague, I had a divine lunch at this restaurant. The flavors are intense and bold, and the pairings are sometimes striking. I loved the creativity expressed through the menu and the desire to explore even non-traditional dishes. Tradition isn't neglected, however, but is evident in the ingredients and in some dishes that always have a modern twist. The wine cellar is very interesting. The price is quite above average, which I think is justified, but you should know that.

We stumbled upon it by chance, and it was a pleasant surprise. The young lady who welcomed us sat us outside, explained the specialties, and helped us choose. Despite the restaurant being fully booked, the appetizers arrived within about ten minutes, and the first courses arrived fairly quickly as well. Given the very hot day, we skipped the main courses and moved on to desserts. I rarely give 5 stars on the first visit, but this time I'll make an exception. The quality of the food, the skill in combining flavors, the excellent service, and the empathy with the staff made me decide to "reward" them right away. The prices? Adequate for the quality of the ingredients used and the concept of the restaurant. Obviously, there will be people who find it expensive, but after having been to places where they sell junk food at starred restaurant prices, honestly, Q.B. Bistro is more than fair. We'll be back soon with our friends. *****Highly recommended*****

We had lunch at this restaurant a few days ago. A very intimate and beautiful place. The octopus tentacle was delicious with a very unique sauce, and the veal tartare was exquisite. The chicken broth ravioli were delicious, and the pomfret fish was very delicate. To finish, the Mont Blanc, good but a little bitter. We will definitely be back, congratulations.

Truly special food, the fish especially was so delicious. If you are dining in the summer, you must sit outside though. It gets incredibly hot inside! I loved how inventive the dishes are, a lot of thought and passion put into them.

Un piccolo locale dall’aspetto moderno con cucina a vista. Menù ricercato, con accostamenti particolari di gusti ed una presentazione eccellente dei piatti. Quantità non esagerate. Buono anche il vino. Personalmente ho apprezzato molto questo tipo di cucina perché cambia un po’ dalle solite proposte che si trovano in giro. Personale gentilissimo. Prezzo in linea con la qualità offerta. Consigliato!

Abbiamo cenato come coppia e abbiamo scelto tra due diverse proposte, ossia tra portate a base di terra e portate a base di pesce. Siamo molto soddisfatti della piacevole e soprattutto gustosa serata. Ho apprezzato l'originalità degli ingredienti e la bontà delle materie prime. Assolutamente consigliato!

Locale molto carino in una delle vie più caratteristiche di Cuneo. Ottima cucina, anche con particolarità apprezzabili e soprattutto attenzione ai cibi ed eventuali intolleranze.

Located in the historic Mondovì district, this restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere, with two dining rooms, an open kitchen, and friendly and professional staff. The menu offers three choices per course. I ordered an appetizer, delicious marinated mackerel (€15), a first course, a few good but limited stuffed plin (€16), and finished with an excellent pineapple tropical dessert (€8). Everything was very pleasant, with reasonable service times. I'll definitely return.
