Taco Bell is always great. I always get the food i ordered and the only time theyve ever been wrong about something is when I ask for no ice but that isnt even a common problem. Highly recomend for lunch or dinner.
I love Taco Bell, but this was above and beyond. I’ve never had a Chalupa that crispy!

Definitely gotten better over the years about order accuracy, customer service, and efficiency. They hardly ever make any mistakes and are very quick to rectify if they do. Food is pretty good, it's Taco Bell! But as far as taco bells go I think this is definitely one of the better or even the best one around. Recommend.
Nice and quiet, good, clean area. The cravings box was really delicious!! First time I've tried it. It's like home made. My lil girl got the cheese quesadilla 😍 really good ❤️ finally my ice tea didn't have an off taste. It's all little hard to find though. It's beside the motel. It was dusk, the lights were out, we thought they were closed tiller pulled up to drive thru... HEY ALL YOUR LIGHTS ARE OUT, Are you guys open?? Then the lights went on. That was odd🤨but funny..
Came here on a Sunday night, about 11:30PM, 30 minutes before closing. Usually, any fast food place at this time puts in about zero effort. To my absolute disbelief, this was probably the most well put together Taco Bell meal I've ever had. Everything was clearly just made and had not been sitting around for 4 hours. I was floored -- clearly, as I'm typing out a review for a Taco Bell. I will make a point to stop here on future road trips as nearly every other stop has disappointed.
This is a brand new Taco Bell that just opened a couple weeks ago. I went there to check it out and of course because it's brand new everything looks amazing nice and clean. My server was very well-mannered and actually seem to care how my service was. The service was really quick and my food was very very fresh and hot. Honestly some of the best Taco Bell I've had in years. I will definitely go back to this location as it's no longer out of my way to go to Taco Bell. Which might not be a good thing LOL

Best Taco Bell I've been to. We showed up late at night and the staff was super friendly. Put in my order, went to the bathroom, and it was done before I came back. Clean, friendly, fast. That's what you want in a Taco Bell. Definitely recommend.

We've been here several times. They always get our order correct. We've never had a bad experience here. This Taco Bell takes the time to fill your order and not skimp on the ingredients like some places do, which makes the food taste better. The staff is always nice as well.

Victor taco bell kills it except when the baja blast is out :( they're great though. Never had my order wrong at the Victor Taco Bell and I go there a lot. It's my favorite Taco Bell, staff is always friendly and nice, food is always made correctly and tasty.
I go here for lunch 1-2x a week and the employees know my usual order at this point lol, they're super friendly and quick and even greet me by name. hope corporate sees this and gives y'all a raise or something!
Less than 5 mins off the thruway and not in the mall. Those things make this a decent option for a quick bite on the road. With all the rest stops on the thruway under construction it’s not always easy to find a quick place to make a fast stop. We were greeted by an employee and our food was out very quickly. It was great to not be forced to use their app or self ordering touch screens. The food was hot, correct and packaged decently. The rest rooms were pretty clean and well stocked for a fast food place. Overall the best you can hope for from a fast food experience.
Stopped to get dinner after our kids sporting event. Food was prepared quickly and PERFECTLY. Whoever was cooking 12/8 around 8:30pm deserves a raise. Very satisfied with the amount of ingredients and how they were distributed so you got a bite of everything all at once.
This is the best Taco Bell in upstate NY. I went and got got 3 soft tacos, cinnamon twists, nachos & cheese, and a Large Baja Blast. All 3 tacos, warmed perfectly, fabulous amount of ingredients. 10/10. Cinnamon twists, fully cooked, powdered in the cinnamon sugar dust PERFECTLY. 12/10. The nachos were solid and the cheese was very warm and beautiful. 10/10. Definitely coming back again. The workers, amazing and nice. Clearly professionals at their job, they all need raises immediately. 100/10 experience here highly recommend it.
best taco bell around by far so much cleaner and less busy, the inside still has all the old decor and staff is always very nice and never messes the order up my tacos were filled to the absolute brim and everything was hot and crispy i drive to this taco bell everytime no matter how much farther because it’s always better then the rest
We love taco bell any time of day. The ingredients always taste fresh, the sandwich designers do a great job on the crunch supreme ( always grilled to perfection) soft tacos were delicious, and my husband tried the new steak and grilled cheese which was delicious. If you enjoy food that is made perfectly and quickly every time, go to Taco Bell.
My son and I made good choices , hard tacos, burrito, cheese roll and sodas. Everything was well prepared and delicious. Person behind the counter was helpful, kind and funny!

Great fast food restaurant. New look. Nice area. We would recommend it. The chicken quesadilla is good. The burritos are also good. They have a drive through. Taco Bell is a Pepsi restaurant.

A more comfortable Taco Bell to kill an hour with padded benches. Food was pretty standard and came quickly. Donut bites were tasty.

Food was good as usual, but the presentation of the drink dispenser was pathetic. It seems that there should be many, say 20+, drink choices BUT how do you know when more than half haven't labels to indicate what drinks they are attached to? If this sloppiness is allowed out in front in the customer area, I wonder what else is tolerated in the back cooking area where customers cannot see?
Food was served hot, fresh and was made to order. The restaurant's dining room was clean. New burrito was extra pricey unless it was ordered in the box combo.
Went into Taco Bell today on my lunch to get the $5 Nacho Fires Box. The lady working at the counter didn't seem too enthusiastic. After placing my order I proceeded to grab my drink. Was impressed with the amount of options they give you for a soda fountain. The wait to get my food wasn't very long at all. The dining area is very nice. The food was good as well. Overall I'd say it was a decent experience.
The service is always good at this location. Store is always very clean. As for volume of the food the $5 box deals are usually pretty good. As long as you don't mind not getting very much meat! The older Cravings box deal was much better than the current chalupa!

Really nice location! Beautiful landscaping out front and clean inside. I waited a couple of minutes for service and was ignored so I used a self-serve kiosk which was fast and easy to use. My food was made promptly and was absolutely delicious! The employee who brought it out was friendly and apologized for my wait.
Friendly service and fast orders. Sometimes they go too fast and forget that I asked for no tomatoes but give me a new one free of charge. They always ask if I want a medium drink instead of a small between 2-5pm to save me money. Overall great experience and would recommend the one in Canandaigua over the other taco bells in nearby towns.
This is one of the better taco bells in the area. I have been there many times, and they have surprised me on more than one occasion. They asked if I wanted a free taco on a tuesday. I got food there a few weeks later. My tacos were so full stuff was falling out.
Person at the counter needs to be taught how to greet and talk to a customer. Restaurant in general was dirty. Food on the floor, tables not wiped down.

Ordered the "Power Menu Bowl" which is a type of salad and told the person who took the order that I was going to dine-in. I get the "bowl" and it looks good, but now I have to eat it. So I need some utensils and start looking for some where the condiments were. But there were none to be found. So, I ask the order-taker if they have any and he says they don't...because someone by the name of Dennis from another nearby Taco Bell took all their utensils! What!! They have no utensils! How am I or anyone else supposed to eat a salad (here)? Why didn't an employee run out to a store and get some plastic ware (Walmart is about a 1/2 mile away). And who the heck is this Dennis that took away all the utensils for his store? Bizarre!
this time they had guacamole, beans, and sour cream. Last time I was told "Sorry, we're all out of those today." I'm glad to see they're focusing back on what they're good at.... quick food, as promised. Because the quality is never top notch, I expect availability, at the least. I hope their ability to be able to serve what they have on their menu sustains through to my next visit. Keep up the good work, Taco Bell.
Stopped on my way home during a long drive. Service was a bit slow. Took them a few minutes to even notice me at the counters to order. When i got the food, the quesadilla cheese wasn't even melted thoroughly. A little disappointed, but fast food is fast food.
The service was good yet much to the company's failure they have cut off popular meals like the grilled stuffed burrito in what seems to be budget cuts. Taco bell as a whole has progressively become worse over the years. It saddens me to see this because taco bell has always been my all time favorite place to eat. They have not made any real steps towards healthy meals or improving in anyway. This particular taco bell had good service but looking at the staff I did find myself concerned about hygiene and cleanliness. This is a major issue. If the people making your food look like they just crawled out of a dumpster, do you really want to eat that food?
As of late the place has gone down. Where it took so long to get my order that I placed on a mobile app that I had to come back later and tell them that I couldn't get service earlier. Seems they need help. It will be a while before I try to come back to this TB again.
Food is usually good but the service kind of sucks sometimes. I've had more bad than good experiences at this location. They've definitely got my order wrong more than once and employees seem kind of dimwitted. I don't frequent this place anymore because of it. They don't open till 9:00 so I'm not even sure if they do breakfast anymore 😥. I recommend a different location if possible but I don't discourage any one from stoping here.

This location is terrible. Rushing me through my order, half the order is wrong and the other half is broken tacos from being stuffed in a bag. It wasn’t busy but the folks made it seem like the line was wrapped around to the road. I’m pretty p.o.’ed I spent 25 dollars on fast food for half of it to be missing or ruined. 2 stars because the burrito that was right slapped.
Very very slow. Only 3 cars ahead of me and it took 20 minutes. I’m a bit surprised. Did not offer an apology for the delay.
Probably had the worst experience here the other day. I ordered ahead through the app for pick up. When I went in there were other people standing waiting. One guy told me he had been there for 30 minutes. The workers were non stop talking, and complaining about being understaffed…like us other retail workers are experiencing the same distress. To end the rant my food finally came out 20 minutes later. My pickup was 143pm, I got it at 203pm. Terrible.
Super slow, slowest "fast food I've ever gotten, I got some potato tacos and the patotos work hard to stretch my mouth and I just couldn't eat it it was really like eating pebbles. Will not be going there again, lady wasn't nice, and was very vague talking
The food here is usually good but the time it is taking to wait is ruining it.
Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and was directed to a kiosk I didn’t know was there. Place was filthy. Every table not wiped. Floor had not been swept in a very long time. Even my food tray was sticky and nasty. Was not under staffed. The awareness of cleaning was totally lacking. Apparently there needs to be some training to do that. Was very surprised to see such a nice building on the exterior so gross inside.
I walked in and ordered ONE taco a couple hours ago on my way home. That taco took between 22 and 23 minutes to make, at least 4 people working at the time. If you ever go here, I'd have to assume you'd do better in the drive thru. I'll never know because I doubt I'll stop there again.
They don't staff the restaurant. 30 minutes waiting for food on a Thursday afternoon because there's only 2 people.
We ordered 3 Burritos and all were badly wrapped. All the Tortillas were ripping apart and when we asked the manager about it, all she said that she can’t do anything because all of their Tortillas are doing this. The restaurant was out of napkins too.
How is the dining area closed in the middle of the day? Not all of us workers drive a prius and can fit our vehicles in the tight area

Horrible customer service. The doors were locked at 7:30pm and the staff wouldn't let us in to pick up our mobile order. Once we did get in the staff was loudly saying explicits about us to his co-worker and slamming his equipment around the kitchen. We felt very unsafe and unsure what to do.
Impossible to not have order messed up. Messed up orders or nearly messed up 5 of 5 times I've been here. I've been here about five times since I've recently started working nearby. Whenever I order they get the order correct on the screen, but that's where the correctness ends. Apparently asking for an ice water breaks their whole process. At the pickup window, every time they try to give me someone else's drink, a bottled water, or don't know and need to ask me why my drink was. One time the drive thru line was long, so I went inside to place a 'to go' order. Once people who ordered after me started receiving their food I realized they lost my order. I asked about it and yes, they completely lost my order. The probably gave it to someone at the drive through. The best one was on the drive through. I had three tacos and an ice water. At the pay & pickup window the guy was clueless and was trying to give me someone else's food. And then a bottle of water (I had ice water). I refused them. So he left the drive through window cash register area to go up to a cash register in store customers would order at. Then someone else comes to the window, wearing normal street clothes, not the taco bell uniform. He appears to have my order. I try to give him my credit card to pay. He refuses. Confused, I say I still haven't paid. He just shakes his head and walks away. I don't even feel they give me a free meal for the mess up. I just think the place is horribly managed. Today was the first time I've seen them use both drive through windows; normal it's been pay and pickup at the same window. Person in the first does the ordering/payment. Second window gives you the food. Probably because the guy at the 2nd window can't handle both tasks at once. The guy at the second window still can't understand ice water and was trying to give me someone else's drink. And then two drinks. He was very confused when I say I only ordered an ice water.
Recieved the wrong order but I kept it because I only waited for 45 mins an was late back from lunch thanks! The refried burritos are DISGUSTING no exaggeration. Please find a better way to market this product.

Went through the drive-thru for a quick bite. Ordered pulled up paid for my food. Had to sit there for close to 10 min cause they did not have my food done. But they were all meaning staff having a conversation and joking around.
Their XXL Steak burrito is a total rip off. Hardly any "mush" meat, certainly NOT steak, more rice than anything else (there was literally no meat).... We ordered to go. We've eaten at location before without being totally scammed. Make sure you eat at this location so that you can address any inadequacies. The XXL Steak Burrito is their most expensive menu item. My daughter's taco had more meat. Not only disappointed! I feel totally scammed/cheated❗ P.S. I am seldom critical of any of my reviews. Look at any of my 100+ reviews. I usually rate every place I go 5 stars... Kids enjoyed their meal though, although my son's taco was only half filled❗
Given the completely wrong order in drive through equaling less than half of what I paid for when no one else was in line. Called manager was told a note would be left for the next time I came in to replace my order (came with receipt) plus something else and when I showed up there was no note. Waited almost 20 minutes and no food. Will be contacting corporate this was just real not give a f attitude
I have a theory that goes for all Taco Bell restaurants, not just this location. My theory is that the drive thru employees write down menu items not placed in the take out bag, but were paid for. Maybe it is on a dry-erase board maybe on a computer screen… Regardless, at the end of the shift, the money collected, versus food handed out, is tallied up and split between the shift. There is no other explanation for picking up a drive thru order that is NEVER, EVER correct and complete. Want to try that sweet-looking Salsa Verde Chicken Burrito you saw the six commercials for during the first half of the football game? Not tonight. Ordered a combo with three items in it? Might as well call it a duo, because one of those soft tacos isn’t going to make it in the bag. At first I thought maybe that soft taco was camouflaged under the six broken tortilla chips at the bottom of the bag, but nope, that was just an order of disappointment. Because when you get home with the drive thru bag that is supposed to have nine items in it for a family “Taco Fiesta”, it will have six items in it. Yeah, I get it, it’s Taco Bell. But seriously. I can just imagine the conversation prior to the shift starting, “I’m sorry Justine, but we are going to have to pull you off the drive-thru window this evening, because some of the customers got their correct orders last night. And that.. well, that’s just unacceptable.” Shame on me for not pulling over and taking a line-item inventory prior to driving home… Shame on me.
My family and I went to this Taco Bell just before closing time. Among other things, we ordered 2 Doritos Locos tacos. Shortly after leaving, we noticed that they were not in our bag, so we circled back around to the drive-thru. We pulled up to the order station, but the menu light shut off while we were waiting. We pulled up to the window and asked if we could have the tacos that we payed for. The worker refused, saying that she could not make it because they had closed. They instead gave us taco coupons and no refund, even when we brought it to their attention that they were originally on our order and had already been paid for with proof on our receipt. Overall, very dissatisfied with the service that we received. Would not recommend this Taco Bell franchise to anyone.

Literally only went in because T-Mobile tuesday gifted me a free taco. Both employee (new) and even the store manager had difficulty processing or even instructing me how to get a free taco. Didnt even offer to just zero it out. I was going to order more items in addition. Was given no help so just said not worth it and left. Nobody cared. Never going back. Cleanest bathroom to use if you need to though. I definitely did.

With 3 people in the kitchen (obviously doing nothing) my 2 burritos and small potatoes took no less than 30 minutes. There were no cars in the drive through. I could’ve cooked it all from scratch in that much time myself. 3 people should not take 30 minutes to make a fast food meal for one person
Came here with a fairly simple order, They forgot 2 cheesy fiesta potatoes and a taco and ordered crunchwrap sliders with no tomato because a friend is allergic. Ended up with her eating them and having a reaction. Came back through to have issues fixed along with getting the rest of my items and the guy in drive through immediately cut me off and had an attitude. Not even an apology is crazy. Won’t be back. Same exact situation happened just 2 weeks ago.
Slow as hell. Takes them 35 minutes to complete an order at 11pm on a Friday night. The company should consider paying their employees more and hiring more people instead of giving massive paychecks to the ceo. No reason at all why a wait at a fast food place should be longer than 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
Never in my life have I waited so long for a Taco. Took over 30 minutes to get our food, the restaurant was near empty, and no cars were in the drive through. Will not return, I could've gotten sit down from Chili's down the road faster than these mediocre tacos.
I went there and the workers were impatient. Also, I ordered 6 regular soft tacos and two grilled cheese burritos. I drove him excited and found a thin tortilla and two chicken burritos w lettuce and spicy mayo. I got way less than I payed for. I usually like the place but I am really disappointed by this
They are quick and have the food ready at an efficienct amount of time. They are also courteous and friendly. UPDATE PLEASE READ!!!! I CHANGED MY 5 STAR REVIEW TO 1. UPDATE THIS IS LONG BUT I BELIEVE NECESSARY FOR PEOPLE TO READ. I am appalled tonight. It’s a bit after 9pm. I don’t know whether to be upset or laugh at how ridiculous what my hubby and I experienced was. So after working hard and deciding we need a quick meal solution for our family of 5, we decide on this Taco Bell. We weren’t sure what to get as we haven’t eaten out anywhere in over a year until very recently. We pull back around after deciding what we want, we order and slowly pull away. I count everything we order and look over everything before we get too far just to make sure the order is right. So my hubby pulls off while I’m still counting and I tell him we are short a burrito. Normally we would not bother but we are trying to have a quick meal for our family tonight as I’ve explained before. So we go back around and this kind of stocky Caucasian male with glasses, black long sleeved shirt on under a t shirt and a black baseball cap on tells us to pull around as he will make it. He then holds the burrito while saying “I’m going to give this to you this time but if we find out you are saying you didn’t get your order when you did I will remember your face (as he is mostly talking to my hubby idk why) and call corporate so we won’t be able to serve you again because we have had people do this quite a bit and we are losing money.” Than he says “I’m not trying to be an a-hole like other people.” All while being just that. My hubby was sitting there shocked and confused. I said to him “we understand that but it’s not that serious for us to make up the story that we didn’t get one $1.54 burrito and we have not been here in over a year.” He proceeded to say to us “I will take a note of your face and etc. My hubby said “sir I have no idea what you are talking about, we don’t come here and wouldn’t even attempt something like that, I’ll even give you my id.” He was saying what he was saying in a very accusatory manner and very offensive on purpose to try to intimidate us. What an insult to us as Christian family people. We aren’t perfect or saints but we try to be as honest and respectful as possible to everyone. I would like for anyone who has experienced something similar with this same individual or at this establishment period to contact me asap. I will be giving a call to CORPORATE myself in the morning. I have family who have retired from law enforcement and I studied law and I know this is not proper. I know this is wrong. I can say we WON’T be going back ever. I did a review a couple of years ago because I believed this was one of the nicer Taco Bell’s but not anymore. It’s not the establishment itself but this particular worker for me. Not to mention the taco supreme was packed with a majority of lettuce, barley anything else. This is why we make our own food smh. I wonder how many people he has done this to and he’s cheated out of food. When he accused us out of no where it definitely made me very suspicious of him because it definitely came out of no where as we were very polite the whole time. Not to mention we paid with our Capital One card so to assume we were trying to steal something for $1.54 is ludicrous. Imagine being so tired and hungry after working hard and this is what happens wow. I’m still in between wanting to laugh, be upset and in disbelief.
This is a great taco bell if you like sub par food and rude employees. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes only one other car in the drive thru. When we did get our order it was just thrown in the bag and was messy. Tried to speak to the manager about the situation and completely understood why the staff is as rude as they are. If I where the franchisee, I would look at the management team and adjust accordingly. Won't be back again. Wish there was a Del Taco here.
I went to the Taco Bell in Victor and waited 20 minutes. Then after 20 minutes finally went up to the front counter and waited another 5 minutes for someone to come and ask me what i needed. Asked where my food was and they said it looked like it got “bumped” and they will work on it now. Decided that i would rather have a refund. The guy told me “we don’t do refunds” and i was like “what do u mean we don’t even have our food and would like our money back so we can go elsewhere” he said “your food is almost done and we don’t do refunds” and i was like “can we talk to a manager I’m pretty sure all taco bells do refunds”. He said his manager wasn’t there and to come back in the morning. I said i am never coming back i would like a refund now before i leave. & then he got another shift lead and he gave us the refund. He came back over and said “sorry i actually don’t know and i am relatively new only worked here for two months” so basically he just lied to us telling us he couldn’t give us a refund. Wouldn’t go back!
Meals were not fully completed. Missing sour cream on fiesta potatoes, and cheese in a quesadilla. disappointed 😢
I keep giving this place a chance but there comes a point where it isn’t even defensible. I spent 43 dollars on delivery for dinner and I am left astounded at the lack of thought or effort from the staff. I ordered 2 burritos and in return my bag was filled with 2 soufflé cups of burnt potatoes and cheese. I immediately threw them away. And on my visit before that, I ordered the same burritos and instead they gave me stale chips with nacho sauce instead of my MEAL. That staff is a lawless wasteland. I seriously hope whoever is in charge takes the time to evaluate his store.
came here tonight and half order was wrong. very simple order to and all of them had an attitude when I pulled back through. sorry you guys can’t read a screen and double check the bags. Will not be back at this location. Definitely make the 5-10 min drive to Farmington over this location ANY day of the week no matter how late I am. At least they know how to make food and give me all the correct items.
A rather rotund young caucasian blonde haired female thought she was slick by being passive aggressive with me by taking as long as she possibly could with the order that was holding up her handing me my order which was ready for me to receive. She did this because an older gentleman decided to mess with me in the parking lot and started to argue with me in the lobby of taco bell. Her not knowing anything about what happened just decided I was wrong and sided with him. She made sure to elongate the interaction as much as possible by engaging in small talk about just about everything and the guy realized what she was doing and played along to make sure I would have to wait as long as possible to receive my order. You may think you are smart you smug little lady but you aren't. When you don't know anything about a situation, it's best not to take a side. Now you earned the company you work for a bad review.
After driving all day, this was one of the only food options available, and the website and door indicated they were open until 1am, however at midnight the lights were off, sign was off, no one was around and there was no signage indicating an early close. Really disappointing because by the time we could get to another taco bell, it would’ve been after the actual close time. Seemed really unprofessional and lazy.
Food was garbage, it was thrown together with few taco must haves!!! Customer service was lacking in this store and I advise to turn away the minute you see the sign.
Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced. So many customers waiting in the lobby, and when they asked where their food was, the employee started getting belligerent with them, I waited over 25 minutes, and never received food or apology, the employees were yelling and telling the boss just tell me to go home if you don't want me here. Do not visit this location, not worth your time or money.
Place was filthy. Tables unattended to. Trash everywhere. Placed an order and had to leave due to poor work environment. Demanded refund.
The closing manager, Jacob, and his crew are very rude and disrespectful to the customers. They do as they please and have no sense of customer satisfaction or sympathy towards people. Jacob acted like I was the issue and rolled his eyes when I said I have been waiting over 40 minutes for an order. The place was not busy, the dining room had 4 people in it, drive thru didnt seem too bad either . So there really was no excuse for such an attitude towards me.
The worst experience I've ever had at a fast food chain. My order was made wrong, so I brought it back inside, showed them, and they remade it. The guy who was remaking it wouldn't listen to me when I tried to explain it was with no meat- so again- it was made WRONG. Silly me, I walked away the second time thinking it was correct this time. I opened it in my car - realized it was wrong again, so I went through the drive through to explain this. The manager was VERY SHORT with me and sighed and then offered me a refund- would not remake it. He tried to argue with me about what I had ordered - until I showed my receipt and then he got quiet. Terrible service, the food that they made right was nasty, and the manager is rude. Would not recommend to anyone.
If you are in a hurry to get where you need to go, do not come to this location. Reports of people waiting 45 minutes to get served with no legitimate reasoning as to why. Very slow paced. It took me personally 20 minutes to get my food.
Drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Fairport/Perinton location. You'll both save time, and have a way better experience. This is a 0/10 Taco Bell
Went her late at night and had placed an order in the app only to be told they were closed and only one person was working. When I asked what I should do about my order a different employee responded and rudely told me I could be refunded in 24-48 hours or I could come back in half an hour for my food. I came back half an hour later and was then told again that I had to wait another half an hour for me food due to “NYS break regulations.” At the very least turn off app ordering…. I would have gone someplace else but they had al reuse taken my money. Will not be returning. Management needs to figured out what is happening in their store.
Very rude worker with dark brown hair on 7/26 at 11:45 pm. We were nothing but nice and the only exchange we had with her was her saying “okayyy, now leave” and slammed the door. We didn’t do anything other than order and pay. Would not recommend going.
Came to the drive thru around 9:30pm on 7/21 , while the car in front of me was served they told me that they were now closed , while the website does say 1am closing 3 and a half hours early is a bit extreme. Hopefully the 5 cars behind me got served. Also a huge shout out to the Farmington location. As i went At 10:30 they served me within 5 mins and were super nice. Do better Victor.
Idk why they brother 😕 asking what I want and iff the screen is correct 😒 when they're going to make the food there way anyway. Good thing I don't have a food allergy. This is not the only location with drive-thru issues. I'm just over paying for food 🙄 and not getting what I ordered.
Placed a mobile order went thru drive thru. My order was a simple 5 dollar like box. Burrito taco I chose chips instead of twists and a. Drink. Whole.order was cold and messy. The girls in drive thru rude, I asked for napkins and a sauce packet and got the ugliest look.
Got nothing bc drive thru supposed to be open til 1 am. Got there 11:50 waited over 20 min and left bc was told to wait and look at the menu.... I wasn't waiting any longer than I just had! 4/22 night shift maybe you shouldn't take so many back door breaks lol and don't close the kitchen down at 1130 when your open til 1 🤭🤣🙌 also victor location I may add. Damn u taco bell
