I stopped in for a business lunch. To my surprise, I was served by friendly staff. The food was good and the prices reasonable. A first or second course alone costs about 7 euros, drinks not included. Highly recommended!

A meeting point for many. Smiles and kindness are always in the expressions and gestures of the staff. Bread, pizza, and desserts fill the stomachs of the customers. The word "hurry" seems to disappear as soon as you enter the place where people are like that.

We used to come here many years ago, and it was a different story. Now the bar is terrible. Poor service. They didn't clean my table, and it was full of flies. A cappuccino costs €1.40, which is outrageous for a place like this. I won't be back.

The two barmaids were a bit rude and unpleasant. I came in wearing shorts and a swimsuit over them just back from the river, and as soon as I entered they told me "you can't come in dressed like that" in an arrogant tone and made me leave. I can agree with her, but she could have said it in a different tone. I went to get dressed and sit in the outdoor area after ordering a coffee cream, and a glass was delivered with the cup holder dripping underneath and the glass was dirty too. Unwelcoming and unwelcoming staff.

Kindness is optional at this place. We bought a €23 pizza, asked if they could lend us a corkscrew for 30 seconds, and they wouldn't lend it to us. As if it were gold! Never again... Keep the pizza and the corkscrew.

There's nothing to complain about their homemade products (bread, pizza, desserts). Everything we ordered was delicious, even though everything was displayed in a very sloppy manner, making it seem like they've been there forever. Unfortunately, we can't say we're satisfied with the service. Service is incredibly slow, even when the place is empty. As long as you're not in a hurry, you can tolerate the wait. But when, after sitting at the table for over 40 minutes waiting for two Spritzes (which the waitress also offered) and a Coke, they come by once to apologize for the wait (and that's fine... we appreciate their courtesy and politeness). Then they come by again to take our order because they've lost it. That's not so good. A place like this, despite the quality of the products, if it were just in Turin, would close after a quarter of an hour. It's a shame because the sales assistants all seem kind and polite. But they should put in a little more effort, because the products and the location are truly worth it! I'll conclude by saying that I wouldn't rule out returning... but perhaps I'd return with lower expectations about the service...
