Order to fillet a fish meal deal seemed like I was put in the back of the line people that came in after me got their food before me and then when I did get it I was on the road started eating it was almost unedible because there was no cheese and no sauce on my play of fish either one of them like it was only half put together

Very sad 1/3 slice of cheese on both of our filet of fish sandwiches. The fries were great, as always. It was lunch time and the place was slammed, but we didn't have to wait too long for our order.

New kiosk only order system will kill this restaurant. On a Saturday afternoon they couldn't deliver an ice cream cone and a soda CUP in 21 minutes. This has always been our stop between Redding & Medford, as it has been for thousands of others. I couldn't wait around to find out how much longer it would have taken but there were others, at least two, waiting in front of me (just waiting for coffee), as I had to catch a plane in Medford. I asked the manager (?) and she put my surrender time on the receipt. ARGH! I hate writing reviews with miserable scores and I don't blame the staff but the system is badly broken when this is the result. DOUG out

This McDonald’s looks nearly updated, but it was pretty dirty as no one had swept. When I went back to grab forks and syrup, the team members were joking around about it being someone’s first day, which came across a little careless. Also, the baby changing station in the restroom was leaning, which worried me since it felt unsafe for my little one.

This particular McDonald's in Weed CA. coincides with chapters in my life. I pass thru Weed every dozen or so years, going back to the late 1970. And for some stupid reasons or another, I end up eating here. The last time I remember stopping here was in the early 2000s. Maybe 2002. Today I find myself here because the Dos Amigos restaurant across the street is permanent closed. Wish I'd known that before I planned on stopping for the night in Weed. But this will be the first time I've eaten inside. You can't be too critical of McDonald's. These fast food places give you what you pay for. Too much salt on the room temperature fries. And a burger that looks slapped together. But my order took a while to get out. Beautiful view of the mountains tho.

Sad day at McDonalds. Walked up after placing order and their cook quit so they had to close the store. Doors were locked. The manager still made my order since it was placed online. Feel bad that this generation doesn’t want to work. The employees that were working to make it happen were great and apologetic. Five stars for the people working this day one star for McDonalds not being able to have an adequate working environment so that they may retain enough quality employees. I’ll probably pass this location next time I’m trucking through.

Couldn't get the order right. So I gave up. Not that hard to read a receipt, make and deliver the food per what you read. The female staff was nice but acted confused. Ridiculous experience.

Very limited curbside pickup with in-store customers and door dash drivers taking them making it harder for those that can't leave the car to pick up their order. Otherwise we love the staff and think they are doing great just wish they could better police the saved spots

Girl with long blond hair and a pink vest cussed and complained about our order, she was so rude. We waited forever (20 min) because she sat there and just complained and complained and complained. We were on a road trip with 6 hours left to go and little kids that were hungry. I complained and she laughed out loud. Someone needs to handle her.

No cars in front of me, or behind me when i got to the drive thru. when i arrived was told to hold 4 seperate times. by the time they helped me I had a 5 cars behind me (7 minutes waiting). The young lady that finally helped was extremely rude. Had an attitude. Horrible customer service. By the time i was helped at the window to pay another 4 minutes went by then i waited an additional 6 minutes to get a happy meal !! That was ridiculous 17 minutes. I usually dont keep track but this was very unusual and after the way the young lady treated me as I ordered, I was baffled. When I opened my daughters happy meal it was missing the toy and the apple slices. This was horrible.

Went in for my 30 min lunch break, even made mobile order before i left work. Waited almost the whole 30 mins just to get my food. It was cold and the order was wrong. They have plenty of workers in there but no coordination. They kept giving people wrong orders pretty much doubling the work load. Get it right the first time and you wont keep 20 other people waiting. Dont expect much out of this place. Unbelievable.

After an 8-hour drive from Oregon, we stopped here hoping to just grab two chocolate shakes and get back on the road. Instead, this turned out to be the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. We sat in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes with no one responding at the speaker for about 8 minutes, even though we said "hello" multiple times. When we finally pulled up to the window, the employee was extremely arrogant and told us we had to wait until he decided to respond. Instead of simply acknowledging us or letting us know he’d be right with us, we were told to go all the way back through the long drive-thru line just to place our order again. All we wanted were two chocolate shakes, and even after ordering through the app, we still had to wait another 15 minutes to pick them up. The lack of basic courtesy, communication, and efficiency was unacceptable. If the employee had just said, “I’ll be with you shortly,” it would have made a world of difference. Truly disappointing service—I would not recommend stopping at this McDonald’s.
