Exceptionally clean and we'll staffed. Our waitress was wonderful!. Menu is extensive, featuring many Greek specialities. Food is fresh made in house, huge portions and served quickly. A nice family atmosphere and some regular patrons. Limited outdoor seating available, weather permitting. Will be on our most visited places!

Everytime we go to Olive branch we are treated like family. Everytime the hostess are extremely polite, kind, attentive. Nothing worse than requesting something and feeling your a bother. NEVER HERE THE BEST STAFF! And food is excellent! I highly recommend Olive Branch. God bless! 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

We ordered the Calamari which was done just right ! Also ordered their 1/4 lb Angus Cheeseburger, done exactly the way I ordered it. It was great ! My husband ordered the BBQ Wings .... WOW. I don't usually like BBQ wings but tried one anyways. I LOVED THEM ! And they were big ! Definitely our "go to" restaurant from now on ! We go there quite often now and told family and friends and they went, they were also amazed at the fantastic food and great customer service :)

Probably the best restaurant of it's genre in Western New York! We have eaten here many times. Wonderful breakfasts items. Excellent turkey dinners with mashed potatoes and gravy and terrific beef barley soup! I recently had stuffed cabbage rolls which were quite nicely prepared and very delicious. Good service too. You can't go wrong here!

The food was excellent, serving size more than enough and delicious. Service was excellent, making sure we were satisfied with meal. Prices were very reasonable. We ordered 3 completely different meals. My granddaughter ordered a breakfast, my son had a chicken slouvaki and I had a combination wings and beef on weck. Would highly recommend to anyone that has multiple people wanting different meals. We will go again.

Staff and service are excellent here. The menu has so many items it's hard to choose from. The food is very good, nothing fancy, and there is plenty of it. There are many items to choose from if you are gluten sensitive.

We had Alex tonight as a waitress, she was absolutely amazing! The food was good as always but I went out for my 21st birthday late due to emergency surgery. And she made the experience so much better than I expected. I had second thoughts about going there. But she did absolutely everything in her power to make sure my table of 8 had an amazing experience! And she had absolutely no idea it was my birthday or anything until I thanked her at the end! She deserves a raise for sure! I’ll definitely be asking to sit in her section from now on!

Going here once a year on our way to visit family at Rushford Lake has become just as much a part of the tradition as the actual visit. The breakfasts are awesome here and there is something for everyone, including kids. I tried the walnut pancakes and the eggs florentine breakfast sandwich with homefries on this visit and it was a delicious treat. Great menu overall regardless of when you come and the service has always been great, often times treating you like family.

Very clean, very comfortable. The service was outstanding. The food was delicious, but beware - HUGE portions! We are from Chicago, and fish fry isn't half a fish lol. But it was so good. They're willing to substitute sides, the salad was fresh, everything was better than expected!!

This is one of my favorite Greek resturants in the area. The staff there is super friendly and the resturant is clean and well maintained. The patio is an excellent choice this time of year as well. Food here is amazing! Definitely recommend their open chicken souvlaki salad, which is a huge portion of salad served with pita and tzatziki. Definitely recommend!

AMAZING! I ordered the Texas Burger, and the taste was heavenly. The bread was very smooth, and the bacon was yummy. Probably my favorite part is that they put kids' drawings up! I like the turkey coloring papers hung up on the walls. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable, and it was modern and organized. I recommend the Texas Burger, because they have onion rings, drizzled with BBQ sauce. Probably my favorite dinner place so far.

Love it here. Came in from out of town for the Bills game and found them near the hotel. The service was cordial, the staff kind and the food portions were much larger than I anticipated. You get a lot of food on the plate. The ambience is pleasant and the server was very attentive. Definitely worth the visit!

They always have homemade food that you can tell has been made with love and care. Every time I have visited the staff is wonderful and goes over and above with all customers. This was my first time here. Our waitress, I think was Elle,or Ellie(?) and omgosh was she fantastic! My friends and I did a lot of talking and she came back like 5 times asking if we were ready to order. Then we had questions, and asked about certain foods changes. They accommodated my friends needs to her eating restrictions, without hesitation. This girl was so nice and had a great personality towards us. Then the food..I got a vegetable omelette (w/feta cheese) and home fries. I'm eating the leftovers as I write this review lol I wish I would've bought another one to bring home! Compliments to whoever made my food bc it was delicious and probably the best omelette I've had in a restaurant.. And be sure to get peppers and onions on your home fries! I will be back for sure!

Pretty nice place and the food was good , however when i was asking for water the waitress totally ignored me .

We were a party of 6 that we Waited for a table. It was a Friday night at 6 o'clock. Once we were seated and received our drinks, we waited for our server. Once she came over and took our order everything moved smoothly. Food was excellent and the prices were reasonable. We would go there again.

I ordered the Olvie Branch Breakfast ($10.99) which came with French toast, eggs, bacon and sausage, and fruit. These were my selections, but you can customize to your liking. Starting with the French toast it was crisper than I've usually had it. It wasn't bad, just different for me. Didn't keep me from enjoying it,haha. Enjoyed the plump sausage and the eggs were fine, but the bacon was pretty skimpy. I know that's sometimes just luck of the draw, but still was a bummer. I ordered my meal to-go and the place was busy on a Sunday morning so that was probably for the best if you want to be able to still socially distance well while dining out. Staff were cordial and attentive despite the rush of people.

Enjoy going to this restaurant. Convenient to home. It is very spacious and comfortable. The food and service are always good.

The portions are large but the quality of food has seemed to gone down over the years. I always order the open chicken soulvaki and some days it’s great, while others it is lackluster. One problem we have had in the past is our salad dressing being forgotten in our to go orders. I believe we had 3 separate occasions where it was not included. We were disappointed in the quality of food received. Had an omelet with home fries. The home fries were previously frozen and showed signs of thaw and refreeze or freezer burn. They were nothing but dried powder in the middle. Did not taste like potatoes at all. The omelet was OK. My wife had a turkey sandwich with the cranberry mayo. No flavor to the mayo. Have been long time customers of both the Branch and the Tree. There are many other family restaurants in this area with much better food. Let's face it, how can you screw up home fries?

I place an order to go and when I got home and took the food out there where a pointy pair of scissors in the bag. It poked me and I could understand how they would get it there so I called. No doubt another restaurant serving frozen out the bag home fries that come out mushy, topped with a plopping of frozen bagged bland mush onions and bell peppers. Real sad, all too common around here. French toast was unseasoned mushy egg bread as well.

It's a good restaurant and get alot for your money. But if you order a take out. You always find something missing in the bag. This is like the fourth time I found something missing. Wish they would double check their orders.

I placed a to go order only to get home and realize one of my meals was wrong. I called and they said they could make me a new meal and I said ok but I’ll have to drive 15 min to pick it up! My order was ready when I got there but had to wait approximately 3-5 min for a manager to take care of me. All she did was come and say “You’re all set.” I was waiting for them to give me a discount or something for driving 30 min round trip for their mistake! I also missed eating my meal with my daughter because I had to pick up a new meal

Got a Caesar salad with chicken and it was pretty terrible. The lettuce was wilted, and there was some at the bottom that looked almost rotten but the dressing was hiding it. There was no Parmesan cheese on it and the dressing was not very good. The Chicken was alright. Atmosphere is pretty average for a suburban diner in the area. Nothing to report really. Our server was nice and attentive and the girl at the check-out was very sweet. I can't justify giving a higher score than 2 since the food was hardly edible.

I went to to this restaurant this week with a friend. She received a salad that had rusty lettuce and bad tasting cucumbers, sent this back and asked for fries. I had a ham sub, ate 1/2 and took the other half home. When I went to eat the other half today, I took the tomatoes off and they were rotten! They were pretty much black.Now I ask myself; what did the tomatoes look like that I did eat yesterday! Beware of the produce!

I'm not really sure how the rating is so high with this place. I will say the service was very good. We had breakfast here for the first time in almost 3 years because we couldn't remember why we never went back. Well, we got reminded very quickly. Tea water tasted like it was directly microwaved from an unfiltered tap. The breakfast potatoes tasted somewhere between freezer burned and dehydrated with a strange sweetness to them, and our olmettes looked like it was simple scrambled with whatever somewhat folded in. We took at least half of each meal home and ended up tossing it after realizing we both felt unwell. Considering the cost of more than $40 for 2 people, nah, never again, will actually tell people how off putting it was, and if these guys are related to the olive tree off of Broadway then this is either the training restaurant or it was simply a very bad day. But 2 years apart and actually getting sick? No.

Food was alright and service was as expected. But the prices for the food were absolutely ridiculous. My partner and I spent ~$80 for a meal and 1 drink each for two. For the quality of the food, that’s insane. By no means was the food awful, it really was decent. But not for ~$100 with tip. Won’t be returning based SOLELY on the prices.

Husband and I went here yesterday 11/14/25 (haven't been here in months) he had a fish fry $19.99 (ouch) he got potato salad with it ...potato salad was LOADED with green peppers so much so that it was tinted green ....the Cole slaw was weird very odd and the tartar sauce was also tinted on the green side but tasted normal (how could it be greenish???) I had chicken souvlaki breakfast home fries and pita the chicken was "hard" almost like the chicken was microwaved ...we are no complainers ...but it will be a while before we go back all prices went up too too expensive 😢

The waitress was positive and attentive. The food wasn't very appealing to me. The cream of mushroom soup was goopy like someone blew their nose into a ramekin. My sandwich was ok but something about it was off-putting. However, it did taste okay. The French toast was ok but unremarkable. I realize this is a family restaurant with a lot of pride and that's probably it's saving grace. My review isn't meant to slam hardworking people. Just use it to grow.

Although we have been there, many times and loved it, we went in today and the place was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Employees had no hair nets. My food came with several hairs in it. They still charged me full price. The manager didn't come to talk to me. I paid $54 for food I could not even eat.

I have had 100s of meals from this restaurant and enjoyed everyone until today. I ordered a Reubens which I've had atleast a dozen times and it barely any meant on it and everyone knows it's usually piled on. I brought it to the waitress attention she took it back up to the kitchen and they said that it had what was suppose to on. So they did nothing. Very disappointed.
