Best & Fastest Wendy's I've ever been to. Drive through is quick and steady. Never gotten my order wrong. Very nice and pleasant. Inside decor is a bit 1950's and can feel drab... But service and quality makes this my favorite Wendy's ever. One complaint, could be open much later. This would be a great 24 hour location.
Quick service, food was prepared quickly and accurately. Drive through service was friendly and helpful. The salads were excellent, with fresh and tasty ingredients.
I'm not going to rave about the food itself, though the ghost pepper chicken sandwich was actually spicy, which I appreciated, and the blueberry pomegranate lemonade and customized soda fountain are a step above some competitors. Still, it's fast food; I'm not going there to broaden my culinary horizons. What I really want to praise is the manager, who has an exceptionally good attitude. When they do get something wrong, even something minor, he is direct, he makes it clear that he cares about improving the process, and he makes things right. It's great to deal with someone who takes pride in his work.
Fast friendly service every time I'm here! Like the fresh food. Usually go with Dave's classic single or double with cheese n a chocolate frosty. Yum!

Edit: The new staff, Christian, has been killing it, I'm changing my old review. Since it's close to my workplace I go here for a quick meal. Has the best deals in the area.

Every time I come to this Wendy’s, Rosy is the one who always makes my visit better. She’s super friendly, quick, and you can tell she actually cares about the customers. My orders are always right when she takes them, and she keeps a great attitude even when the place gets busy. Honestly, employees like her make a huge difference.
This was the best experience I’ve had at this Wendy’s. I’ve been coming for a pretty good amount of time and the young lady Rosy was such a sweetheart! She made sure everything was perfect and made sure to always check up to see if I needed anything.

I usually love Wendys, breakfast & lunch & I am absolutely obsessed with their nuggets, but these last 2 nights that I’ve gone. The nuggets are dry & semi hard. They are either leaving them in too long now or just refrying them. My 15 month old loves Wendys nuggets over McDonald’s but even she wouldn’t eat them. Please ensure to keep the freshness & juiciness of the nuggets because they are the best out of all fast food franchises.

Last time I order from there. Got a chicken sandwich in the pretzel bun, a couple bites in I noticed the bun had mold on it…. Yeah no thanks.

Took 25 minutes to get the food for sit down. They only prioritize the drive thru.
Missing items half the time I order from here. I got parked today for 1 biggie bag I ordered through the app. Took 10 minutes for 1 biggie bag while I was the only car. The worst service I've ever had well done wendys.
2/26/25 @10:30 bought a Dave’s cheese Burger and spicy chicken sandwich for 18.25. They mixed the two ingredients, drowned it in mayo and got upset when I asked for a refund. Honest review, food quality was 1 out 5
The worst Wendy's experience: employees fighting with each other and very poor quality food. Overall, it was a really bad experience.
The older gentleman at the register was rude. It took 30 minutes to get an order in and there was only 3 people in front of me. He told the people behind me to "just leave" Then when it came time for us to order he very rudely said "what do you want". I had also noticed that he consistently got confused with orders that were being ready and handed to customers, they were missing multiple items and getting mixed up with other customers orderes. Will not be going back.
Made me wait 30 minutes for a small carryout order during a slower time. Watched them make about 10 drive through orders before I had to ask them for my order. They ended up getting my order wrong after all that...
"I'm sorry my friend. The owner told us to set the prices that high" -employee at this Wendy's. Avoid at all costs! You'll just add more money to a greedy owners pockets. Over $5 for a large Chili is ridiculous especially considering how cheaply it is made

Don’t try and go to this place for breakfast on the way to school or work. Even if there is nobody in line they will make you wait 5 minutes before ordering
