Okay Jenna. You are a queen. Usually Mason is our fav waiter, but today you are our savior. You gave us Mac and cheese balls when we hungered. You gave us water when we thirsted. When we were still hungry because we are fat you gave us burgers. And now… with the order of a pizookie we can surely say we love you. You are the light of our day. Keep shining queen. XOXO- A, K, A, S P.S. here is photo proof of how delectable the food dear Jenna gave us

The manager Joe & his team are committed to ensuring every guest has a five star experience. My partner & I loved everything that we ate. I got a build your own pizza, and she got the filet mignon. Her steak was cooked with excellence, and the dough of my pizza was incredible (homemade, overnight process). Our drinks always got refilled. We will be coming back. Thank you to the manger Joe & our excellent server.

Large menu selection. Servers were attentive and patient. Food overall was good, broccoli wasn’t very appetizing but I think that’s just standard American food. Bread was fine. Pizookies were the highlight, the strawberry and caramel ones were great. Would come again for the pizookies.

Visited BJ's with my folks and to my surprise there was no wait at 6:30pm. Our server Paige was extraordinary and went above and beyond. The beverages and food came quickly and everything was cooked to our liking and expectation. The portions were also appropriate and a great value. We ordered a large deep dish pizza which we split 50/50 with the BJ Classic Combo and Veggie. We even had 3 pieces to take home for later. GH

Went to BJ's on mother's day as our second option. Option 1 was too busy and we've been waiting for 1.5hrs already. The Family was starving so we decided to try BJ's for the first time. We should've came to BJ's from the start. The staff was very nice and polite. My wife even got a special Mother's day gift from BJ's. The kids enjoyed their food, the wife enjoyed her salad, and I enjoyed the burger I ordered. I recommend BJ's. They serve quality food, great portions, and a wonderful staff with amazing service.

Excellent service the manager was extremely polite as he brought up a meal to our table. The food was amazing. Will recommend best BJs I've ever visited.

We came for Happy Hour and date night and our server took great care of us! Laura has been with the company for a while and is an absolute gem. She was the perfect balance of kind and organized. She made it that our evening was smooth, even though we brought a 5 month old to the restaurant. The hostess was also very friendly and explained how HH ran at this location (first-come, first-served in the bar area). The manager, Joe was also very friendly and even got his hands dirty sweeping in our area. I would definitely recommend coming to this location!

I go to Bjs frequently specifically for the amazing waitress Aniece. She makes me feel welcome and like family every time I come here. I would request her if I was you.

My favorite place to drink beer & eat! Trevor the Bartender and Robert the server are by far my favorite staff members but "All" of the employees are commendable and appear to enjoy working at this place adding to a relaxed, fun, sports bar, environment. I also recently attended a beer dinner with my Dad which was fun as well. I also joined BJ's Beer Club which was a No Brainer (Fantastic Deal) for $30...every other month. The perks are worth more than what you get charged.....give it a try!

I had'nt been to PJ'S in a long time. It was good then, and it's only gotten better. The food was delicious, the waiters were skilled and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and happy.

Jamie provides excellent service. Even on 5.00 Pizzooki night, when the restaurant is super busy, she makes you feel like you are a VIP. Running from table to table, she is calm, friendly and gets the order 100% right. We appreciate the service and know our order isn’t an easy one, yet the food and service were perfect.

Our experience was amazing we had gotten deep dish pizza and had asked for no mushrooms, however when the food came out, there was mushrooms on it she offered to remake it, not only once, but she made sure it was remade the correct way. Due to a sever allergy. Their snicker panooki is amazing. This is our go to spot and everytime its amazing

Celebrating our 15th First Date Anniversary (met at BJ’s Woodland Hills). Had Prime Rib 3 course meal- excellent! Prepare to bring food home- portions are LARGE. Jamie is the best server we’ve had in years!

Greyson was/is AWESOME. He met and exceeded TIPS. He is very personable, attentive, and just cool! West Lake Village location #426 is the place to be. The Jumbalaya, Mediterranean Chicken Bowl, and Chicken Bacon Ranch Piadina BUSTED!!!!!!! They were all delectable that we all cleaned our plates!!! And the cherry on top was the Pazookie Cookie.🤤🤤🤤🤤 The manager is amicable, personable, and promt. The food came out in a timely manner, nice and hot. The atmosphere was calm, great room temperature, and the ambiance was on point. Food presentation was to standard. I'm sad I didn't take pictures, but I'm not a Social media poster like that so, the thought did not come to mind. Time we were there was lunch time.

10/10 dinner.Jenna was exceptional , I came in pretty late expected service to be slower now that its the end of the night. Jenna treated my party like I was the first party to come in for her. She was so attentive , and kind. Definitely will be coming back and asking for Jenna! She went above and beyond!

My pizookie took a little long but I didn’t really think much of it, however the manager I think her name was Kathy came out and was so kind and apologetic and really made my day and the kid I nanny some chicken tenders. Our server was really great too I however didn’t get his name. So even though it took a little long the experience and service was a 10/10

My toddler daughter literally puked all over their bathroom floor/sink tonight, and the staff was quick to help while also being calm and very graceful. They helped us immensely and the food (that we ended up boxing and taking to go lol) was also delicious.

Maddie was our server and she was truly fun and professional!! She was frequently present to help us, made great suggestions, and kept our drinks full. She truly made our BJ’s experience 10/10. She deserves a huge raise!! Thx, Maddie!!

Zachary M our server and the manager on duty were rock stars. We dined on Friday Sept 19th at 9pm to 10pm. I got the prime rib combo and the prime rib was a little fatty for my taste and the waiter Zachary went and talked with the manager and they brought me out an additional piece of prime rib not replaced the first one but additional piece! We had a party of five and we are all a pain in the butt to deal with and Zachary and the manager took care of all of us without an issue at all. Highly recommend and we'll come back again

Bjs is always a good choice as they have a large menu and their pizzas never disappoint! I went with my husband for lunch and we had the lunch special which comes with a personal sized pazookie for dessert! I think the entree and pazookie is $13 for everything. They have maybe 6 or 7 menu items to choose from for this lunch deal. I went with the lunch sized chicken parm and the strawberry short cake pazookie. My husband did the unlimited soup and salad. The bread bowl is an extra charge if you want it. He got the broccoli and cheddar soup with a Cesar salad. He had two bowls of soup and was very full. He had the sugar cookie pazookie. We will be back! Also a great place for dinner.

Our waiter was Aniece and she was amazing. Every question I had about the menu was answered in a way that was not only explanatory but calming. I come here every Tuesday and request her everytime. I cannot think of one bad experience I have ever had with my service.

Great food, great service. Some very fun drinks to try. Went for the first time and tried a few things, everything was a hit. Went on a weekday, very calm quiet place.

First impressions: beyond fantastic quality food, but not too good of a server. Everyone loved their burgers, wings, and chicken dishes. The house brewed root beer was fantastic (creamy, wintergreen), and the Friday Night mood was active. Unfortunately, our server, Patrick, was kinda under the mood and straight-up. He could've been a little more positive, but hey, I've never waited tables before. In some cases, I wouldn't blame him. Otherwise, my first time at BJ's was astounding.

Came late on a Thursday night. Service was great, food was good too. Had the Happy hour ribs, BJs special pizza mini, and wings (not happy hour). Everything was good. The root beer batter sauce on the ribs were great; I highly recommend it! Seems like it's not a good idea to get the pork chop or the sirloin at night; either it's almost out or towards the end of the night, it's well done. Parking can be found in the adjacent lot and it's free. Bathroom wasn't really clean but expected since it's late at night.

Our party of seven enjoyed the dinner. It was a little slow for the New Year’s Day. The Tri-tip was really tender and tasty. The soba noodle was very flavorful. The quinoa was a bit disappointing, it was not cooked through.

Great food but like everyone high prices. There's never a shortage of food! We always leave stuffed. Attentive service.

I would have left a worse review, but my experience with my waitress was completely eye opening. The servers name was aniece and she was what servers should strive to be. She was knowledgeable about the menu, quick to satisfy all of our restaurant needs, and considerate of my allergies. I only got a pizzokie, but her consideration and care for our experience made bjs a regular for me. If you go to bjs, you have to ask for aniece.

It's just like any other BJ's. Large menu but we usually get one of their pizzas. California Supreme is a great pic. Their beer is actually pretty tasty as well and their other handles are usually a good selection as well. Make sure to ask the bartender for their Belgian menu!

Superbowl Day... Food was good, Beer was good, mix drinks not so good. Our waiter STEPHAN was super friendly & attentive. Bar area was sooooooo quiet . I went to ask ROB the manager if they can turn up the volume we couldn't really hear tv but he was very RUDE!!! Didn't make eye contact when he respond , simply kept looking at the half time show and said they don't control volume. I guess I bothered him by asking him a question, unprofessional. Look like he was having lots of fun talking to other employees rather than customers. 👎🏽

We celebrated my birthday at BJ's. The atmosphere was 5 stars, partly due to the L.A. Rams being on Thursday night NFL football and playing lights out, so the crowd was into it. I ordered the deep dish pizza, and as always, it was delicious. My wife ordered the barbacoa cauliflower pita tacos, and they were very good, too. We had a couple of blonde ales to wash everything down. Our waiter was very attentive, and although he was aware of our celebratory dinner, he did not offer a complementary dessert, although other tables around us did receive them for their birthday celebrations. Maybe they reached their quota of complementary desserts by the time we finished our meal. Overall, I love BJ's and would recommend them for any lunch or dinner gathering. Update 2024: We love BJ's happy hour! With it being so expensive for a family to eat out, we've found their happy hour menu to be perfect for us--as long as you order by 7 pm on a weekday. We go on Friday evenings at around 6:30 and order mini pizzas, chips, guac and salsa, drinks and a kid's dessert from the happy hour menu, and get out the door for under $45 including tip.

We went during Haapy Hour and the service was terrible. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our artichoke dip and I had to wait for my soda water. Our waitress was friendly, which we appreciated, but it took her too long to take our order and serve our food. It wasn't very busy. Very disappointed.

Got the soup and salad combo (mozzarella and tomato salad and broccoli cheddar soup). Also got the onion rings and s’more pizookie and they were the best. Soup was not good (very thick and jiggly).

So I live in the valley, and have been to the location in Northridge. There were 3 of us for happy hour. We had separate bills and each of us were charged regular prices, didn't think it was a hard thing to figure out but it was. My friend didn't bother because the ordeal we went thru. Tonight we were at the Westlake/Thousand Oaks location. Started out great, orderd drinks and sat for 20 minutes, we were told at the 10-15 minute mark, that it was busy. It is the 7th game of the World Series so we relaxed a bit. We wanted to relax, but we wanted to have a cocktail and talk, check out the menu then order right? So no drinks which meant no order yet. Our drinks arrived and mine really was all ice. I literally took two sips and it was empty, the ice hadn't melted because it was still touching the top of the copper mug. What made it worse was that there was no alcohol in it. The Appletini came out yellow instead of green and was all sweet and sour. The people who ordered mixed drinks changed to wine or beer because they were so bad. I mean they tasted good and all but I didn't order a soda. Our food was good, my fish and chips was good but batter was a little greasy and not crunchy. I spent $300 including tip.

just waiting for the hostess to seat us. saw the qr code and thought it was menu, clearly was not. the atmosphere is uh, a lacking in diversity, i honestly feel like im in my hometown. anyways its been a few more minutes, we decided to leave. long wait, no one said anything. maybe they need help, id work here but i live an hour away.

I really wanted to like this place, as we are a family of six and I take them out every couple weeks. Food: I have worked in a lot of restaurants my whole life and this reminds me of the places that I worked where there is just simply no oversight for food quality. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and the chicken was ridiculously chewy. I kid you not, The broccoli in the dish was completely raw. Like vegetable tray raw I couldn’t believe it. My son also had a dish with broccoli as a side, and it was completely out of the fridge raw. Not even steamed. The bacon on the burgers was practically raw as well. Couldn’t even eat it. My kids eat everything, and we all left food on the table. Service was good! Atmosphere was OK, the set up was a bit wonky. But perfectly fine. I spent over $200 and walked out of that place truly anxious wondering “is anybody gonna get food poisoning. “

Usually service and food is good here but my last visit we didn’t get any plates, silverware, straws, sauces ANYTHING and were not asked one question about if we needed anything once our first app was brought out. Was forced to eat mozzarella sticks with our hands with no plates and no napkins to use. The server visited us maybe 4 times total with 20 min in between each visit. Took over 45 min to place our food order because one of us wasn’t ready and he took forever to come back. Weird condescending tone when ordering alcoholic drinks too. The food was good but that’s about it. Server seemed inexperienced but clearly needs more training because that was a strange dining experience.

The people in the front of the house were very courteous. Once we were seated it took about 15 minutes before I had to ASK for help! Not a hello, or a I'll be right with you. Two table seated afer us were taken care of very quickly and had drinks fast. I clearly upset the waiter by asking for help. Once our order was finally taken, My oldest daughters bowl of soup came out at least 10 minutes before the rest of food. Then once the food came out they almost went to another table! After that he may have checked on us once while taking care of other tables. He walked past our empty drinks NOT once asked if we needed a refill . My two young daughters drinks were never refilled and we had finished our food before I had to once again flag him down to get any kind of service. So we waited again as he took care of other tables. He then came by 5 minutes later saying the drinks were coming! At that point asked for the check! I am in customer service and I understand a busy night, but the lack care for the customer was shameful. I WILL NEVER COME BACK WITH MY FAMILY AGAIN!

My friend and I went in this past Sunday night (right after the Rams game ended) The server started out nice, but we looked exhausted from a 10 mile hike we had done just before that. My friend had had one drink before coming in and combined with exhaustion, he looked off. Very quickly, the server assumed we were drunk and was rude and unfriendly and looked at us like we were idiots when we didn't see the happy hour menu on the table and began asking questions, like if we had already been there for the Rams game, in an attempt to find out if we had already been drinking. My friend was no where near drunk and asked to order a draft beer. The server seemed hesitant and then the manager brought it out and got super close to him in what we think was an attempt to gage whether he was drunk. The waiter never checked or refilled our waters. I asked for a box, never got it. He treated us like we were drunk idiots. I've never had a drop of alcohol in my life, so being treated like that was incredibly frustrating. Especially after a long tiring day. I rarely leave reviews, but this felt warranted. I left a tip and now regret doing so. My advice would be, don't go in if you are tired. You'll get treated like you are second class.

We got here at 6 PM and it took our server 30 minutes to bring the pretzel to the table. We had a party of six then it took another 45 minutes to bring our meal then it took another 30 minutes to get dessert. It was a Saturday evening. Every time we come here during the week service is wonderful perfect food is hot and delicious and on time maybe we shouldn’t come on a Saturday.
