First time here. I hot a tiramissu latte, it was super good, not so sweet, super flavory. My daughter had the mango yogurt drink with boba, it was really good as well. They were great choices. Place clean and nice to seat. The girl that got my order was really patient and explained my questions really well. I will be back.

So glad this shop opened up because I used to live by the one on Reseda Blvd in the valley and loved it. Wonderful selection of flavors and love that you can adjust the sweetness. The indoor seating at this location is a little cramped but luckily there's a lot of outdoor seating which is nice.

Finally! A Boba place around Westlake Village. My family and we come here pretty often. My go to order is Tornado Taro with light boba. They also have different milk options for nondairy people. Cool spot to hang out, I’ve even gone there a couple of times to work with my laptop. WiFi is pretty fast

The people here are so nice!! I got the tornado mango pineapple with lychee jelly, and it was delicious! Absolutely come here if you want a good snack for a good price!

A Tea Thing is one of my most favorite boba spots of all time! Their boba always hits the spot no matter what. Something about this boba spot never manages to disappoint. They have so many different options it suits all flavor palettes. All the employees are extremely nice and create an inviting feeling. The place itself has such a cozy atmosphere, it’s very welcoming. My personal favorites include their refreshing exotic fruit tea and their delicious cream top drinks. Signature Milk Tea (with Boba) is my favorite, but my son loves the Brown Sugar Tea (with Boba & Lychee). They constantly re-invent their products & we will continue to come as much as possible!

Their drinks might be a little more expensive than some, especially with add-ins, but there’s a reason, the drinks are actually delicious! And there’s so so many options!!! I’d rather pay an extra dollar than most for an actual good drink. Oh and their croffles, are absolutely incredible! The cookies and cream one is my personal favorite. After trying many other boba places, this one is 1000% my favorite. The staff are hard-working and kind, and the atmosphere is awesome. My friends and I can sit and talk here for hours, and I frequently see people sitting together and studying or just talking. I’m so glad it’s so close to me, I tell everyone about this place, if you need somewhere to just hang out, please come here!

Some of the best Tea drinks around, but so so expensive for what they are, we easily spend over $18 on two drinks here, and thats without any add ins. The Green Thai Tea was one of my favorite drinks Ive had in a long time, but I can only warrant getting it on the occasion. Weve had a hit-and-miss with the employee experience, with some being incredible and others mumbling and off putting.

The drink was almost there for me, felt like the green Thai tea taste could have been stronger. The Coconut Cream, I wish they were for fragrant of the coconut. The boba was the brightest star in this drink. The croffle was good. Such a good snack to end the day with. However, I did wish that the cream was creamier and less sweet. Had a good time here. Would recommend

It has good customer service & boba is also good, but they can make other flavors better!! Very expensive though

Was pretty excited to try this place but it was just ok and expensive. My mom got their taro milk tea with boba, which was very light flavoring-wise and a little warm even though it was iced. I got their piña colada and it was fine but nothing special. I will say the boba is fresh tasting and has good texture. But when we got our drinks, there was brown sugar sauce on the sides we had to wipe off. Not a fan, especially for their higher price point
