I come here at least twice a week and every employee is polite and know its me when I walk through the door or if I'm in the drive thru.

The food is great and The service was brillant and very friendly. Manager,Sam made a perfect job in the service. We will come back!

They are efficient with no sparing of kindness. I appreciate the way this store is ran.

This place is great, there’s practically never a line, service is super fast, and the ice tea is great and super cheap. Occasionally if you go in the afternoon (4pm or later), they’ll be out of normal iced tea, but the employees are always nice about it

Jacob and Draison are my absolute favorite employees I work around the corner and stop here every day for a coffee. They are amazing my coffee is always perfect and they always seem to put me in a great mood!

Like the variety on the menus. Especially with non meat options. Also I love the cold brew but it frustrates me when they just substitute iced coffee without telling you. We can tell the difference. Just be honest

Nice little shop located inside a gas station/convenience store. The employees were friendly and the store was well stocked with donuts, muffins, and coffee!

We love this Dunkin’ Donuts! Covid is such a difficult time for business with low staff but we always get the best service from this location. Their donuts and coffee are delicious. The owner is the nicest guy and we are thankful they are a part of our white lake community.

They recently remodeled and it looks awesome! Still the best coffee in my opinion and great service always here!

Love this place. Very nice man at the gas station store where I got some water and scratch-offs. Duncan donuts was great! Really nice young man helped me and had a smile! I had their grilled cheese on sour dough bread... It was great! Med black coffee also great. This is a three in one: gas station, Duncan donuts, and Subway. Each has their own space though. Great place, I highly recommend.

Well, unlike majority of the other Dunkin’ Donuts in the world that say they’re open 24 hours on google, this one really IS OPEN 24 HOURS. Woohoo, Right? The man who took my order was very nice but we had a really hard time communicating. He did seem to get a little frustrated with me at first but I remained patient and calm which seemed to make him less irritated and more willing to work with me. I’m vegan, so getting anything different than what i order would be a major issue. He handed me my food and asked me to look over it and make sure everything was good along with reassuring i was ok with the way the hash browns were cooked (they were a little crispy which in my opinion is the only proper way to eat them, so i was happy). My order was made perfectly and the food was delicious.Even at 2am 🙂

Here is a great place where the owners take pride in appe6and presentation. The food and doughnuts are great and fresh...the store had a recent face lift on inside...its great now...the door dash and customer service is top notch here...its attached to a gas station and a small chicken restaurant that also is good...its busy and clean...I love this dunkin doughnuts better than any other...the one in hartland doesn't compare to the service here...its at teggredine road and m59.

Love Dunkin! My only nit picky complaint.... please, for the love of Pete, stop it with the ice. The cup is 99% ice and I get three sips of product and its gone. I mean didn't you already have a class action law suit about this? Just stop it. And fill your hot drinks to the top. Thats all.

The Dunkin’ Donuts located inside the Mobile gas station in White Lake is such a glow-up from what longtime locals remember. If you’re a native White Laker, you might remember when it wasn’t on the far right side—but now it’s on the far left, complete with an amazing drive-through and a much cleaner, more modern setup than what I remember as a tiny little kiddo. The inside feels fresh and well-kept, the service is consistently great, and they absolutely nail the details—especially the perfect amount of cream cheese on their bagels (which is harder to find than you’d think). Highly recommend stopping in and grabbing one of their double chocolate donuts—they’re top tier every single time. This location really delivers on quality, service, and that familiar Dunkin’ comfort we all grew up loving. ☕🍩 Would 100% recommend.

Dunkin' Donuts has been short staffed the last few times I've visited them, but not this location or this visit. If you've been holding off because they've had their hands full, you can now return without fear of spending 20 minutes in line.

Not great. Mediocre service. The donuts were good, but the coffee, which was supposed to be steamed, was as cold as if it had come out of the refrigerator. Not an amazing experience.

Has been consistently understaffed for years. Covid obviously hasn't helped. 4 stars for pretty good food/drinks for the price. I know the people who work there work hard.

Front counter staff is awesome! One of the managers making sandwiches yelled my older at me a foot away, then threw the bag in the counter of the shop(that's rude) but thanks ladies at the front!

I never used to have problems here in the summer, but now they seem to mess up every mobile order. Missing items, egg not right, wrap missing meat, burnt bagels. I went today to get the promised replacement items and they messed up the wrap once again… the food tastes great when it’s right. Makes sure your order is absolutely correct before walking out.

I think this location is too small to handle orders for families. The person who helped me was very nice and apologetic for the delay, but they could have used more help. In the future I'll order ahead at a larger location.

Took way too long just to wait for drinks, had several people waiting almost ten minutes at a time. Food was served before our drinks were, and they've given us the wrong items twice. Not my best visit when I'm a regular at this location.👎🏻

I buy donuts often....first issue is I cant understand most of the staff there, second issue is they always short me a few munchkins. If I want 25 and I pay for 25 I shouldn't get only 20

I used to go to this Dunkin Donuts all the time and they did ok. They dropped my favorite sandwich so I stopped going here. I tried going here 4 times over the last month or so because they had a new sandwich I liked. 2 of 4 trips they did not have what I needed. The first time was with my kids and they were out of choc frosted donuts, Boston Creams and choc frosted with sprinkles. Dunkin donuts not serving donuts and making kids cry? Seriously poor service. I used to visit this location each week or more to get donuts as a fun surprise after school etc. I've been going to walmart or meijer. No kids upset that way. Then I go today and they tell me they took the waffle sandwich off the menu. I went to another Dunkin Donuts and got a waffle sandwich 🤔🤔 Please improve your service. I like your coffee alot but I can't do no donuts at dunkin donuts!

Have always loved going here but recently when I visit the 2 young guys working act like they don't wanna be there. This morning September 1st the one who took my order didn't enter it into the computer so when I got to the window the other guy said "did you order" and then when they handed me my drinks he didn't even make eye contact or say have a nice day. Was not a pleasant way to start my morning. Hopefully its better next time

Coffee wasn't good this morning, what happened? Was great yesterday!! One day it's the best I ever had, next day like mop water, had to throw it away$ I don't want to sound mean, just would consider what it takes for some of us to go out of our way to get there and willingly pay for what we thought would be great, so please don't take this the wrong way. Made an order. Showed up to pick it up. Service was rushing and didn't even try to give me what I actually ordered. It's 10:30am on a Sunday and this man told me they didn't have the 2 types of doughnuts I actually ordered. I mean dude the church parking lots are still full wth are you guys doing. Sadly, I received 18 munchkins instead of the 25 I ordered. I come to this location at least once a week, I usually order 1-2 dozen regular donuts. I was running behind so I utilized the drive through option. Apparently this is not the way to go. Sad face, Dunkin. Everyone has always be super nice, but, why short folks on their order ?

Super slow and my coffee was Luke warm.

They had no milk so couldnt make any drinks... it's kind of awkward to open a coffee shop for the day and not have any milk. Went to biggby instead.

Coffee was good.. Didn't like that no one was at counter. Guy making my toasted bagel answered his phone with his gloves on and touched my food after.. NOT HAPPY!!!

The workers are lazy, the ice coffee had no ice in it and was decently warm, our breakfast sandwich was cold and our side of bacon was cold. Will not come back.

Slowest morning service ever. The kids working do not care. If you have 20 minutes to wait in drive through THIS is dunkin donuts for you.

The girl at the drivethrough in the morning is really nice, but she forgets to turn her mic off after taking your order so you can hear everything she is saying. And while she's taking your order she stops in the middle to talk to someone in the store and makes it really confusing. They always forget to put sugar in my coffee. My muffin tasted stale and I couldn't even eat it. It was a reminder of why I don't stop here anymore...

My daughter ordered a ice coffee with 7 creams, sweet and low, and seven sugar free shots not swirl which has sugar in it. First they gave her a coffee that's not with ice and didn't have the sticker on it to give the description of what was on it after we were very specific on how she likes it but they didn't listen and didn't even give her any shots just sweet and low and cream instead of the vanilla shots so then she went inside the building and asked for 7 shots and then they still give her the ice coffee with NO ICE AT ALL and it tasted like swirl instead of shots.

Countless mistakes every single time I go to this dunkin’. I thought maybe the worker was just having a bad day but no they are just flat out horrible. First asked for cold brew and got coffee with cream. Another thing is cold bagel bits which are supposed to be all melted and usually are phenomenal at other Dunkin’ Donuts very disappointed. Would recommend hiring more dedicated workers and cared about their customers. I normally would choose dunkin’ over starbucks any day but after going to to this dunkin my opinion has changed.

Simply put - go somewhere else for breakfast. I ordered online to get a delivery via grub hub, a very simple order - donuts and a bagel. They apparently waited until the grubhub driver arrived to have him call me to say they didn't have any of what I ordered. Allowing the driver to waste his gas driving there and both of our time. Didn't offer something else for me to order. Or a refund. Or an apology for that matter. The driver himself was more helpful than anyone who worked that this Dunkin'. I'm appalled at the way you conduct your business with no regard for the customer or anyone else's time.

The place is like whatever, poorly maintained, machines aren't cleaned nearly as often as they should be, or at least it didn't look like it, also everything just doesn't taste great, I dunno why(uncleaned machines probably)

Very dissatisfied with the AM crew will not come around that time frame every again I got my regular cap blast with extra ice cream and I was given ice for a drink I paid 8 dollars worth.. I come on a regular basis during the afternoon shift and the drink is made to perfection 8 dollars wasted today so no the world did dif not run on Dunkin today it made me very sad and a waste no AM shift please teach how to make drinks properly

Hands down the most pathetic Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been too, on a regular basis they render me speechless, today they actually told me they can’t serve lattes because they’re out of milk…even though they’re connected to a gas station that has gallons of milk a few feet away, these people take laziness and uselessness to an entire other level. Save yourself the stress. Find another place to get your coffee.

What a complete disappointment. I've made a total of 2 visits. The first of which was met with an incorrect order, very rude workers, and a dirty lot. I gave it a second chance but the result was exactly the same. Personal recommendation is to go to the Tim Horton's up the road.

This place is filthy and donuts are beyond stale...I’ve been in there three times and never have iced tea..the owners answer was that it goes to waste..that’s part of the food business..I own a food business and my customers always come first..only fresh or I eat the cost and throw it out..customers always come first! Tried ordering a coffee and said what I wanted in the coffee but then they just went and grabbed me the drink before I even finished. You need to listen to your customers. Very poor customer service.

This place has gone so far down hill over the last few months. It used to be slow but atleast the coffee was good. Now it's staffed, but the coffee recipes aren't being followed, tastes like straight milk, the espresso machine is always down, and they have no idea what's going on in there. Everyone at work used to hit this place daily. Now we won't bother anymore.

Used to come here everyday, got the exact drink that I asked for and the food was hot. Last 2 times I came here I'm told they can no longer make the drink I usually get. "We don't add flavors to the Chai Latte." You did 2 months ago? If I did a mobile order you could? Bagle bites were cold and gross. Wish we had a good quick coffee shop in White Lake.

Just sitting in this line gave me enough time to rethink my life decisions and write this review. Ive been sitting in the line for about 35 minutes now and they only got through 1 car. I dont think ive ever got consistent service from here, its either a long line of 2 cars which will make your trip another 30 minutes long or they forget something in your order and end up charging you for it too.

Staff is consistently rude. Hashbrowns are typically burnt and the coffee is awful. I keep trying to give this place a chance, but they keep disappointing me.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We come here, there is an issue. This Dunkin never has it together! They are always out of something, the staff is slow and careless. There have been several times where I have sat at the window or stood in the store and watched them sit on their phones and completely forget I’m waiting on my order.

i come here probably about 4-5 times a week in the morning for work and this is absolutely the worst dunkin i have ever been too. if this wasn’t the only place for me to get coffee on my way to work i would go somewhere else. they always have new people here. it literally takes me 20 minutes to get coffee and a bagel every morning here. this is the worst place of business i have ever been too.

I usually like coming to this location since they know me and my order but I think after today I’m going to have to find a different location. I had ordered on the app and when I had arrived the roll ups I had ordered were wrong and they just let them sit which made the tortillas hard. The cappuccino I ordered which was an XL was filled 3/4 of the way. And to finish it off the frosting on my donut all came off being stuck to the paper wrapper they put it in. All in all I’m not happy I just wasted my hard earned money on all of this.

Spent and hour in line for them to tell us they couldn't make any of our food. They had no idea how to handle a situation. Still waiting at the window. Pre Ordered and everything. Didn't even tell us at the speaker they didn't have the food. That would have saved us at least 30 min.

This is by far thew worst Dunkin donuts of all time. There is not a single person that works there that speaks English, so nobody can ever understand my order. As I sit here with my burnt bagel and disappointment over the choices that lead me to this place in my life, I feel I should warn everyone else out there to NEVER go here. They have been messing up my orders for 5 years now. Don't waste your money, go somewhere where they can actually understand your order and not hand youa bag of garbage through the drive through window. Also, they need to learn some damn manners.

I am very upset with my experience. I went through the drive-thru. It took about 10 minutes for them to even realize I was there. There was only one car in front of me so they were not busy. I got 6 donuts in total, a Carmel frappe and a breakfast sandwich. I live maybe 5 minutes away from this location. I go directly home and take a sip of my coffee and it is incredibly old or burnt. I can't even drink it. Then I go to pass out the donuts and all the frostings we're put together stacked in the bag so half of my donuts didn't have frosting and some of them had double frosting. I call up there immediately and the person I talked to said there's nothing they could do because I didn't have a receipt. I was literally there 5 minutes ago and wasn't handed a receipt. Terrible customer service. The employees there clearly don't care about their customers. I will never go there again

I've had multiple issues with this location. Despite ordering ahead on the app, my order wasn't ready until 20 minutes later. The hash browns were undercooked and inedible. Even when I ordered through DoorDash, it took an hour for my order to be ready for pickup, and my sandwich was still incorrect. Despite the proximity to my workplace, I'll be going out of my way to visit a Dunkin' that can consistently get my order right.

The last two times I have been to this Dunkin I have been very frustrated with their service. I ordered online because I was running late and wanted to be able to just pick up my food. I pulled up in the drive thru and they hadn’t even started making my order. I asked how long and they told me “just a minute”. 10 minutes later I got my food and almost left the line a few times since that made me late to work. The next time I came I asked for a decaf iced coffee, we were the only ones in line and waited 15 minutes at the window. They opened the window and handed me the coffee and said they ran out of decaf. We asked for a refund since I cannot drink caffeine. The fact that we ordered and sat for that long for them and they never told us they ran our, such a waste of time. A bunch of young kids who are taking their sweet time and have no respect for peoples time. Will not be giving my business to going forward.

Usually pretty decent experience here. However, this morning, I went to pick up coffee on my way to work. The car in front of me took a while to order and then I pulled up to the speaker to order and was told to hang on a minute. About 3 minutes later, he finally says go ahead with your order. I placed my order and they tell me ok, and to go up to the window. It's just me and this other car. They finally leave and I pull up to the window and the person ask me what I ordered. Ended up leaving with nothing.
