While traveling back to Texas we needed to stop for lunch. I ordered an Impossible Whopper with fries. It was tasty and not messy at all. The property has obviously been recently remodeled. It was clean and spacious. There is an ample amount of parking. The staff was working very hard and did a great job.

These are all 5 tables talk about nasty. I come here often to enjoy ice cream with the kids and we can’t eat outside. Between bird poop and old food and dirt it’s beyond gross

What a wonderful Burger King. This one has been well maintained and the staff is pretty friendly. I was glad to see they still had the drink station available to costumers and that there were no ordering kiosks in the lobby👍🏻. I know this will probably change eventually, but for now, keep up the good work folks.😊

Top notch environment! Super clean restaurant, never been to a fast food restaurant looking so nice and well maintained in the US. (At least the interior) Food is just whatever you expect from a Burger King

I am one of those goofy vegan folks, so the only thing I get here is an Impossible Whopper. But boy does it always it the spot. And the folks are always so sweet and genuine.

Bummed that yesterday afternoons visit to get lunch thru the Willits BK drivethru was less than satisfactory. "Have it your way", well , when I asked for a chicken sandwich, no mayo, add extra pickles....I thought I woulda gotten more then just 4 small pickles on it.. bummed...Maybe they can get it right next time if I ask for EXTRA ALOT OF PICKLES..LOL

Our local Burger King has recently undergone an upgrade to bring it to the 21st century. This one is definitely pristine in its looks and is very inviting. The staff is attentive and things came out the way they were supposed to warm and perfect. I tried the Ghost Pepper Whopper, very interesting and flavorful.

Normally a great place. Seems like new hires don’t want to do their job. We went through the drive through, while ordering we got cut off and didn’t get to finish our order and pulled up to the window where they told us we couldn’t finish ordering. We only got some of the food we ordered so we went to McDonald. Please get it together as a pregnant woman I can’t handle messed up orders right now.

We go here every Friday during the summer to enjoy ice cream and fries. We enjoy eating outside but unfortunately every time and I mean every time we go the table are beyond disgusting. With bird poop and old food and it's plain gross.

Sold us a Wednesday burger then gave us a regular, then said they were out, charging for a Wednesday. It’s only .60 just a bit rude to not try to make up for their mistake after spending $50. Then while my family was eating a lady came in and after getting her order home came all the way back up because she was missing a burger. They treated her as though she was lying. The line cooks even saying that they made it and then relaying it to the customer. Just odd service. I get people lie but, it’s just a burger and what if she wasn’t. Handed her her replacement and didn’t apologize for their mistake. We were there for 20 minutes lol

the building and parking lot is nice, but It would be good if they took hygiene a little more into and many times they are out of stock..

Waited 45 minutes for a whopper and French toast sticks…. the 2 Mexican ladies working just kinda stood around and talked instead of literally anything else….

Hamburgers were ice cold. Ended up throwing them away. Spent over 24.00 for horrible food. Never again.

This BK blows. Not one time in over 10 years (something around 15 visits) has this specific BK got our order correct. Foods pretty shabby too. Perfect example of why not to eat fast food I guess.

If you're going to charge for extra of something then it had better actually come on my food! This is not the first time I've had this happen and it is extremely frustrating! I understand you're just Burger King and nothing fancy but do better by your customers!

Make sure they gave you everything you order before you leave. They handed us our bag and we noticed a few miles out they didn't give us a receipt and shorted us a burger. Can't do anything about it now besides not come back.
