i mean… its chili and burgers. you only go to tommys for chili. and it’s not bad whenever you go. consistency at its finest. and huge drinks do not eat chili burgers for breakfast before hours of classes. your stomach will thank you. otherwise, pain is worth it 100%

Always been a favorite since High School, I've never stop loving their burgers chili cheese fries and hot dogs for that matter. Sometimes I'll even find myself going there for breakfast for their delicious burritos for breakfast sandwiches on a English muffin. Just please bring back Coca-Cola it's not the same without it. On by the way did I mention Kudos on your quarter-pound patties that makes the burgers more meatier and full of flavor. Sometimes I'll even go to the original Tommys on Rampart just for the fun of it although Park in can be a bit Limited especially if you go on a Friday or Saturday night.

Love their chili dogs and fries! The chili is a hit or miss as far as blandness/ taste. The customer service could use an increase friendliness and hospitality. Overall this place is big back approved 👍

I was expecting more for Tommy’s Burgers. The chili cheeseburger was just fine. The chili was only on the outside of the burger; I don’t know if that’s the way it should be. I didn’t like the fries.. The combos are more expensive than other fast food restaurants. The seating area was empty, now know why Restroom were not clean. I might give Tommy’s a second change sometime next year, or a day that I get really hungry.

I used to love coming to this place, but the customer service is terrible. They made my burger wrong, and the second time they loaded it with pepper, which I didn't ask for. I had mentioned the promotion but wasn't given it, but I corrected the cashier, saying it should be this amount with the promotion. He said I had to mention it beforehand, but I remember asking for it when ordering.I think I'm done with this location. It was really dirty when I went too, so the atmosphere wasn't great. The food was good, but I had to pick out all the peppers. I wish I had taken a picture of it, but I wasn't thinking about it.

This was my childhood location growing up and it was always good. With the new ownership has a new flavor of not friendly and kind of rude. You have to mention the promo in order to get it as well or you will get charged full price with an attitude. I feel like the servings are stingy as well. Won't be coming back to this location. The new owners are rude.

When a customer comes in and is speaking to you guys at the front, the least you can do is actually acknowledge them and use your voice back, not just nodding or shaking your head. Doesn’t get any more rude than that. Especially on Christmas of all days..

Staff was great. I ordered a big burger California classic when it came out it was about a half an inch thick. Looks like somebody put the hamburger in a press. they were on it. Looks like they put the buns on the top side and they stood on it. The entire burger was flat like I've been pressed for the hydraulic ram. I've heard of Thomas before. Never tried it. It's my first time and my last time. Frankly, their food tastes like shit

Order was missing the Chili and the Cheese I ordered for the Burger. Burger was pretty tasteless so I threw it and the Fries I ordered well done that arrived slimy and tasteless in the trash. First and last time I’ll ever try this place

Last few times I've gone here, the employees are RUDE. No smiles....no friendliness.....we asked no Chili on the burger, and somehow it's on our wrapper?? Gross....this is how we unwrapped it...the other burgers were put together terribly too. All around just BAD presentation and horrible hospitality. Food tastes bomb, but their attitudes are horrible. Makes you feel bad just asking for ketchup or chillis....

My delivery order experience 7/23/2023 11:57 pm Don’t order through any app because they will send you rotten and undercooked food and then tell you to complain to Uber eats. No you made this meal so I’m complaining to the establishment and they did nothing! Look at this food! It’s not ok to send people food like this and I actually liked this place but I will drive to north hills and go the the ORIGINAL ONE because this canoga park location has fallen off. And I read the reviews before ordering and it was good lol all those people are liars because this food is a joke and rotten
