Of the three trout restaurants I've tried in the area, this is undoubtedly the best, both in terms of price and flavor. The waiters are very friendly and don't hover over you like they do at other restaurants, allowing you to eat comfortably and peacefully. If you want the trout you see on the menu spicier or less spicy, just ask, no problem.

We had the freshest trout in our lives. Both our plates were phenomenal. The kindest woman just goes down to her mini trout farm from clear mountain waters, then scoops it out, wrings it, cleans it and wallah! Mine was stuffed with Oaxacan cheese bathed in a nut hot pepper sauce....divine! She later showed us her plants and orchids she had grown and let us walk around the grounds by the river. So so sweet

The trout has a delicious flavor, especially the cheese inside. The only downside is that they take a long time to prepare. I understand they're pulled from the pond right away, but they could have prepared it a little earlier to make the experience more enjoyable.
