The food was good, the service was fast. I didn't measure the time, but it was probably less than 20 minutes. The only two complaints are their horn, which is always buzzing about pizza specials. I understand, but it's better to use sound carts for that. If you're going to eat, I hope the commercials don't bother you. Lowering the volume would help for people eating in. The second is their no-refund policy. I understand that ordering the wrong pizza is the fault of the person who ordered it, but what about other factors? I can't begin to list them, I'm sure there are. It's a negative point, but in my experience, it was odd. I recommend it for families, yes, but not for children. It's small, with the horn on the outside being loud, and with commercials playing, the cashier herself would tell you the same thing. It's an excellent place for a family get-together (with the youngest members to teenagers 11 or older) or for work with colleagues. I hope it was helpful, and another plus is that it's within the law.

The worst Pizzeta location is this one. Just like going to Oxxo. I've been here twice, and the service is terrible. When I came the second time, I sort of remembered that I hadn't had a good experience the last time, and this time it was confirmed. I'll never go back to this or any other Pizzeta pizzeria. Unlike other franchises in the Tepic and Xalisco area, this one in particular tends to have terrible service. If you ask about a product, they either don't have it or they don't sell it. They get incredibly rude about face masks, while other branches don't say a word about it. They make up a thousand excuses to sell you a simple slice of pizza; it's almost as if they're doing you a favor when they shouldn't be.

The woman behind the counter should pay more attention because the people eating there were damaging the place, moving tables, and yelling. I couldn't eat comfortably because these people weren't keeping order. The woman behind the counter didn't say anything because she was on her phone, while the rest of us had to put up with the shouting from the group there. If the woman behind the counter had politely mentioned it, maybe those of us trying to eat could have enjoyed ourselves, but it was awful.
