The young man came out to explain that the hours were different from the website. He promised to give me a fresh fish sandwich if I promised to come back. I did. He kept his word. The place is real clean. This young man is a young black man making a living for his family. I will revisit because of him. Thank you!
This Popeyes has incredible service and there was no wait time to place my order. The food was fresh and I would definitely eat here again. The GM Siam even came around to see if I was eating comfortably.

Originally i wrote a bad review because of an accidental wrong order being given to me. I ended up getting a call from the manager at the location who was jamaican. He was truly very helpful to my situation. His team that he had on today was very efficient and diligent. Thank you to the manager on duty ALEX. He made sure to fix what was wrongly done. I have also updated my review because of how well spoken he was and also the great customer appreciation that he gave me. Got a chicken sandwich from this location took it home and was unable to bite through it. It was very tough! so you may wonder why I’m giving a five star review… I called and spoke to a man named San and let him know the situation he was very gracious and offered to have me come in anytime and replace my chicken sandwich. I believe San is probably the owner, I appreciate the fact that he doesn’t take his customers for granted! I will definitely be going back because mistakes sometimes happen but it’s what you do about the mistake that makes you stand out.
Service is very good
Everything was awesome. Came in for national Wing day and the wings were 5 stars and the staff were amazing and friendly. Will come back again in the near future.
Very well run establishment the boss-manager even came out to the lobby to make sure things were running smoothly. Inside was clean and tidy. This place gets real busy and their crew work hard.
GrubHub made a mistake for our pickup order, however, the gentleman working the counter was very courteous and resolved the issue right at that moment. I would like to thank this person for being such a great professional.
Surprisingly the evening Manager Justin, is a very helpful young man, 2nd time I'm here, fist time they were having a hard time with machines and he managed to find a solution. The rest of the customers were giving him trouble and he never lost his patients. 2nd time there I asked for the online promotion and he gave me no trouble at all. The rest of the staff are very nice too, but I was so surprised to find such a young man with great customer service.

The store was very clean and all the customers seemed to be in and out, with every person being served out in perfect order. The manager who took my order, Delight, was very polite and offered great service and and even gave me extra sauce for my tenders, free of charge. I’ll definitely be back again.

Angry Karen couldn’t get the better of this fine establishment! I watched a disgruntled customer try to rile up a dispute over their order, demanding a refund. The staff handled it in the most gentlemanly way possible, with dignity and class. I especially applaud the patience of the young man working the register. The food as well was just as stellar. This Popeyes has certainly proven to be top notch, all in terms of cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.

Chicken tender and wings are excellent 👍 This shop makes the most crunchy and best tasting ones among many other brands. Others might be tasty but this is crunchy and flavorful as well. Perfect bite size finger food plus excellent selection of sauce too 👍. Try the wings with Sweet Heat sauce. Excellent. Staff team was cool and helpful, thanks 🙏
The food and service are good! My gripe is with a customer that came in and had a conversation on speakerphone.🤬 Some people need to learn cellphone etiquette.😡 I just can't with some people! I went outside to wait while my order was being prepared.🤷🏽♀️
Loved the chicken sandwich. However we timed it just right because after we paid and I was waiting the line got really long. They were completely understaffed to take the orders. One guy was man in the register and assembling all the orders. If you're going to go there I suggest ordering online and just going to pick up it's quicker.
It was good. Typical Popeyes. Waited on line to order. Ordered. Waited about 12 minutes outside. Store gets pretty packed. Got my food. Really enjoyed the food but afterwards remembered why I don't visit Popeyes too many times in the same month.
I dont know what they put in that atmosphere but man is it something.
The service speed is much better than before. But they've still not figured out an efficient system for handling pick-up orders. They really need to have 1 dedicated person to handle pick-up. I'm always standing there at the pick-up counter and NOBODY acknowledges my existence.
Can't complain, they make a good chicken sandwich. This place is busy, don't visit thinking you'll be in and out in 5 minutes. Took about 15-20 minutes from ordering to receiving my food which to be honest isn't that bad during a lunch rush. The staff is extremely nice and efficient. Cashier repeats your order after taking it so there is no room for error. Again this place will be busy, there aren't many locations in this area. But be patient because the spicy chicken sandwich was worth the wait.
Popeye's chicken is the best! It's the people who serve that are not so great. When I ordered, I was told 10 minutes. Went to H mart and came back the chicken is not ready. We waited for 45 minutes. I advised not to go there on peak hours because the workers are unfriendly and rude because they are swamped with orders and production is slow. That's not good customer service.
For once, line wasn't super long A few times in past got orders a bit wrong Can't recall if they were wearing masks. The employees are nice..always seem to be helped by Alex when we go... He's cool.
The chicken is as good as any Popeyes but a buy greasier. Didn't have a lot prepared so had to compromise. The layout is a bit odd and not very inviting to sit in and eat. Staff was nice.

Ordered the chicken sandwich and two other combos. They had a long line but moving very quickly... because they were forgetting half the items. The portions have shrunk... and the Mac and cheese had a thick congealed base as if reheated multiple times or been sitting too long, literally could not chew it. The picture attached was supposed to be the “famous” chicken sandwich, you couldn’t see the chicken from the bun, no breading and hard like rubber. It literally seemed like someone else sucked the breading off it and then just tried to reheat and sell again. They did replace it and gave us the missing items, but if we had ordered to go we would have already been gone missing the items and with an inedible chicken sandwhich. $23 for fast food lunch :(
The food was good and the staff were grate but the manager made our meal very uncomfortable the way he treats the workers was extremely unprofessional. I think yelling at your employees in front of customer especially customers with kids is not right . Then he walk to the back with a client he gave free food to it was just extremely strange and weird I think the owner need to reevaluate who he has running his store . But they did forget to ad fries to my order
This particular branch never seems to be able to get my order correct... 2 times i have ordered 8 piece spicy dark meat family meal with mac and cheese. First time they didnt give me mac and cheese or biscuits and then told me they ran out of mac and cheese. Second time they gave me regular not spicy, and then gave me 2 breasts that seem to be from the night before because they were dried out and definitely not freshly made.
Was very disappointed with the service and quality of the food. I ordered a 3 people combo which came with a box of chicken, 3 biscuits, 3 chicken sandwiches and 3 apple pies and a large side order. Received the order After an out and a half and half the order was missing. The 3 chicken sandwiches were not in the order and neither was the large side dish. So now I had to make my own side dishes and the chicken was super greasy. Called the store on Central Ave and got attitude from the girl on the other end of the phone. So I had to call Grub hub and complain to them and the young lady there gave me a full refund for the mix up that Popeyes made. If a customer is going to spend $60 on food, you better make sure you get the order right. We love Popeyes and we’re so happy when they came to the neighborhood, but you can’t make mistakes like this.
Chicken sandwich was delicious. The staff not so great. I ordered two chicken sandwiches not knowing that it was not a combo. They charged me $7.98 for a sandwich. Why would I want to pay $7.98 when the combo was $7.99. Instead of explaining to me that they sold the sandwich by itself. The young lady and the manager wanted me to pay an extra $9 and change to make them combos. How does 2 cents turn to $9? The staff is not very good. Went back again horrible staff. Lazy
I placed an online order for the Sweet & Spicy as well as other items. When I arrived I was told I would have to wait for the wings about 10mins. While waiting, I observed dark substances around the top sides of the Lemonade Machine, which means that it is NOT being cleaned properly!!! When I arrived home and opened the wings, they BARELY had any sauce on them, it seemed like they drizzled some sauce on the bottom of the container then a little on top of the chicken. The chicken (drums) had an UNDERCOOKED texture and flavor, and the breading tasted BURNT and had an OLD oil flavor. The mac and cheese I had looked like it had cheese that was NOT MELTED in it, wasn't creamy and smooth, my 2 yr old did not like it. I was very displeased with the chicken especially seeing a food review afterwards where they were dredged in sauce.
Came to this location a few times trying to give it a chance but food is bland and they constantly mess up orders. Chicken is always tough and tasteless and fries are old and dried up. Some of the employees are just rude and have no social skills. Sodas taste flat. Place looks clean for the most part.
Made a simple request of removing the breast part and substituting with a thigh part instead. Girl at the counter gave me an attitude. The staff here seem like they don’t like their job and would rather be somewhere else. Chicken was good. The service is poor.
Missing stuff from my order and when I call them the woman was very rude and hung up on me , I wasn’t even mad about the food it’s the fact that she was rude about it ! That’s crazy!
Buyer beware... Pay attention to your receipt and also check your order before you leave. My mistake was I just shoved my receipt in my bag. My 2 chicken tenders combos that I ordered were upgraded to a large without even asking me if I wanted the upgrade and charged extra from the price I saw on the menu. Then I also ordered a family meal, and I asked for chicken breasts and drum sticks. Low and behold I get home, and the manager thought she was slick!!! While I was filling the drink cups, she gave me wings in place of the drum sticks I had ordered. When I clearly told her no wings and she even repeated what I told her, I wanted drum sticks. Then when I looked at my receipt it said wings and I didn't ask for them! Pay attention if you do decide to go there. I will go back to purchasing my food from Popeyes in the Bronx, where they always get the order correct and dont take advantage of the customers by changing the order on them!!!
The soda is always tasteless and flat. We hace complained at the restaurant several times and does not get fixed. The sweet tea as well. Please fix this we want good soda and tea with our meals. Most team members are will to accommodate. It creates an uncomfortable situation for your well intentioned employees.
Buyers beware!!! The food is ok. The pictures show I ordered a large side of Mac and cheese and they barely filled it half way in the container. The location is usually busy so I give a lot of slack but this day and time it wasn't very busy. Definitely this store needs some kind of help to operate. 12/2021
Stay far far away from this place - I cannot believe there is no management overseeing this place and it is a total disaster. AND check your receipts cause they will rip you off. I was over charged by $9.00 for 2 things I did NOT order - the employee knew it too cause he walked away without giving me my receipt knowing I would see it was wrong. So I stood there and waited for him to come back and asked for my receipt and I pointed it out immediatly when I saw the breakdown and it was wrong. He said oh their policy was "no refunds" even though the he knew and admitted it was his mistake and 2 things were on my bill that I did NOT order. I of course disputed it with my credit card and got my refund but should not have had to go through that. Then to top it off when I got home the order was WRONG anyway - and after asking TWICE for ketchup and bbq sauce, there was NONE in the bag. I understand it is fast food and the workers are NOT high quality top of the line brain surgeons....but how about a little common sense and customer service training!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I place a Mobil order and wait 15 minutes and walk inside. Order wasn’t ready. I wait another 10 minutes. Then approach the counter. Give them my name and they acknowledge my order... stood another 20 minutes while they served 100 walk in customer. Finally recieved my order. I ordered 4 small beverages. I had to then fill them myself which defeats the purpose of a Mobil order. Overall horrible experience. Should’ve just ordered as a walk in. Half wit employees wasted like an hour of my time on fast food for my family. Clowns.
I’ve had unfavorable experiences at this location before, but I’ve always looked past it as someone who enjoys Popeyes. I’ve had my order sit there for 15 min because no one bothered to announce it was ready; I’ve had missing items when getting home with my order - usually I just write it off as a bad day and move on. Today I got home after driving 20 min to find my regular side maybe only a third of the way filled. I can’t even exaggerate this, not even one full scoop of rice added to this container; it would’ve been more forgivable if they forgot the side all together. The level of negligence this location consistently displays is deeply disappointing. I will not be going back.
I walked in the other day and walked right out. Their food prices are insane and are robbing people. $13.99 for most combos is insane. They are by far the most expensive fast-food in the neighborhood other than maybe nathans. Disgusted they can price people out like that. I ate at a popeyes in queens that was cheaper and had better friendlier staff. Do not go to the one on central avenue its a huge rip off and you need the app to get any deals. I will never spend a dollar in there again. They need too lower their prices and hire better staff. Also stop being so cheap with the sauces. Make the deals available that dont require the app.
Worse service. Employees just moving around. Customers waiting 10 to 20 minutes for their orders. I waited over 30 minutes for chicken tenders order. Fries were cold and old. I will go to KFC from now on.
Chicken Is Under Cooked & Place Dirty
Me and my boyfriend both got food poisoning from the food here. We were here yesterday, and that's all we ate all day, today we are deadly sick and stuck to bathroom. I had the blackened chicken sandwich and he had the regular fried chicken. We had side of fries and mashed potatoes. Also got the strawberry biscuit. The chicken was very dry. There was a line and the guy behind the counter seemed aggrivated. We tried ordering by combo number and he had no clue which combo that was. My boyfriend was trying to order the chicken sandwich but got regular fried chicken. We didn't want to bother them since they were overwhelmed, so the wrong order was not a big deal, would have ignored all of it and not left any review, if we didn't get horribly sick. Also the drink machine sounded like it's on its last leg, it shakes and makes very loud noise. The place is lacking some maintenence. I feel bad they are under staff, but not really excuse for lack of hygiene.
I came here to pick up my mobile order, they did not have the special drink that I ordered via mobile, in stock, so I was told to just get a soda. I told them I paid extra for the premium drink and that I’m ok with getting soda as long as I get the refund for the premium drink. They gave me attitude and I was told that they won’t give me a refund and instead they will make it. After they gave me the drink I was told to show them my receipt as if they didn’t see it beforehand. Horrible customer service in my experience.
Horrible costumer service . 10/10 do not recommend this place they need new staff . The cashier who attended me his name was ruhul he was disrespectful had a horrible attitude. He was distracted and didnt seem to care about doing his job correctly. I payed for my food and last minute after i payed he decided to tell me that there was no more fries . I asked him for mash with no gravy he passed me one with gravy and i asked him kindly if i could get one without he gave me horrible attitude and said no . I spoke to him and got my mash but thankfully i looked at my order and he also gave me the wrong chicken! I usually go to this place and iam very disappointed, never going back here every again and u don’t recommend it to anyone. I work in a same type of environment but i have never had such a bad experience. Horrible employee.
Been there four times now, all at random times. They completely suck, food is good don’t get me wrong. But I’ve had to go back every single time, because they completely mess up my order. They forget to give me MOST of the order, or they are charging me WAY too much. It’s like you tell them things and it just comes out the other ear. Annoying, they will literally get annoyed if you tell them that they messed up. It’s not like they forgot to give me a straw, they forget to give me my fries and biscuit and messed up the entire chicken order. I can ask for drumsticks and they give me nuggets? Each time I come back thinking, maybe it was a bad day. But no, they just have horrible management in general.
This is the worst Popeyes I have ever tasted in my life!!!! It took 20 minutes for 2 tiny, old wings, that were not fresh and a strawberry biscuit! The only thing decent was the strawberry biscuit. There chicken is old and nasty. Do not eat here, you will waste time and money on CRAPPY CHICKEN🤢🤮. THEY ARE LYING GIVING THEM 4.3 STARS. They must like horrible food! I want a refund!
Staff were slow and cared more about taking patrons phones to make them put in a 5 star review than actually working. I had to wait 30 minutes for a 5 piece chicken tenders combo. The entire time I was waiting I watched as the workers harrased patrons to take out their phones to leave a review and even grab phones out of people's hands. Even after a 30 minute wait they still some how managed to mess up my order. On top of all that there were bugs flying around the whole time.
Changing this review 7 months later. Too many times I’ve come and they don’t work with your order to give you the best deal. Other Popeyes they work around your order to give you the best bundle. Done and done with this one! They intentionally leave the family poster with the meal plans with no prices. They don’t want to show you what’s better. Just spent $52.00 on 12 drumsticks, biscuits and fries. Never again. When I posted my original review 7 months ago they asked me if I would post for them and gave me free chicken. They were telling people post good reviews for us please
Visited ty His location on the eve of thanksgiving. The manager Rahul was rude and disrespectful, when I tried to use a coupon. He screamed and used foul language and didn’t care if I called corporate. The people that work there obvious hate their jobs and do not know what customer service is.
Terrible place. Only one excellent employee there. Young man with the light blue polo. He gets the star. He was in the weeds and his coworkers were slow and not assisting him in anyway. He was doing it as quickly as one person could. There were a lot of people in the restaurant. It just kept filling up. Another employee (with his mask below his chin) was just walking around everyone waiting, just watching, probably on his break. The online orders aren’t on time. You have to get on their ‘order here’ line to tell them about your online order. It’s a mess. Young man with the light blue polo deserves a better position, somewhere else.
Horrible service management has nasty attitude So do the employees simple tasks are apparently hard for these ppl all I asked was for no breast which by the way looks like it’s on steroids since it’s way to big and was told to wait 15 minutes then after I waited was told they couldn’t give me what I was asking for which was a choice on there part but I’m sure they would love return business
I ordered 150$ worth of food for my job and sent one of my sales people to pick it up. The workers at this location was not courteous or helpful. They gave us no plates or utensils . I ordered 2 gallons of fruit punch. They said they ran out of lemonade and fruit punch and basically gave us no choice but to take sweet tea which was disgusting. I will never ever spend money here again and no one else should either.
I ordered a regular combo which came up to 9.99 but the guy charged me way more, so I looked at the receipt he put down a large combo and charge me for the drink separately and when I approached him about the situation, he responded with its the machine not his fault 😡. I told him to change my order to regular and to give me the correct change and he replied by saying that do to covid he can't except the food back and I told him I never got the food dummy it's right there behind the counter. So he change the order because he saw me getting upset. Also I asked him if he haves bottle drinks do too his machine doesn't work and he sends me over to the store next to him so I can get my drink and the girl on the other store said, hey did he gave you a straw and I replied by saying no and she said, you're the fourth person I had to give a straw too 🙄. The chicken sandwich was awful, that's the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had and trust me I order from popeye's at least 4X a week for lunch but I will never return to this garbage establishment. The Indian dude with the blue shirt is the worst employee, I truly hope he's not the manager. I didn't eat my lunch and went back to work hungry and I had another 4 more hours of work.
They placed my order in a weird position and when I took it out, the box was broken on the side making the chicken fell out over the table. The Muslim guy serving there had no manners. He didn’t even care about the service he provided and no apology or replacement for the chicken fell out on the table. I didn’t not know whether they wiped or cleaned tables or not. I stood there a while and he didn’t care about my existence. He kept doing something and let customers wait until he wanted to take orders. Terrible service! Never go back! I have been there two times and the manager which is the Muslim guy had the same attitude. Let people wait until he feels like he likes to ask you.
Not happy with this location. I Don't trust the girl behind the counter. I feel I was overcharged and then went in for the advertised $6 box and was told it was over even though it is still advertised on tv. I will not patronize this location again, got much better value in Port Chester.
The general manager and her staff well one of her staff is so unprofessional and its sickening. As a women of color it’s sad that we have to go through this. Stares at women of color in a negative way, her attitude and does not care about the customer
The food was great. I ordered using the Popeye website. Here is the problem with this specific location. The restaurant is open till 11pm. I ordered my food at 930pm. (online). I go to pick up at 10 pm. I was told to wait 10 minutes for food. I overheard cashier telling a customer in line that they are no longer serving a specific item on the menu because of the time. I wonder if i was going to get the item because i ordered it on the website. Cashier, tell me yes. I grab my food and go home. I open the bag and behold the item is missing. I understand if you're not making a certain item on the menu because it is near closing time, but to lie? I was able to get rewards points for next time to purchase items free of charge. But 0 stars for in store/customer service.
Buyer Beware! When this location first opened, it was a nice addition to the community. Now, every time I go there to make a purchase, they attempt to overcharge me by several dollars. I find them to be deceptive and nothing more than a den of thieves. If I put in an order for chicken legs, they would key into the register chicken breasts. Mind you, there is a huge difference in price between legs and breasts. You would get the chicken legs; but at the price of chicken breasts. If you don't catch them doing this, you will be intentionally overcharged. Pay attention! It is not a mistake. Time after time, they do the same thing. I've noticed some discrepancies at the register recently. It's always a good practice to pay attention to what's being rung up on your bill. The customer-facing display on the register shows the items. I recommend checking this display carefully to ensure accuracy in your transactions. If you notice any errors, politely bring them to the attention of the cashier or a manager. During a recent dining experience, I ordered a side of beans, but upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find the dish consisted primarily of dark broth with only three discernible beans. Waited 20-30 minutes to order while listening to people complaining about the service being horrible so I ordered 3piece tenders meal chicken sandwich and 4 wings approximately $30. Drove 5 miles back home and got settled in only to find no tenders in my bag just two boxes of French fries. Everything else was there but the chicken tenders. I should’ve checked my bag before leaving but the guy at the counter ensured me everything was there when I asked him if it was my order.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I just go food to go, and the food was not great. First of all the Manager was a complete A-Hole. I seen him, interrupt or ignored the customer before me, and when it was my turn, he did the same. I had to repeat my order 7 times with him, he would complete my order, with me not finishing, what I wanted. Than he would flat out ignored you, and start screaming in Indian to his workers. He seem, like I was bothering him, to order food. Now when I got my order, the cold slaw was not filled up, the rice was bland, the wings, were just breaded bones. I will not go there again, food sucks, and someone will kill that Manager.
Service is abyssmal. I ordered online thinking I could just pick up from the counter, but there was one guy working the counter so i had to wait in line. Customer in front of me takes 6-7 minues to order as he is on the phone. As soon as I got up there he walks away for several minutes. I give him the order number, name, and contents of the order, and he refuses to hand it over and forces me to go back to my car to get my phone. Then i have to wait on line AGAIN behind 2 people before he finally acknowledged my existence. And pulled me to the side counter, where they aso me to see the app several times before giving me my order.
This location is usually clean and they provide prompt service. However, I dislike the fact that they always upgrade your order without the customer asking for it. This is the only Popeyes that I go to because it is in my neighborhood. EVERY SINGLE TIME THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FOOD, THEY UPGRADE MY COMBO WITHOUT ASKING JUST TO CHARGE. THEY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY AND THIS IS A WAY OF CHEATING CUSTOMERS!
Order food online and was shorted fries and sauce. They were supposed to be an order of large fries and it was a regular size. I order 5 sauces and they gave us 3. The order was a family size order and they gave us just 1 utensil. SMH
This food is always burnt or raw. Employees are rude and the Cole slaw is always rotten smelling. Avoid! At all costs.
My experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Central Park Ave was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the customer service felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. There was no line and no other customers, yet the employee at the register appeared visibly bothered. There was no greeting, no smile, and the interaction began with a blunt “What do you want?” which immediately set a negative tone. I was placing a coupon order and expected a smooth transaction, but the communication lacked courtesy and clarity. When selecting my sides, the female employee seemed irritated while quickly listing options. She proceeded to finalize the order without asking whether I preferred spicy or mild chicken. I was given regular, though I would have chosen spicy had I been asked. As someone who genuinely enjoys Popeyes and looks forward to the food, the quality was also disappointing. The fries were not hot — not even warm — just cool. The chicken was not hot and, in my opinion, soggy. The biscuits were acceptable but would have been much better served hot. The mashed potatoes were the only item that arrived properly heated. Customer service and food consistency are essential in the restaurant industry. Unfortunately, this location fell short in both areas during this visit. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
This place is so disgusting and the lady Indian lady she is so nasty and disgusting and I was sick to my stomach with her service I video taped her she is so rude and I wanted to vomit her behavior is so nasty🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢 she gave me the wrong meat gave me breast and I didn’t want that and she overcharged me and was so rude felt so uncomfortable getting food from her I’m gonna report them to the bbb
I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at this Popeyes location tonight. I placed an Uber Eats pickup order around 9:00 PM during a snowstorm, specifically choosing pickup so I could get in and out quickly. Both Uber Eats and Google Maps showed the restaurant as open until 11:30 PM or midnight, and the app indicated my order would be ready shortly. When I arrived, I waited in my car as instructed by the app. As I walked up to the entrance, a worker locked the door in front of me and turned off the lights, without any notice or explanation. Confused, I went around back and saw the same employee standing outside. I politely asked about my order since the app showed it as ready for pickup. He looked at me, smirked, and said, “I can make it for you tomorrow.” When I asked why the store hadn’t updated its hours on Google or turned off Uber Eats ordering for the night—so customers wouldn’t keep placing orders—he told me to leave. As I was leaving, I noticed two other customers also waiting outside for pickup orders, clearly dealing with the same issue. Meanwhile, the store continued to appear open on both Google and Uber Eats, meaning more customers were likely being misled and inconvenienced throughout the night. I understand emergencies, staffing issues, and even weather-related closures—but locking customers out without warning, keeping online ordering active, and speaking to customers this way is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy from the staff was shocking. I hope management takes this seriously, because this experience reflects very poorly on the brand.
I usually place my order online and pick up at the store. Today, the app was having issues for me to place an order that on the app it cost 3$, when in person at the store its 8$. I asked the person at the counter if he could honor it and he said no. However you can clearly see what I am ordering and there's an issue that won't allow me to and there's no customer service to accommodate the business failure on the app
This guy right here is rude , I came in for the 6$ box and they saying it’s online only why is that I could go to another Popeyes and get the 6$ box in the store and not this Popeyes who is the corporate people ? Im going to write on here everyday until someone say something , ITS ONLY THIS POPEYES
This is restaurant is a rip off this is the 2nd time I order with them on uber eats and they robbed me!!!! Last time I order the special with them on uber eats which is the bonesless wings and the two chicken sandwiches they didn’t send me all the wings they sent only 5 this time I order with them again on uber eats the same thing but this time it should of been a Total of four chicken sandwiches and they only sent me 2 and of course uber doesn’t give you ur money back so they are both robbing people
Very careless employees. I ordered hot wings, and sauce on side. But they put pickled spicy sauce (I think that’s what it’s called), and mixed with wings. They were busy I understand that, but need to follow basic instructions. Please. I don’t like that pickle sauce, it’s not for me. I tried once, hated it. Don’t force it to me please. It’s 2nd times in a week that I got wrong order. I would have just went back and asked for replacement if it was near and not so late at night. Please Popeyes, do a better job.
Beware the male manager is extremely rude. I went in for the special six dollar box that I saw advertised on television that morning 6/1/2025. The manager rudely told me that it was an online offer, to which I replied it didn't say that on television. He doubled down again very rudely. I reached out to corporate to complain and the did offer me a coupon, but here's the thing I need to download the app. I don't eat there enough for me to download the app. If I could have given zero stars I would.
Everything I come here, it's what they want to give you.i ask for dark spicy chicken , and they don't have it.im giving up on this store, the one in Getty Square is so much better.and they don't have coleslaw on central ave,I ask for mashed potatoes, come home and it's rice and beans
It was a confusing transaction, went in for the$ 3.99 8 piece chicken nugget special and was told I could not get it unless I bought the meal that was the only way???? Huh they had advertisement on the windows of just the chicken nuggets special nothing in regards that I had to buy the meal I asked again if I had to buy the meal just to get the chicken nuggets that they had on the window and she stated that was the only way if I wanted the nuggets??? I pointed towards the advertisement that they had behind them and stated nowhere does it say I had to buy the meal in order to get the nuggets by themselves She continued with the same story I contacted customer service made a report and never heard back from them. Not only that I got the meal never received my biscuit never received my apple pie that I ordered which I had to request it with hesitation and attitude it was an extremely bad experience we'll never go to that Popeyes again. Mind you I literally had 12 pieces of macaroni and cheese in my side lol just have to laugh to take away from how awful this was...smh this company obviously doesn't care about their customers or customer service
